15/05/2026: We've been buying paella here for 20 years and are always delighted to eat it; we love it! I highly recommend this place.

14/12/2025: I ordered a paella for 20 people and came to pick it up at 12:00 PM as planned when I placed my order. To my horror, the place was closed, and no one answered the phone. My guests were due at 12:30 PM, and I had to find a way to feed 20 people in half an hour. I was furious and have completely removed this place from my contacts. I have only one word: RUN AWAY.

20/04/2026: I used to love your spring rolls, however the quality has dropped significantly despite the price increase. It's a real shame because you were where I ate the best spring rolls. With this poor quality, you've already lost some loyal customers among my colleagues.

15/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant after visiting Vizille Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the waitress is gracious and very friendly, and the food is delicious. We highly recommend it! It's a shame we don't live in the area so we could come back. 24/11/2025: It feels like a Parisian bar, with its Art Nouveau decor and prices to match. A coffee or a tea: €8.50. That's expensive for a tea bag... I'm told you're paying for the ambiance... but at that price, can you take the teapot home with you?

02/05/2026: I went there at 12:45 today. A blonde woman dragged her feet to serve us, which set the tone. I asked her what exactly was in the products, but she took forever to answer, didn't offer me anything, didn't explain what was in the display case, and wrapped the products without asking if they needed to be heated. So she unwrapped them to heat them up and then addressed me informally. Absolutely no experience or common sense for a bakery of this caliber.

24/04/2026: Experience on April 24th: a croissant eaten in (€1.85) costs €0.50 more than if you take it away: I suppose this is to cover the upkeep of the place, which aims to be welcoming. Unfortunately, the chairs weren't clean, nor were the tabletops... And everything else was just as bad! Lamentable.

16/04/2026: We stumbled upon it quite by chance, while looking for a pizza restaurant. The menu is simple, offering a few pizzas along with daily specials. We tried the pizzas, which were mediocre, made with low-quality ingredients (especially the olives).

02/12/2025: I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The welcome and service were not warm, which created a rather cold atmosphere. It's a shame, because the setting could be pleasant, but the lack of attention and friendliness is striking.

14/12/2025: We've been coming to Auris for many years and it was such a shame to see this place go downhill so rapidly. Burger was raw (not rare, literally raw). Croque was honestly the worst thing I've eaten in ages. Really expensive too.

02/05/2026: The "Sex on the Beach" cocktail was tasteless. More ice than drink! I also didn't like the atmosphere, which was full of current rap music that gave me a headache! (But that's a matter of personal taste). The service was rather rushed. Was there on 04/26/2026

26/04/2026: The food is good. The service is a bit slow, but that's to be expected with the number of people who come to this bar. The atmosphere is quite nice, with good music. The terrace is really great, with a beautiful view of the square. The shisha is just okay; they only offer Khaloud, and it runs out of steam quite quickly, about 30-40 minutes per session.

17/05/2026: Dirty and full of flies, including inside my cup of tea. I didn’t dare to drink the coke because I couldn’t see if there were flies inside.

14/05/2026: Great McDonald's, I really enjoyed the cheddar potatoes.

04/05/2026: Very clean room. The morning and evening staff were very friendly. Pets were welcome, which allowed us to bring our cat. The room was quiet because the road wasn't busy and didn't pass directly under the windows! The parking lot was closed at night. Highly recommended!

25/05/2026: Kudos to the young manager, petite and brunette with curly hair, I think. We ordered from the drive-thru and witnessed her being disrespected by a customer while she was speaking politely and trying to resolve an issue. The man wouldn't listen, despite the disrespect she received. She remained calm throughout. It was very impressive; well done to her. Our order was hot, and the service from her colleague was excellent—well done! I felt I had to share what impressed my girlfriend and me. We'll definitely be back.
