20/04/2026: I have nothing to criticize except to say that it's a reliable place. I've tried many of their burgers and sandwiches. I often just order sandwiches to try a bit of everything. As a result, I approve of them all. The service is excellent; the young cashiers are courteous and helpful. The kitchen is fast and seems very well-organized. The restaurant was clean from the start. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Of course, I recommend it and I'll be back.

24/08/2026: I don't know where to begin to describe how awful this place is. The service was unfriendly. There were no order tags at the self-service kiosks, and when I pointed this out to the employee, giving him my order number for the SAT, he replied, "Oh, we'll see if we remember it, otherwise you'll have to come down." (????) All the tables were disgusting. The trash cans were disgusting too—food stuck everywhere, drinks dried out on the rim, and the floor littered with garbage. And to top it all off, in my 31 years of life, I'd never been sick, and I've eaten a lot of McDonald's! I worked there for two years in Paris while I was studying, and I never saw anything like this, and neither did my sister or daughter. Do the health inspectors ever come around???

We came to watch the matches, and despite the excitement surrounding the French team, they took the initiative to also show the Senegal match on another television, knowing that it was the one I was most interested in 🤩. It wasn't an obligation, but this gesture demonstrates a true sense of service and business acumen, as well as genuine care for their customers. Thank you again for your availability, friendliness, and professionalism. We will definitely be back!

16/03/2026: Very warm welcome, the staff are very friendly and attentive, the portions are quite substantial and the quality of the food is more than satisfactory, I haven't had the opportunity to try the other kebab shops on the street because this one has never made me want to go anywhere else, I recommend it :).

20/03/2026: A truly awful waitress who, once again, treated my family with utter disrespect, even though the restaurant wasn't even full and we come often because we live nearby. And to be fair, the food is very good. Twenty minutes later, we still didn't receive the frozen lemon we ordered—yes, because she'd forgotten it!—and we had to take the dishes back to the kitchen ourselves to prepare the leftovers to take away. All this with a hungry four-year-old waiting at the table... The food is good, but the service is absolutely appalling. If you don't enjoy being a waitress, change careers. I should point out that this isn't just a one-off; it's happened to me several times before.

17/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery in the 15th arrondissement! We had a delightful time; everything was truly delicious and prepared with care. I particularly enjoyed the side dishes served in those little metal bowls. The fried chicken was also perfectly crispy. A place to remember for lovers of authentic cuisine.

26/05/2026: I wanted to leave this review so the restaurant manager is aware of the poor service. Until last year, it was a good restaurant, but since this year, and since they hired a new receptionist, it's become very difficult. She's always in a bad mood (I say always because I live near the restaurant and I've been there several times). She sometimes speaks rudely to customers and always wants to leave early (for example, she pressures customers to choose their dishes when there are only 45 minutes left before the kitchen closes, but in a very unpleasant way). Personally, I won't be going back there... which I think is a shame because the food is good!

03/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, as it was close to our accommodation and the metro. It was definitely a great find, as we didn't want to try anywhere else for breakfast. The sweet and savory items were delicious and reasonably priced. Plus, the guy who served us was very friendly, always welcoming us warmly.

09/07/2026: It was during a game night. To begin with, a young guy sat right in front of the screen from the start, so we could barely see anything. What's more, the screen kept glitching and restarting five times in just one half. Then, we ordered a simple portion of fries and a beer, which took 35 minutes to arrive. Finally, the worst part was when we went to pay at the register. A waiter, the only Black man there, quite tall and in charge of the bar, spoke to me very rudely just because I thought I had to look for my table, even though he was the one who asked me for it, instead of simply pointing it out to me… Anyway, everyone has a bad day, but talking to customers like they're dogs for nothing is truly appalling. On the other hand, the other waiters were pleasant and smiling.

09/07/2026: Cafe Seguin is an easy, all round crowd pleaser no matter where your tongue likes to spend its time (as long as it's Northern Europe). This worryingly long menu features dishes from all the titans of the culinary world: French crepes, Italian pizza, and of course, British Fish and Chips. Will you be wowed? No - but you will be full. And sometimes that's all you want.
