16/11/2024: It's hard to forget our favorite waitress even if the waiters are very nice (on the other hand the ungracious waitress is getting worse and worse) We really like the tapas, always tasty and original. Too bad the prices have increased a little too much But we LOVE

06/09/2024: Very disappointed even though the restaurant was recommended to me by a hotelier. We arrived first and waited 40 minutes before the Dish is served. In addition, the dessert, although good, was not at all presentable, crumbled shortbread on strawberries. And finally restaurant a little expensive for the service.

04/09/2024: Limited offering, 3 starters, 2 mains plus a vegetarian main. Should be a succes story. Unfortunately not, tasteless "perfect egg" and chewy steak with overfried potatos. Good cod fish. Very expensive wines and average service. Not our place to be.

01/09/2024: Terrible first impression/service. I'm pretty suprised to see how many reviews mention the excellent service. We had planned a significant portion of our Loire stay around the culinary class that we reserved with the chef. We were told it was cancelled at 10pm the night before because there wasn't enough interest. When we offered to pay to make it a private, it was still a no as it was 10pm and the chef wouldn't be able to get the ingredients. We wouldn't have chosen to stay here as the location is inconvenient in proximity to the adjacent cities if we had known our class would be cancelled. It also would have been nice to know in advance so we could make other plans. Our experience with the rest of the property hasn't been great either - stark contrast from some of the other hotels we stayed at in the area - no tour given, no information about the property given, we had to ask reception about breakfast/where to go as we had no idea it was even included. The rooms are comfortable and large, the property is pretty, but it's an inconvenient location in relation to the nearby cities and the service has been very below average. Wouldn't stay here again when there are so many other options.

18/11/2024: Very attractive weekday lunch price for 15 euros starter + cheese + dessert buffet and in addition a main course that is difficult to beat Food quality is excellent The all-you-can-eat buffet menu on weekends is perfect, there is even salmon with a large choice of dessert and the cheese buffet is very extensive.

08/09/2024: Dirty smell, carpet stain, limescale, dust, dirty, no bedside lamp, no socket near the bed, torn curtain, leaking wall stain, door handle that doesn't hold, dirty switch in short... Doesn't deserve 3 stars, it's a hoax!! Corridor !!! No/no more fire alarm, door open to technical room, window held with tape!!!! In a word, OLD, it makes you wonder if it's not a business to get stars... a few photos but I could add so many more!!!

09/07/2025: It's certainly a very nice hotel and it's well-regarded, but on the other hand, they make a good living off the backs of their guests... Following my mother's death, I had to cancel my stay two days before the scheduled date. I was told no problem and to call back in February. I tried several times, but each time they told me to call back, then time passed and I forgot to call back. I called back this morning at 10 a.m., and now the owner is telling me it's too late because the balance sheet has been settled! It's so easy to earn €140 for a reservation without doing the job!!! I'm very angry and, above all, very disappointed by this behavior. I was robbed of €140...
