08/09/2024: Ashamed, very loyal customer like many, very disappointed on a Saturday evening at midnight with a 30-minute wait, being refused for the third time every Saturday even though it was indicated closed at 1 a.m. Traveling to my favorite restaurant 3 times, being refused 3 Saturdays in a row! Please review your opening hours, we do not close the restaurant before customer opening hours but after. It's not just that! Receiving a bag with several items missing from the order each time is annoying to pay for not having everything! Beautiful evening
07/09/2024: There was almost no one there, we were served after 40 minutes so in the end we were missing things. The sandwiches were all cold. The place to empty the trays was extremely full and dirty.

15/09/2024: We came to the drive-thru today, we ordered 2 cokes without ice, they gave us 2 ice teas with ice, we ordered a happy meal, they didn't give it to us!! We had to go and ask for it and the young man gave us an empty happy meal box, good joke! It's time to see your preparation teams again!
Fortunately the manager was responsive!

02/09/2024: Honnêtement … serveurs horrible aucune empathie 0 pointé de tous les serveurs de nuit surtout la nouvelle 0/20 décevant déjà que l’on attendait rien! C’était encore plus nul que prévu Bravo à vous McDo Pacé en plus la nourriture n’était vraiment pas bien préparé vraiment vous êtes le McDo le plus nul où l’on peut manger bravo vous avez fait fort !! Je ne conseille à personne ce McDo !
01/09/2024: Following complaints from other customers, we were forced to check that nothing was missing... no luck, 8 nuggets out of 9, forced to ask for a stirrer for the coffee, lunar...
Conversely, the ice creams and drinks were well stocked.

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available!
Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!!
Extensive training should be expected!!
The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance.
A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.

So I didn't take the pizza and left.
If the offer offered on the internet is no longer valid, you could at least send an email to let us know before having us come to the store.

23/09/2024: No, long, and I had the misfortune of wanting to try the salad (which, by the way, costs 10 bucks 🤪).
what is supposed to be crispy is soft, and the salad is dry even with the sauce... 3 poor pieces of nuggets fighting among themselves, cheese harder and thinner than the packaging box.
Remember to check twice if you don't want to eat with your hands
23/09/2024: A disaster indeed. We were not satisfied at all, we ordered a big tasty 2 meat, there was only one meat, no salad, minimum sauce! The fries were almost cold, you would have thought they were rubber. The fish fillet was not edible, the edges were so hard it was horrible! The wrap like the sauce barely leaves anything to be desired really I don't regret coming to McDonald's it's been a long time since I last came and really no regrets! But anyway, we still had our drinks without ice... We had the impression of having had the remaining ones before the shameful McDonald's closed... McDonald's for a change!

Go and look across the way, you will be much better received.

23/08/2024: Delivery 30 minutes late, I ordered a beef cal'z with Burger sauce, there was practically nothing in the cal'z, everything was non-existent in it, I just ate a pizza dough.
I had to move because no one answered the phone. When I arrived as an incompetent, unprofessional employee I had to shout.
I'm giving it bad publicity. I don't come back to them anymore.
Besides, nothing was good.
The Manager has to review everything inside.
22/08/2024: Delivery requested with payment in cash. 30 minute delay on delivery initially planned. We had indicated payment in cash but the delivery man had no change. Order of 24.95€, we gave 25€ but he couldn't give us change, fortunately we didn't give 30€… If you pay in cash, remember to make extra otherwise you won't get your change .

10/09/2024: This McDonald's does not deserve more given their more than average speed of serving, the general cleanliness and the atmosphere that may have been there after a certain time of the evening. The staff is nice but the rest is not good.

04/08/2024: Personnel extrêmement désagréable! Aucun clients dans ce restaurant et pourtant nous avons attendu bien 5 minutes avant que l’on prenne notre commande. Nous voulions manger un burger, la serveuse nous demande la cuisson du steak en soufflant et l’air soûlé. La commande prise, le cuisinier (sans doute le papa de la serveuse) lache un commentaire « encore des clients Mc Do »! La cuisson de la viande demandée bien cuite nous a été servie bleu! Établissement à déconseiller fortement, ne mérite pas une seule étoile, nous nous demandons comment ils arrivent à survivre commercialement. Si vous ne voulez pas travailler, mettez vous au RSA!

15/09/2024: Badly received, rude waiter with music headphones on his head, trash and fries on the ground, the managers walked past several times and didn't pick up anything. And to top it all off, the mac closed at 11:45 p.m. and they kicked us out at 11:15 p.m. While we were families with children... Can't wait for the burger king to open
13/09/2024: Service lacks respect, kitchen does not know how to prepare a tray correctly and does not have a lot of caramel, zero atmosphere.
Even today I had to go see them 3 times because the job wasn't very well done, plus the reheating of the fries isn't good. I don't really advise.
Today (September 13, 2024) Antoine (waiter) very pleasant and kind and if needed anything he was there. Thank you very much to him and may he continue his change from these other colleagues who are not pleasant to him very well
