25/02/2026: It's always a great pleasure to stop at Cœur des Landes! The welcome is consistently warm: Eugénie and Jérôme are truly delightful hosts, you immediately feel right at home. As for the food, it's consistently flawless: the dishes are always excellent and generous. The real bonus? The value for money. The prices remain very reasonable considering the quality of the service and the products. A reliable, friendly, and delicious place that I recommend without hesitation!

27/05/2026: We booked a table at the restaurant. The cuisine was of exceptional quality, using excellent local ingredients (cooking techniques, seasonings, originality, etc.). The atmosphere in the dining room was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it for sharing a wonderful meal with a view of Lake Soustons.

21/05/2026: RESTAURANT REVIEW A quintessential French dining experience. The chef and his wife running the front of the house are well deserving of the recent enthusiastic Gault-Millau write up and the accolades of other recent reviewers. Emphasizing local and regional products, and showing confident and original preparations, the chef delivers a delightful meal. Perfectly seared fois gras and a clever veal tartare with preserved lemon and tarragon were starters, and then a robust plate offering seared lamb chops and braised lamp shoulder followed. Portions are generous, so we passed on the otherwise seductive desserts. Prices are fair for the quality of the food, and the wine list is sufficient. Gracious, unpretentious service. A delight to be able to wander up to one of the six cheerful rooms for the night after a great meal. Highly recommended.

29/05/2026: The pizzas are good and the price is reasonable, however, the manager, with his tattoos on his right arm, is nonchalant—no hello, no thank you, no goodbye. A waitress touches a dog's head several times with her hands and brings you your pizzas without washing them.

The restaurant is located in the center of Biscarrosse town, easily accessible with parking nearby. You can also buy bags of artisanal pasta. I would say this restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend it.

24/05/2026: We were quite disappointed with our experience at Surfing in Seignosse. Since the menu change to focus on Mexican cuisine, we felt the quality had declined. The service was the most disappointing aspect. My cocktail arrived spilled by the waitress, and I had to ask for a napkin myself to clean the table, with no real follow-up. It was also very hot, and we had to ask for water. Overall, the staff seemed unwelcoming and inattentive. It's a shame because the place has potential, but between the service and the new menu, the experience fell short of our expectations.

If you want interesting formulas at any time, go there with your eyes closed! We will definitely come back 😋
