22/01/2026: Good breakfast with great friendliness from the staff who, even with difficulty speaking English, managed to help me! It was my first time, but I was very impressed with Patapain.

10/12/2025: The moment you walk into this place, the atmosphere is cold, the staff are practically grumpy, the toilets are dirty, and the service really needs improvement. It's a shame, I usually have a very pleasant and smiling waiter, but today he was awful!

16/01/2026: I thought this kebab was very good the night before last. The quality has gone down considerably; there were only two bits of salad and a tiny bit of sauce at the bottom of the sandwich, the meat was incredibly salty and not very good. It took me all night to digest it. All this for €8.50 for just the kebab. At that price, they should make their own meat skewers and sauces. I don't think I'll be back.

07/01/2026: Very good. A pleasant bar right in the center of Vendôme, with a friendly atmosphere and a nice terrace for relaxing. The service is good and the place is ideal for having a drink with friends or taking a break. A simple and effective place that I recommend.

31/10/2025: We stopped at this pastry shop in Blois after being drawn in by the beautiful storefront and meticulously arranged window display. The cakes are magnificently presented, tastefully decorated, and immediately invite you to linger. We decided to have afternoon tea there as a family, on the terrace. The place also serves as a tea room, which is very pleasant. I chose a coffee éclair: as pretty as it was delicious. What I particularly appreciated was that the dessert wasn't too sweet—a real treat. A great spot for lovers of fine pastries and a delightful atmosphere in Blois. I can't wait to go back and try other creations 🍰

27/08/2025: Beautiful strawberry tart to the eye but disappointed by the shortbread not pure butter!! For a homemade pastry chef, well done!! And which must have been several days old........

03/02/2026: Very welcoming staff. The bar and restaurant were very good. The only downsides were the cold bathroom and the mediocre breakfast on Monday. Being off-season, there was no buffet on the second day, fewer choices (and you had to choose from a list upon arrival), and the pastries weren't good. It's a shame they didn't mention that there isn't a buffet every day during the off-season.

02/02/2026: Hotel listed on Wonderbox. The room was available until I mentioned it was with a Wonderbox voucher, at which point it was no longer available. This is anti-business and shameful.

15/02/2026: There was a serious lack of consistency in the welcome and service; you could easily have a wonderful experience or a truly unpleasant one! Seated at a table right next to an old window, close to the drafts from the entrance, I was freezing... The service was slow and disorganized: amuse-bouches were rushed out without a word of courtesy, even though we had finished our drinks some time before... then a hot starter was served lukewarm, what a shame! The owner was haughty and unwelcoming.

25/01/2026: Excellent meal prepared by a truly great chef – please keep him! It had been a long time since we'd eaten so well. Not to mention the very warm welcome from the owner. We will gladly return.

05/02/2026: I went there today, February 5, 2026, to have a panini and a tuna bagel. The tuna in the bagel was awful! It took me eight hours for the lingering aftertaste to disappear!

07/02/2026: The food at this restaurant is bland. It's not worth the prices listed on the menu! Not even a single fry with the burger! And as for the steak and fries, they weren't even cooked through! It's a shame because the place itself is quite nice. I think there are things they need to improve in the kitchen.

01/02/2026: A very pleasant hotel with excellent staff. The ambiance of the candlelit dinner in the restaurant is magnificent, and the food is superb. We will definitely return on our next visit to the region.

28/02/2026: A very bad experience today at McDonald's in Romorantin around 1 p.m. I placed my order at the kiosk, so it was clearly recorded. There was a first mistake in the order. These things happen. I calmly pointed it out. They brought me the order… and then a second mistake. I had ordered a Croque McDo. The result: two slices of bread, without cheese or ham. For the price we pay, serving literally empty bread is unbelievable. When I simply asked for what I had ordered and paid for, the employee at the order assembly station (the one who puts the items in bags and on trays, a short, blonde woman with glasses) was particularly unpleasant and condescending. She literally laughed in my face and responded aggressively, implying that the mistake was my fault, even though the order had been placed at the kiosk and was therefore written down. Making two mistakes is already regrettable. Failing to apologize and adopting an accusatory tone towards a customer is, however, unacceptable. I would like to emphasize that the other team members were professional, pleasant, and able to rectify the situation. Thank you to them. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know that to err is human. But the very least one can do is acknowledge the mistake and correct it courteously. Disappointing experience.
