23/08/2024: If you book to eat, go early, otherwise they think you're not coming, so they reheat your dish for you, but it stays cold. Eating cold mussels is really not good. Not bright enough, the waitress comes with a cigarette in her mouth. 16€ cold mussels + fries + coke. gg

24/07/2024: You can sit comfortably. Good beer and tasty ice creams. Cocktails are not really recommended. Not exactly cheap, but just fine.

30/08/2024: Je regarde les photos et je suis assez surprise des commentaires positifs... Je me dis qu'il ne fallait sûrement ne pas aller dans ce restaurant en période estivale, Les mets que nous avons commandé étaient très médiocres, le serveur aucune classe, on avait l'impression de le déranger, sincèrement nous avons été très déçus et nous ne reviendrons jamais, pourtant nous sommes des locaux qui aimons la cuisine japonaise, Je tiens à préciser que même si le restaurant s'appelle "Sushi..." il faut savoir qu'ils servent de la cuisine japonaise (sushis) mais aussi thaïlandaise... faudrait il peut être qu'ils ne fassent qu'une seule spécialité pour faire au mieux, Nos sushis étaient chauds, l'intérieur du restaurant était horriblement désordonné, limite sale, je n'ose imaginer la cuisine, Bref horrible expérience pour nous !

24/09/2024: A restaurant to forget. Attractive price at €25 for lunch on a weekday and once seated, the scam begins with an aperitif offer without menu or price. A plate of shucks with 2 very small No. 4 oysters, 2 shrimps and 2 whelks. A fillet of sea bream without flavor and very small and a mediocre dessert... An addition with the sangria at €10 a glass!!! Toilets, a dirty and very dilapidated restaurant room. Phew, I didn't go into the kitchen. A service bordering on accommodation with the tourists that we are. There are much better restaurants in Sète for the same price. A tourist trap.

I also noticed that the rooms are not cleaned with the expected care. For example, I intentionally left two pieces of paper on the floor to check if the cleaning was done correctly, and these remained in place for two days. Furthermore, despite the indication left for my room to be made, my bed was not made for two consecutive days. Only the towels in the bathroom were replaced, but the room itself was not cleaned. Regarding the swimming pool area, it would be beneficial to review the maintenance of the lawn to make it more welcoming, as the grass is not in optimal condition. I would still like to point out that the staff was pleasant and courteous. However, if we come to the hotel, it is above all for the quality of service. On this point, it seems that a re-evaluation is necessary to align the service with the standards expected of a 3-star establishment. If an inspection were to be carried out, the hotel could unfortunately lose some of its stars, which would be truly regrettable. The hotel still has enormous potential, and its location is perfect.
