22/09/2024: I was a regular customer since the opening of the Saint-Gervais bakery, I am no longer. Pastries and pastries have lost in size what they have gained in price. Moreover, on the pastry side, there is also less choice, and what remains has lost quality (where have the honored saints gone with the caramel base for example) Like many, I found that the waiting time to be served was getting worse and worse. And the concept of baking bread yourself ended up convincing me to look elsewhere, even though I live nearby. There remains the decor, which no longer creates an illusion except for people passing through. I see a lot of your old customers at the bakery I go to now. It’s time to set things right.

17/09/2024: A place having lost its authenticity, we came to have a snack, our hot chocolates at €3 each are cut with water and are not even filled. Let's not talk about chouquettes which are very hard and rancid, we even wonder if they only date from yesterday. So disappointing, we were used to much better.

29/09/2024: I ordered a platter of sweet petit fours. I was told by phone that there will be 12, in the end there are 20 (fortunately only one ordered, otherwise it would have been too much and not potentially wasted). Then, we ordered for 10:30 a.m. (personal imperative), more than 30 minutes of waiting for the tray to not be ready! Let it be done urgently and no matter how! The box to put them in is too small and therefore nothing is stable. See photos. In addition to the endless waiting, waiters preferring to fill the windows and you ignore and now the non-compliance with the schedule and especially with the expected service, TO FLEE.

29/09/2024: This morning I waited almost half an hour for 4 baguettes and it's still the same, poorly organized bakery Please improve this issue

19/06/2025: I do not recommend the relay point, the manager lost my package, not very organized... she naturally told me that she must have given it to someone else, also questioned my word by attesting that my partner had come to pick it up the day before while he was traveling.

24/05/2025: Speaking very rudely to customers allows for inappropriate comments. For a boss, it's not very professional. Run away, it confirms my desire to never return! When you run a bar with a lot of traffic, you have to be friendly, otherwise you'll have to work in a factory if you can't stand the customers!

12/12/2024: When taking the order at the terminal the waitress laughs with her colleagues and shouts into the microphone then leaves for several minutes before taking my Order, I waited 20 minutes before being served for only two maxi best of menu I do not recommend

11/12/2024: Good for nothing!!! More shortages in orders... a shame for a chain like yours, especially since the reception at the drive-thru was deplorable

09/09/2024: Un repas froid, après une réclamation, un retour encore plus froid, un personnel incapable , une responsable qui manque de management . Une salle pas propre. Enfin bref, A éviter !

05/09/2024: Very poorly received on the phone and a big lack of professionalism! I'm calling because there is an error in the toppings on 2 sandwiches in my order. The response I was given leaves me perplexed… “you have the steak! What do you want?! You have your sandwiches.” I find that very limiting. Mistakes happen, I'm not saying anything about that. But a minimum of customer relations all the same! Review your communications basics!

21/09/2024: Coming at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday and no longer having special bread, pie or pizza is really unacceptable!!! There has been a real deterioration for some time...

07/11/2024: A shame to offer such dishes. The starters can go and the same goes for the cheese and dessert part. On the other hand, the dishes are really very low-end, nothing is homemade. Everything is industrial but really in economic mode. On the other hand, the price remains high. Even the children's menu leaves something to be desired: breaded chicken and fries. We really need to realize that we can’t just do that to our children! To flee!

13/11/2024: Endroit propre mais ils ont un pb avec les sauces a croire qu’il y a un concours à celui qui en mets pas dans les commandes Aujourd’hui commande de 2 menu bigtasty sandwich pâteux,salade défraîchie avec un goût de choux fleurs bien garni en sauce ce qui est rare malheureusement pas la sauce du tasty Ps faite attention à vos commandes à emporter des as de l’oubli
