26/09/2024: Serviço sempre simpatico e comida divina! Um prazer estar de volta... Todo ano repetimos a experiencia e realmente nos encantamos a cada vez!

25/08/2024: We wandered through Felines to Gran Café, past the village fête. Everyone was dressed up to the nines and milling about under a marquee, with a bar and trestle tables. Saturday night and festivities in the air! Gran Café was equally exciting, getting a first glimpse of the blackboard menu and ordering a glass of fizzy Minervois wine. We usually enjoy the meat here, the house charcuterie, the quails, steaks and whole rabbits complete with offal. But this time, we ended up ordering all fish. Our starters were bonito sashimi and brandade. The tuna was seared and coated with sesame seeds, luscious and kitten’s tongue pink inside, with pickled cucumbers and a delicious Japanese dressing. The brandade was creamy and served with juicy heritage tomatoes, probably from a local garden. Bread, from a little muslin bag, was needed to mop up every last drop of juice. Then, a real treat - a whole turbot between two. The fish was succulent,sticky and drenched in butter and lemon. Lip smackingly good, with chips and a salad of romesco dressed with garlic and anchoide. We drove home through the vineyards with lightening flashing all around, talking about nothing but that turbot. We are big fans of this restaurant - the service, the people, the setting and most of all, the food. It delivered on all counts again as I’m fully confident it will when we go back in two weeks time!

03/08/2024: good pizza. But don't be in a hurry, very very rarely on time, more than an hour late for 2 pizzas...

07/09/2024: Accueil très sympathique, lieu convivial et agréable. Beaux plateaux de fruits de mer et belles assiettes de la mer (juste la seiche un peu trop cuite). Desserts excellents. Prix très raisonnables. A se demander si les deux derniers mauvais avis sont sincères (attention au nombre de contributions de ceux qui mettent des avis trop négatifs ou, à l'inverse, trop positifs). Nous étions 9. Nous sommes tous prêts à revenir au printemps lors de la réouverture après la saison d'hiver. Après ce bon repas, nous sommes allés à leur boutique, juste à côté, pour acheter des fruits de mer (excellents) à emporter chez nous.

05/09/2024: Most beautiful fish dishes. We went for oysters and then mussels & fries - never had better. Personal service, in in the Summer months friendly live music every Monday. We always return.

02/09/2024: Superb discovery! Dynamic, smiling and caring team. A brasserie where you relax in front of succulent dishes. The 1/2 pizza/full salad plates are an excellent idea and are delicious.

01/08/2024: Magnificent, we spent an exceptional month with you, thank you very much, keep it up.. there is nothing better... Value for money 21 out of 20..

10/09/2024: They are pleasant, kind, I recommend this pizzeria both to eat there and to have a drink, the welcome is perfect and they take credit card no matter the amount which is practical when, like me, you pay with your phone

27/04/2024: Rude and inhuman manager, not letting me finish speaking... the public toilets being dismantled due to work.. mr did not want us to use his for my 3 year old who unfortunately ended up do this on it. Madam, you have to consume my money, he repeats, without letting me place one.. (mr only wants the money..) So I won't waste my time trying to come and eat at their place because of their friendliness!! Really above the shops in Agde which do nothing for their tourists..

17/09/2024: Lack of hygiene in the service and employee not smiling at all. You can't collect money and then serve bread with your hands!
