17/02/2026: Very disappointing experience. I ordered a lunch menu with crispy chicken rice (one of the two recommended dishes on the menu) and an appetizer of three spring rolls. The spring rolls arrived on time, but then there was a 20-minute wait. In the meantime, a table that arrived after us was served. So I asked the waitress about my order, and she told me the chef was preparing it. Five minutes passed, and a second table that arrived after us was served again. Five more minutes, and a table that arrived much later was served once more. I asked the waitress again about my order, and she replied, "He's preparing it" (meaning: the kitchen and dining room are disorganized, your order was sent to the wrong table, and you can wait forever). I'm generally quite tolerant and patient, but waiting over 30 minutes just for them to take my order (and even then, given the poor communication between them, it wasn't guaranteed...) while three other tables that arrived later were being served right in front of us, all while being given the runaround, wasn't exactly pleasant. The waitress in question was polite, so I'm giving it two stars instead of one.

11/02/2026: This restaurant really surprised me! The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable; you immediately feel at ease. The service is warm and attentive from beginning to end. I ordered beef stir-fried noodles: delicious and very generous. After the meal, a wonderfully creamy hot chocolate—a truly delightful moment! Whether for a meal with friends or to treat yourself, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

17/12/2025: Excellent pharmacy, served with kindness and professionalism; the staff are lovely and helpful. Yesterday I received particularly attentive service; thank you so much to the young man for his welcome! (The colleagues are very pleasant too!)

14/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! The service was appalling; the pharmacist barely said hello and spoke condescendingly to customers. Furthermore, it was the only pharmacy open today, and they refused to dispense the maintenance medication for my 3-year-old daughter's very severe asthma. I had the prescription, which was up-to-date, but due to a computer glitch and a lack of dispensing history, they refused to give her medication, which is vital to her health, knowing that no other pharmacy was open! I am outraged by this kind of behavior from people working in healthcare! Seriously, avoid this pharmacy!

06/02/2026: The bread and cakes were quite good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the customer service (slow and disorganized) left much to be desired… the saleswomen chatted amongst themselves, and I sometimes felt like I was bothering them. There were also a few errors in my orders (I've since made it a habit to check them every time!).

11/12/2025: The wait was incredibly long, and honestly, the taste was absolutely disappointing. The pastries were terrible! The raspberry tart had a strange, sickeningly sweet cream on top, the apple tart had a crust that crumbled to pieces, and the opera cake had pebbles in it. The coffee éclair had a very hard, not soft, filling—it was bizarre. One star for the large macaron. For the price, Picard is much better! Disappointed, I won't be going back.

12/12/2025: Hello, I have been a loyal customer of the Starbucks in Faubourg de l’Arche, Courbevoie, for several years, and I would like to emphasize the professionalism and exemplary kindness of the entire team. I would also like to submit a suggestion regarding the layout of the space. It might be beneficial to create a bar area equipped with a long table—not necessarily a high one—ideally near the windows or in another suitable location. This space would be dedicated to people who come to work alone, to avoid one person occupying an entire table, especially in winter. Installing a few suitable electrical outlets would make this space even more functional. In my opinion, this initiative could attract more customers and encourage a coworking atmosphere. Furthermore, this type of layout already exists in other Starbucks locations and does not require any construction work. Could you please respond to my suggestion? Thank you Sincerely, Habib

02/12/2025: Very disappointed with the value for money. No courtesy whatsoever, not even a hello… The hot chocolate had no taste other than water, sugar, and chocolate sauce that I didn't ask for… At almost €5 for a hot chocolate! I should have listened to my gut and gone somewhere else. Last time I'll ever set foot in a Starbucks. It's expensive and poor quality.

15/01/2026: I didn't like the food, and neither did my friends. The welcome was cold, and we felt like we were bothering the waiter. The service really needs to be improved. I won't be back.

09/01/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience. The welcome and customer service were not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant. The situation was not handled professionally, and no satisfactory solution was offered. I will not be returning to Café des Arts.

31/01/2026: One of the best bakeries in Levallois, and perhaps the best. Everything is excellent; the galette des rois is exceptional. The sandwiches, the pastries—everything is good, and the service is particularly friendly.

03/02/2026: We got takeout for lunch today. We ordered two set menus. In the first one, I asked to replace the salad with rice. They charged me an extra €1! We also wanted a mixed menu and asked to replace two of the skewers with salmon skewers. They told us it was an extra €1 per skewer. This is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing, and I'm a regular at Japanese restaurants. Avoid at all costs!

09/01/2026: So, the owner is the best! I live in the building, I order quite often, and she always makes me come down to pick up my order. And tonight, the icing on the cake: I ordered a €9.50 set menu and paid with a restaurant voucher card. She laughed in my face, ready to take my order back, saying it was a minimum of €10. I retorted, "Well, take ten euros then!" She has absolutely no sense of customer service; she only wants your money. Avoid her!

11/02/2026: Things have changed… And we'll wait until they change again before going back… Campione had the egg in the carton, not on the pizza 😡 and look at the picture… it's a disgrace, the guy dropped four pieces of pepper right in the middle… Uninteresting pizza!

30/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, first time here today. The twisted pastry wasn't great, the defrosted flan was inedible with a strong, chemical taste. I wasn't familiar with this chain; first and last time. Shameful service, awful products at exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs.

06/12/2025: The flans are edible, the lemon éclairs are very dry, the financiers are doughy. The pastries are also dry, and the pain au chocolat don't rise. All of this is horribly expensive, due to the location and rent (and also the restaurant itself).

20/11/2025: The food is still very good. The service is also good, but the owner's dog wandering between the tables becomes unbearable and makes cleanliness questionable. Beware if you have allergies. I no longer recommend it.

21/12/2025: I came for lunch one day. The dining room was very noisy, the service rushed and not at all friendly. As for the food, the €20 set menu included an egg mayonnaise with a small salad, which was quite mediocre, followed by a burger with pulled pork... the bun was soggy and turned to mush, the pork was swimming in an industrial barbecue sauce, and the cabbage was in a sauce that tasted like it came from a plastic container – nothing was homemade. To top it off, I would have liked a dessert to make up for this meal, but the waiter never came. I will not be returning to this very disappointing brasserie.

24/10/2025: For a brasserie, it's rare to encounter such a clumsy waiter, who also gets the order wrong. After spilling a glass on my pants and waiting interminably, the coffee wasn't even offered.
