The meat in the carpaccio and tartare was a complete disaster. We made these comments before leaving the restaurant. Their response: we'll report it to the kitchen. Avoid this place.
29/09/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the food delicious. The cuisine was flavorful and prepared with care, using high-quality ingredients. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

A bit close to a relatively busy junction but somehow that didn’t matter.
Food and service excellent. Fish casserole was delicious. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

18/09/2026: The restaurant at the Seignosse golf course is in a magnificent setting, with a beautiful view from the large terrace, but the food disappointed us: sloppy Caesar salads (dry meat, certainly cooked in advance, no seasoning whatsoever...), friendly but evasive staff, even at the beginning of service (the restaurant manager was unfriendly). The Seignosse golf course restaurant should take a page from the book of the Moliets golf course restaurant.

08/09/2026: Bold claim alert: the best menu de jour I’ve ever had in France. Certainly one of the top five lunches I’ve ever had. Absolutely superb, swift, friendly staff. I simply can’t recommend enough. I was hopeful it would be good reading the reviews & I was richly rewarded. FYI you may need to book, which is usually a good sign.
27/08/2026: Following a recommendation, we had lunch at this establishment and we weren't disappointed! It was incredibly good. Excellent value for money. The duck breast and foie gras dish was a real treat.

30/05/2026: Initially, this wasn't the restaurant we'd chosen. However, the menu at another restaurant didn't appeal to us, so we decided to try here. And frankly... WOW... Superb, succulent, captivating, an explosion of flavor from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for these magical meals!

I highly recommend it.
03/05/2026: As pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, we had a truly wonderful time at L’Escalandes.
The welcome was warm and the meal excellent. Marina is a lovely person, full of kindness.
We had a problem with blisters, and she did everything she could to help us.
We are from Pas-de-Calais and hope to have the opportunity to return.

The service was impeccable, warm, attentive, and flawless.
