13/01/2026: Order placed on the Sushishop website in advance on December 31, 2025, for New Year's Eve. The amount was debited, and I received an email stating that the delivery was in progress. The order, costing over €70, was never delivered and was never refunded. The restaurant was closed, which wasn't indicated on the order, yet the payment was still processed. I made several phone calls, but couldn't reach anyone on the day of delivery. Later, the manager promised a refund, but two weeks later, I still haven't received anything. No apology either. I've been a customer for years. It's impossible to file a complaint on the website. Several other customers are in the same situation.

02/11/2025: Ordered two burgers at €16 each, which were definitely not worth the price! Tiny and tasteless! They didn't even come with fries! Avoid at all costs!!

12/10/2025: Good kebabs 🥙 and tacos 🌮. Never had anything else (burgers, etc.) The staff is friendly and welcoming. I go there every time. I've been going there regularly (~10-15/year) for 6-7 years. I've never had any hygiene or health concerns for myself or my family. I've never eaten there, but there are 28 seats 😀 I recommend it. PS: Photos from August 23, 2025

03/02/2026: I had a very disappointing experience. The room was very small, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor. The furniture was old, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Cleaning services were not included in the price. The bathroom was extremely dirty, there were small ants throughout the room, and the refrigerator emitted a strong, unpleasant smell. Overall, the conditions were unhygienic, and I do not recommend this accommodation.

24/02/2026: Prices have gone up dramatically and portions have gotten smaller. The dishes don't have any particular flavor; they're just ordinary. €21.50 for a "gourmet" plate that's anything but gourmet... Honestly, the value for money is no longer there.

13/11/2025: Not a very good experience. I was on the terrace, I ordered a coffee, and when I went inside to pay, the person told me I couldn't pay by card. I told him I didn't know, that no one had told me, and that I only had my phone with me to pay. He said it was written there, pointing to a small sign next to him. I told him it was inside and I couldn't have known, and he replied, "Just order something extra." But I didn't need anything extra. In the end, I had to go to work to get some change and come back again to pay. IMPORTANT INFORMATION to COMMUNICATE to your customers in ADVANCE, please.

18/12/2024: I think they must have made a mistake in taking my order for delivery. I received a box but it looked like someone's leftovers. Already the box was very greasy, there were 6 potatoes mixed with 3 tiny wings??? Very bad experience

07/02/2026: BIGBOSS Review: I'm outraged by the few negative reviews, which in no way reflect the quality of this restaurant. It has a varied menu, good ingredients, and is very affordable with more than reasonable prices. This is my third visit, and I will gladly return. Thank you to the DJ and the waitress for their kindness. It was excellent; see you soon for a great karaoke night!

30/11/2025: Frankly, the food quality has seriously declined compared to a few years ago, and the prices have gone up for frozen food—steak as dry as a shoe sole. McDonald's does better, and the baguettes are frozen. They need to change everything.

19/11/2025: I went to get takeout, and it wasn't even rush hour when they forgot to give my colleague and me our drinks… We waited almost 20 minutes for a small order. Despite that, it was good.

13/03/2026: Super convenient takeaway order. Called at 8pm, ready at 8:15pm. Well wrapped in foil, kept it hot until I got home.

13/03/2026: I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. The leather booths are comfortable; it's not just a takeaway kebab place. You can actually sit down and eat in peace.

11/01/2026: Absolutely pointless. Avoid the udon soup at all costs! The rest is tasteless... what a shame.

16/11/2025: I agree with the other reviews: the delivery quality isn't great. I ordered a "Paradis Terrestre" and found it all very poorly prepared: packaged in a simple cardboard box, without bread, salad, or sauce… This really needs to be fixed because it doesn't make me want to order from you again.

10/03/2026: Clean room with a good bathroom but the downside to the bathroom is that the toilet is in a very cramped room by itself. Comfortable and clean beds and a spacious room. Edit: Thank you for the response. The inconvenience from the size of room where the toilet is located is minor compared to how I was impressed with the rest of the hotel. I would return.
