30/09/2025: Very friendly staff. The food was delicious, and when I told them I didn't want dessert, they offered me a drink on the house. If you ask nicely, you can even park your truck there. I'll definitely be back!

26/10/2025: Good location, quiet and pleasant, but the meal was not great, especially the dish offered in half-board (perhaps it was a bad day, the roast pork ratatouille was very limited in terms of taste and preparation). Fortunately, the breakfast was nice, but the croissants were not really all you can eat.

25/10/2025: We had a very pleasant week with a very friendly welcome from the management and a super pleasant staff who took great care of us. And what about the cuisine with varied and tasty dishes in addition to being generous. The icing on the cake, the spa... upon returning from hikes, a real plus.

09/01/2026: This beautiful low-mountain pass, is considered as a "border" between the Northern and Southern Alps, reaches an altitude of only 1176m but benefits from an interesting and welcome microclimate in summer.

21/08/2025: An almost obligatory passage between the Southern and Northern Alps, the Col de la Croix-Haute is aptly named. A microclimate exists in this very pretty corner of the mid-mountains. Take advantage of a stop to take a break and get some fresh air!

16/10/2025: By far the best pizzas in the world, no exaggeration. Their tomato sauce changes lives. The welcome is always so warm that visiting them feels like stepping into your own home. Long live La Romaine. Thank you for all these years of wonderful memories.

11/02/2026: A delightful surprise: homemade cuisine, quality ingredients, and a warm atmosphere by the wood-burning stove. The Caesar salad was delicious, the children's menu was perfect, and everything was very generous. The service was quick for what we ordered. We were able to eat in an hour without feeling rushed. We will definitely be back.

27/01/2026: A very disappointing meal. The tian ordered as a starter turned out to be a very basic vegetable omelet, the fish fillet was bland with a texture reminiscent of defrosted fish, and finally the dessert—a pear served in a simple bowl—looked as if it had come straight from a can. An experience not to be repeated.

10/02/2026: The pizzas were overcooked and served almost cold. When it came time to pay the bill, they asked if everything was alright, but it was clearly just a formality. When you mentioned that the pizzas were overcooked, dry, and yet almost cold, they told you it was your fault because you had spread the spoonful of crème fraîche from your pizzaiolo's special on top. As it happens, I'm quite a fan of the Pizza Del Arte chain and usually order this pizza, and it's typically served hot, despite the crème fraîche on top. The person even added that it didn't matter because I was the only one who didn't find it delicious... Funny how things stand when you look at the reviews in hindsight! Personally, I've never waited so long for my pizza, and it's by far the worst I've ever had at Pizza del Arte.

14/02/2026: The service wasn't very good. The dessert was good.

13/02/2026: The menu was short, but the two of us found a great lunch spot. Starters: Salmon gravlax, well-accompanied, 8/10; butternut squash velouté, quite to our liking, but served lukewarm on a cold plate, 6/10. Main Courses: Sea bass fillet, well-accompanied, but far, far overcooked, 6/10; and octopus, also well-accompanied but also overcooked in water, so it became tough, 6/10. The sauces weren't bad, but since they were poured over the dishes, it wasn't possible to choose whether or not to have them. Ideally, they would have been served in a corner of the plate. Desserts: Crème brûlée, vanilla-flavored and, above all, that wonderful burnt taste so rare to find in this type of dessert, 9/10; Valrhona chocolate mousse, fragrant, flavorful, and well-accompanied, 9/10. Note: We were a little cold.

31/01/2026: It's good and hearty, with lots of flavor. The couscous was good, but I was surprised by all the vegetables in the tagine, which was a bit of a disappointment. The restaurant is clean, the decor is simple, and the service is friendly.

28/11/2024: Small bar with a large pleasant terrace at the back. Good cocktails and planchas... but we'll stop there, behind a friendly atmosphere, the waitress's remarks don't go through, too bad I'll never set foot there again!!!
