16/04/2024: Thanks to Denis for his welcome. Our wedding at the Château de Chaulnes on April 6, 24 was magnificent in this place. A princess wedding in an intimate castle, everything inside is pretty, with a pretty park. Thanks to Denis because he answered our questions very, very responsively throughout the preparation. 11/08/2024: I recommend Denis' restaurant with my eyes closed. Simply excellent, the tarts are fresh and absolutely delicious. All are to be savored. For dessert, the red fruit pavlova is absolutely delicious. The chocolate alternative is too. Thank you Denis for these magnificent meals spent at your place, I hope to come back soon.

29/07/2024: Considerable lack of staff, waiting more than 1 hour before eating. We were disappointed that there was no mosquito repellent because they didn't miss us. Worst mosquito night of the year. As for the meal, it was good but without being special. However, very welcoming and pleasant staff.

05/09/2024: The first impression of this hotel seems somewhat dreary. The building and the terrace deserve some attention and love. Our family room for 5 motorcyclists is simple but clean. The shower is great! The young owner makes even the most grumpy cheerful again with his energy and enthusiasm. Both his breakfast and dinner consist solely of local products or from his own vegetable garden behind the hotel. This is an excellent location for motorcyclists to steer through the "de Vercors" area from here.

21/07/2024: L’hôtel est parfait, chambre , spacieuse, propre , au niveau du restaurant, il y a du choix et des produits locaux sont proposés, le personnel est à l’écoute, une personne a eu une demande particulière et a été satisfaite , , félicitations aux nouveaux propriétaires

02/09/2024: Nous avons visité à nouveau le Domaine Clairefontaine et avons vécu, à nouveau, une expérience mémorable qui dépasse largement l'assiette, certes, délicieuse. Une présentation remarquable, une harmonie des saveurs, une créativité et une parfaite maîtrise technique. Les assiettes empreintes de finesse et de saveur parlent vite pour le Domaine. Et le plaisir au palais, confirme. Constance est un autre maître mot. En effet, la dernière visité nous avait marqué les esprits. Nous sommes revenus car nous n'avions pas oublié l'expérience et avons découvert une nouvelle fois cette qualité distinctive, cette originalité, élégance, inspiration et maîtrise soignée; autant des marqueurs qui distinguent ceux qui sont bons des ceux qui sont une référence. Le tout dans un superbe cadre verdoyant. Le service est impeccable, raffiné, sous le signe du positivisme et avec une dose parfaite et délicieuse d'épanouissement et de bonne humeur. On perçoit une atmosphère dans laquelle toute l'équipe est dans leur élément et qui suit, car elle croit, à un chef/leader Philippe Girardon qui insuffle les valeurs d'excellence, bienveillance et d' humanisme qui sont impossibles à improviser, car on sent qu'ils fluent et apparaissent en toute transparence, spontanéité et naturalité. A l'image d'une pommier qui ne peut donner que ... des pommes.
