29/06/2024: We spent 1 night in the campanile located in Fougère, the welcome was perfect! Very smiling, polite, welcoming employees, with whom it is possible to have an exchange, suggestions on places to visit! The room was very clean, it may not be the latest generation room but it smells very good! We slept very well there, quiet room! Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and your sympathy, from receptionists to cleaning staff, not to be forgotten!

02/09/2024: The staff was very welcoming, smiling and friendly! The room is clean, it does what is asked of it, no more, no less. Big plus for the very nice bathroom mirror. Top transient hotel, well located. The only big shocking point: no small brush in the 🚽 on order from Campanile headquarters (????). Apart from adding work on the shoulders of the maintenance staff, I don't see the point of such a measure, it's a shame.

25/08/2024: Charming roadside hotel. It is nice, the staff is very friendly, economical but much better than others, both the rooms and the premises are very clean, you can park your car inside and it closes at night.

26/11/2023: Too bad, they are not friendly: neither the saleswoman nor her boss. And not commercial either! I came on 11/22 at noon to inquire about a takeaway meal for 20 colleagues; the saleswoman gave me a business card + the complete menu, certainly the prices are out of date but all the dishes are there. Before leaving, I wanted to buy something to eat for myself... She refused to give me 2 different dishes of the same price in the same tray, repeating that they were not the same flavors, raising her voice. I thought she didn't understand what I was saying. So she put her French-speaking boss on the phone to me, who repeated the same thing to me: “but ma’am, they’re not the same tastes!” » As I wanted a clear answer on the possibility or not of putting 2 dishes in the same tray, saying that if I like it it's MY problem, he shouted at me "yes but then you don't have to come and complain about it It's disgusting tired! ". The truth is that they wanted me to take 2 trays for €8.90 instead of one! I gave them back their expired rate card and left. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and business sense in the restaurant industry. We will order elsewhere for our meal! I'm not even sure they have the right to give a card with lower rates than the real ones. Unless they just don't have the right to charge more. To try, if you feel like it! 😉

13/07/2024: We ate croissants from this bakery in our hotel and loved them! The small quiches and cookies (pistache and chocolate) also tasted very good! I can't understand the bad reviews, we can highly recommend this bakery!

17/12/2024: Good evening I ordered this Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 6:54 p.m. I was served at 7:22 p.m. or 28 minutes after I paid for my order, I ask that a commercial gesture be made I am told no sorry if I do that to everyone the world is not possible. I would like to know who does the planning, there were only 6 people maximum in the kitchen, the ice cream machine was not working so no Mc Flurry or Sundays. 28 minutes of waiting is unacceptable even me who follows in the business we do not have such a high waiting time 5-10 min I can understand but exceeded 10 min NO. I hope that the reviews will be seen and taken into account and that change will happen soon otherwise I think you will lose a lot of customers..

17/12/2024: came this evening at 6:45 p.m. with my partner. I was order CB 10 and my spouse CB 09. My order arrived before order 08 and my spouse's order was still not prepared. we waited about 30 minutes and we decided to go to the McDonald's reception to "complain", it was 7:22 p.m. we dealt with a boy who didn't look like a regular at McDonald's (a new one perhaps?) who told us, I quote "we're overloaded", there were only about ten of us waiting for our order and maybe 3-4 people at the drive-thru. in addition, my partner asked a very unpleasant lady at reception, not friendly at all, for a voucher or a free product because of the wait and she told us, I quote, “oh no otherwise we will do that for everyone” but recruit in these cases!!!! what are you waiting for??!! there were at least 5 to 6 of us complaining about the waiting time, we still had to deal with people who were not at all trained in the cash register and reception of the McDonald's this day and it's not the first time!! a lady waited 20 minutes to pay at the counter!!! who makes the schedules?????? on top of that, I go home, I notice that they gave me coke instead of the ice tea I asked for (proof on receipts) and I asked for a creamy deluxe sauce and they gave me it. drops several apple fry sauces. BRIEF. you will have to question yourself. For my part, we will come back much less than before.

25/08/2024: Déjeuner du 21/08/24, L'accueil est correct sans plus, service un peu en dent de scie, serveuse qui va souvent en cuisine demander comme si quelque chose était comme "grippé" dans l'organisation. Les crêpes étaient bonnes mais manquaient un peu de quantité sur les garnitures surtout au vu des tarifs pour moi relativement cher... même plus qu'intramuros : presque 14 euros les 75 cl de cidre en bouteille un record durant notre séjour en Bretagne de 5 jours. En conclusion : bon mais assez cher pour moi.

23/08/2024: Nous avons été très déçus de notre visite. J’avais commandé une crêpe aux Saint-Jacques avec fondue de poireaux. La fondue de poireaux s’est avéré être une fondue d’échalotes (d’après le patron) et il n’y avait pas de poireaux. Les coquilles Saint-Jacques étaient trop cuites. L’attente était interminable et les plats arrivaient pas en même temps. L’ambiance était particulièrement pesante car toute la salle attendait son plat depuis un long moment. Nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert tellement l’attente a été longue pour les plats, juste pour des galettes…. Malgré la sympathie du patron, nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillons pas.

21/11/2024: The pizzas are good if you can get them by phone. I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks on different days but no one answers the phone.

10/09/2024: I had a lunch: a que unira salad with chickpeas and various vegetables, fruits and feta. Not good. The que unira is soft, everything was soft mixed in a pool of flavorless oil…. The bread is identical to that of a defrosted supermarket. It’s expensive so very poor value for money. Otherwise the space is nice to have a quick coffee.

01/08/2024: Product not compliant Piza, not good with salt taste quality very expensive price to order two mini pizzas which I didn't want, plus it was two large ones at that price better to go to another pizza restaurant like Pizza Hut, above all it costs less and has an extra extra extraordinary taste. There is one positive point: very nice staff. Anyway, I am not going to return to this restaurant. Anyway, they're leaving soon within a month, I won't tell you. See you soon

Pizza queens the pizza is not edible The pizza was small for the price of €25 the pizza had a salty taste on the cream-based dough, not appreciable especially usually it's tomato based Usually the Pizas are extraordinary 3 months ago It was super good, the size was good, but now that's not the case they have of course reimbursed me, I refuse to eat that with its salty taste

05/08/2024: Saturday August 3, 2024, we bought a far at the La Baguette Bénédictine bakery. The very kind saleswoman says that we are lucky the far is already cut. What a surprise when opening the box to find a cake reconstituted with a slice of another cake! I don't find it very commercial and doesn't make me want to go back.

02/08/2024: Bakery itself not bad. But don't make any effort to understand tourists. My French is certainly not perfect, but a simple order in French should be easy to understand.
