03/09/2024: Above all, we know their excellent breads made with organic flour: the T80 loaf and the Barakoz (the latter, with buckwheat, only available on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m.) are excellent.
We also recommend the apple/cinnamon rolls for a snack ;-)
Our children really enjoy their pastries and chouquettes.
Special mention also to the coffee éclairs which are probably among the best in Rennes.
An essential address in the center of Rennes.
23/08/2024: A pretty bakery with a warm welcome and smiling salespeople.
Unfortunately, the quality of the products leaves something to be desired. The baguette had a tangy aftertaste, a sign of poorly matured dough. The cannelés were burnt and the pain au chocolat was dry.
A beautiful showcase, but the products do not live up to what one might expect.
