12/09/2026: We had a wonderful time last night at Nectar, enjoying a September menu that truly delighted us. The cuisine was original, perfectly seasoned, and expertly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and impeccable cooking. The dishes displayed a real personality, as well as a great respect for seasonality, already showcasing all the hallmarks of autumn. A true pleasure for the taste buds! We opted for the wine pairing, which was very well thought out to complement and enhance each course. We also sampled a few cocktails, just to change things up from the traditional wine pairings, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The alchemy between the drinks and the dishes worked perfectly. The setting is cozy and welcoming, and the pace of the meal was perfectly orchestrated by a truly attentive and caring team. The service was just the right amount of present, which greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the evening. And we must also commend the value for money, particularly remarkable in Paris: a seven-course menu for €89 with a wine pairing for €45 is truly noteworthy. You can feel a genuine desire to please and offer a wonderful experience, with pricing that remains fair and respectful of the customers. Congratulations to the new Chef and the entire team for this truly delightful evening. Seasonal cuisine that is generous, precise, and inventive, beautifully paired, served on exquisite tableware, and with impeccable service: we will return with great pleasure!

21/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Cyril. The rooms are spacious and inviting. The bed is very comfortable. We had an enriching evening learning about the history of the region, its unique features, and its best places to eat. The meal was homemade and served with a smile.

10/09/2026: A really bad, mass-produced lasagna. The salad had a similarly processed dressing. I asked if the desserts were homemade to at least make up for the dish, and they weren't! I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it. I struggle to understand the 5-star reviews. To each their own.

22/08/2026: A gem in the Val d'Ainan! A very pleasant surprise. A restaurant with a mission, with "that little something extra" that truly lives up to its reputation. The welcome is incredibly warm, the service is professional, attentive, and always with a smile. You can tell the whole team is dedicated to doing things right. The cuisine is homemade, delicious, generous, and absolutely delicious. Hearty portions, quality ingredients, and a very reasonable bill. Congratulations on this wonderful, inclusive project that's a real asset to the village. We'll definitely be back!

18/05/2026: I really enjoy going to dinner at this restaurant; the welcome is warm and you can also take food home... otherwise, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious, the room is clean and tidy, a little corner for a haven of peace, highly recommended.
