27/02/2026: I regularly come to Café Plaisance for a drink or lunch: good home cooking, excellent wine selection with helpful advice from the manager if needed, warm service, and a lovely terrace. It's always a pleasure to relax there for a while!

17/02/2026: Today, I came to lunch at this “restaurant” with two friends—an establishment where the price of bread seems to be valued more than customer service. We were seated on the terrace, advertised as heated. In reality, the heating system was malfunctioning. Needless to say, in the middle of winter, the experience was already off to a bad start. When ordering, we were constantly interrupted with “it’s fine” after every word spoken. A very unpleasant way of letting the customer know they were bothering them. The concept of service seems to be completely absent. I ordered a ribeye steak with “garlic potatoes.” What arrived on the plate? Undercooked, greasy, and unappetizing potato chips. Only the meat was decent. The rest was frankly disappointing. After a 20-minute wait (admittedly, it was the lunchtime rush, but that doesn’t excuse everything), we finally received a bread basket with our drinks. We quickly finished it. Ten minutes later, still no bread despite asking a waiter. However, three baskets were placed on the table right behind us. So I took a tray of bread. And then came the inappropriate remark: “But the bread will be the last tray.” I pointed out that I had already asked his colleague. The waiter then returned, openly accusing me of lying. Yes, lying, for… bread. I stood up to point at the waiter in question. He claimed to have told me he would come back with the bread at the same time as the main courses (which was false) and concluded with a lecture on “values.” Talking about values ​​when accusing a customer of lying about a piece of bread is quite ironic. A word of advice: invest in a training course called “Respect.” Respect for welcoming, for taking an order, for serving, and especially for speaking to customers. Contemptuous service from beginning to end. A ridiculous and unacceptable experience for an establishment that charges these prices. I will never set foot in that place again.

26/02/2026: I ate there with my friends and it went really well. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.

13/03/2026: I recently tried this restaurant and the experience was rather mixed. The food was decent, but I was a little surprised by the portions, which were quite small considering the price. At this price, you'd expect something a bit more generous. The service could also be improved. I found the owner rather cold in her manner. When we made a small comment about an order (a sauce mix-up), she got angry with us and told us to go sit down in a rather abrupt and unpleasant way. Yet, it really wasn't anything serious. It wasn't a disaster, but overall, it left a rather mediocre impression. With a warmer welcome and slightly larger portions, the experience could definitely be better. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

13/03/2026: A very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was truly lacking; the owner was particularly unpleasant and spoke to customers in a rather curt manner. A simple remark was enough to create a tense atmosphere. It was merely pointed out that an order included two savory sauces instead of one savory and one sweet, but the reaction was disproportionate and frankly unprofessional. In addition, the portions were extremely small compared to the prices charged. One expects a minimum when paying this price, but this was clearly excessive. Between the unfriendly welcome and the truly minimal portions, the experience was unsatisfactory. It's a shame, because with better service and portions more in line with the prices, it could be much better.

24/02/2026: I often come to this café, and until now, everything had been fine. However, today around 4:30 p.m., I was served by an employee whose behavior was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ordered a takeaway coffee and simply wanted to sit at a table while waiting for my order. She first told me curtly that they were out of almond milk. Then, she authoritatively forbade me from sitting down to wait for my coffee, claiming that the café was already closed, even though other customers were seated. When I wanted to go to the restroom, she repeated a second time, in the same tone, that the café was closed. This is the first time I have experienced such an unfriendly welcome at this café. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place.

10/12/2025: This restaurant is nothing like it used to be. The food was mediocre at best, the service was subpar, and to top it all off, the payment terminal was out of order, requiring ten minutes of fiddling to complete the transaction. I do not recommend it.

09/12/2025: We got it Daal and paneer masala with naan, they delivered it to our hotel, it is halal but even if they say halal we still get vegetarian food from halal restaurants when abroad. The food was great, I was shocked with the quantity, they gave us complementary rice with each dish ( I am not sure if that how it comes). The staff speaks English and Hindi, which made it super convenient.

15/01/2026: A family-run brasserie with a varied and high-quality menu. The couscous is very good and plentiful. The servers are friendly and have a great sense of humor. I'll be back.

27/10/2025: Disappointing. We ordered for our child at 7:30 p.m., the order arrived at 10:40 p.m. and no apology or goodwill from them... greasy and tasteless meal. Aggressive delivery driver and made us understand that the amount of our order was not high, so we were not a priority... nothing good to avoid. Disgusting food, guaranteed stomach ache, zero delivery. Never again.

04/03/2026: I had a wonderful time on the terrace of the Mandarin de Neuilly. The setting is lovely, the service was impeccable from start to finish, and the food was absolutely delicious. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
