17/08/2024: Een echt visrestaurant met een uitgebreide kaart. De oesters waren heerlijk vers, de mosselen ook heel lekker. De bediening was snel en vriendelijk. Je reserveert best als je er wil gaan eten.

13/06/2024: Je ne commente pas souvent mais quand tu paye 14€ pour un plat que tu peux faire toi même avec des quantités bien trop maigre je m'interroge, à la limite de l'arnaque Pour info il s'agit d'un plat de pâtes avec du saumon. Servit dans une grande assiette bol et on y trouve 10 pâtes ordinaires avec 2 petites tranches de saumons fumés et un morceau de saumon cuit avec une sauce c'est réel atout. J'ai refusé de prendre un dessert ayant peur que se soit la même. C'est bien la première fois que je sors d'un restaurant en ayant l'impression d'avoir plus faim en sortant qu'en y rentrant. En espérant qu'ils revoient leurs quantités, ce sont pas les pâtes qui coûtent cher...

This lady came to tell me not to forget to pick up my dog's droppings while she was just scratching (another super observant) It really irritates me because not only was she scratching and not doing anything wrong but I also told the lady that I wasn't concerned, swearing on my future baby's face that I still have poop bags in my pockets I even asked her if she wanted to see them in short I would have my bags on her head so that people would stop constantly pissing me off for things that don't concern me!!!! If you only knew how much it always tires me, the same ones who take everything in their mouths instead of the other people are fed up!!! I'm posting a rant review because I'm tired of taking responsibility for the incivility of others in my face when I'm still known in the Vignoc area with my dog ​​where I'm respectful and I pick up everything. the time is even 8 months pregnant!!! Not like some petty and disrespectful people!!! So SHIT and SHIT!!! 11/05/2024: Ici le client n’est pas roi et on vous le fait comprendre. Trois serveurs habillés en polo blancs à rayures bleu (style marin) vous accueillent…Et non, ils ne vous accueillent pas! c’est à vous de vous placer vous même. Tant pis pour vous ! Ils ne semblent pas très occupés. Trois serveurs pour une 12aine de clients, la plupart déjà servis. Vous faites des signes, mais personne ne vient. Ils ne sont pas se préoccuper beaucoup des clients. Les serveurs ne semblent pas très productifs, regroupés tous les trois au comptoir.😞 Pourtant à plusieurs reprises je suis certain qu’ils nous ont vu. La terrasse n’est si pas grande et il n’y a pas foule. Que se passe t-il ? Attendent-ils la venue d’un VIP ?🤔 Quelques clients arrivés après nous ont d’abord été servis. En 10 minutes, la serveuse prendra tout au plus 3 commandes. À 18 heure elle se décide enfin à venir prendre notre commande, puis à 18h03 elle revient nous voir pour nous dire (à peine désolée) qu’en fin de compte la commande ne pourra pas être honorée en intégralité car ils ne servent plus de nouriturre après 18h00. Mais nous recevrons quand même nos boissons en consolation.😅 Pourtant je lui fait remarquer que nous étions arrivés bien avant 18h00, et qu’elle avait le temps de venir prendre notre commande. (Car pas débordée). Mais elle n’a rien voulu entendre. Le règlement c’est le règlement ! 🙃 Elle est restée campée sur ses positions en disant que c’est la règle ici: « on ne sert plus de nourriture après 18 heures » Elle aurait au moins pu reconnaître ses fautes et faire une entorse au règlement : surtout pour 3 minutes ; même à la sécurité sociale, on attend moins et on est mieux servi. Pire qu’une fonctionnaire de mairie. Attendre pour être bien servi ça passe, mais attendre pour être mal servi, surtout dans un établissement de standing, c’est honteux.😡 Cela devient dur de trouver du bon personnel !

I came on 11/22 at noon to inquire about a takeaway meal for 20 colleagues; the saleswoman gave me a business card + the complete menu, certainly the prices are out of date but all the dishes are there. Before leaving, I wanted to buy something to eat for myself... She refused to give me 2 different dishes of the same price in the same tray, repeating that they were not the same flavors, raising her voice. I thought she didn't understand what I was saying. So she put her French-speaking boss on the phone to me, who repeated the same thing to me: “but ma’am, they’re not the same tastes!” » As I wanted a clear answer on the possibility or not of putting 2 dishes in the same tray, saying that if I like it it's MY problem, he shouted at me "yes but then you don't have to come and complain about it It's disgusting tired! ". The truth is that they wanted me to take 2 trays for €8.90 instead of one! I gave them back their expired rate card and left. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and business sense in the restaurant industry. We will order elsewhere for our meal! I'm not even sure they have the right to give a card with lower rates than the real ones. Unless they just don't have the right to charge more. To try, if you feel like it! 😉
