26/08/2025: "Traditional cuisine," indeed, given the owner's attitude. A minor misunderstanding between a friend (who, incidentally, apologized profusely right away and without any ill intent) turned into a ridiculous conflict. Condescending remarks ("I'll teach you about life") followed by extremely unpleasant responses to polite questions during payment. The owner brought up the incident again with the same condescension and aggression even though we tried to calmly explain the situation. The tone escalated further, and threats were profuse (including physical threats, with an employee hiding an ashtray behind his back with the intention of hitting one of my friends), and then the owner became increasingly aggressive. A pointless argument worthy of the best reality TV shows over nothing much. This "good" man is absolutely not recommended, and this restaurant (sorry to the other employees who have nothing to do with it) is to be avoided at all costs. Deplorable. Simply deplorable.

18/03/2026: I had a wonderful stay at the Cairn in Les Deux Alpes, a true gem in the heart of the resort. The hotel is very well located, right next to the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were always smiling and helpful. The hotel's decor is absolutely unique. The included breakfast is a real treat: it's very generous, with a wide selection of breads, pastries, fruit, and local products, making for a great start to the day. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with quality bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. And to add even more charm, the dogs that roam the hotel create an even more friendly atmosphere. In short, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Les Deux Alpes; you won't be disappointed!

09/03/2026: From March 6th to 8th, 2026, the location was fantastic, right across from the Jandri. Access to the lifts was less than 5 minutes. The staff was great, we had a wonderful time at the Cairn. The jacuzzi and sauna were very pleasant with their mountain views. I hope to be able to come back next year at the same time.
