14/07/2026: We were extremely disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The staff were completely unfriendly. Our order took 30 minutes to arrive, and our main courses were lukewarm before our aperitifs. During periods of intense heat, they only offered one salad, and even then, it was only for vegetarians. There was no choice on the menu, no desserts, just ice cream. The main courses arrived much later. Frankly, we won't be going back. And to top it off, we paid a fortune for two people.

14/07/2026: Extremely disappointed!!! It took 30 minutes for our drinks and sharing platter order to arrive!! The drinks finally came, but the waitress had forgotten the platter!! It finally arrived, but without the bread, which we had to ask for three times!!! We had previously dined here once and were satisfied, but this was a complete disaster!!! The service needs to be reviewed!!!! Unfortunately, we will hesitate to return. What a shame!!!

06/06/2026: I came to pick up a Too Good To Go basket and I wasn't disappointed! I missed the collection time, but they made sure I could still get the basket! Fantastic. I highly recommend them!

27/05/2026: Horrible pastry shop! I bought a Tropezienne tart, the cream had gone bad, and I had to throw it away because it tasted and smelled awful. This is the third time I've tried to buy from this establishment (since it's close to my home), but it was definitely the last time. I do not recommend it.

17/06/2026: While visiting Beauval Zoo, we stayed at this hotel. The room was decent, very clean, with a large and functional shower room and comfortable bedding. Breakfast wasn't very varied for the price, but the dining room was very pleasant. The parking was very convenient, and there's a small garden with tables and chairs under the linden trees. It's a shame there wasn't a vending machine. Security was provided all night by a very friendly and professional guard. Disadvantages: the beds were poorly positioned in relation to the lighting, the room was dark, there were stairs to climb to reach the two upper floors, and there was a lot of traffic on the roundabout, so it was noisy if you left the windows open. Once closed, you could barely hear anything. Advantages: proximity to the park, and the same goes for Saint-Aignan, which is a lovely town with nice and affordable restaurants. The room price was a bit high, but it's Beauval. Go for it, it's still good and the cheapest hotel in the group.

15/06/2026: Hello, The rooms were clean and spacious, but there was a lack of storage space, as it wasn't available in all rooms. Breakfast was very meager; if you wanted more bread, it was absolutely impossible (a small basket with just enough for each person!). There was no still water that day. And for fruit, there were only a few apples and bananas, nothing else...

02/06/2026: Under the previous owner, we were treated much better! The cooks were quickly overwhelmed! There's a tempting sign on the door, at a great price, but behind the door, you're not greeted. I was there alone, at 1 p.m., looking presentable, with empty tables, but the place was full. Goodbye! Phew! A nice restaurant further on, with a steak tartare cooked to perfection, L'ATELIER, in La Motte-Beuvron.

02/06/2026: The hotel spa was clean, pleasant, and very well designed. Lola at reception was smiling, very friendly, and explained everything to us. There's a hammam, a sauna, a sensory shower, and a tea room, all beautifully decorated and very clean. The spa products are high quality. We highly recommend it and will gladly return.

27/06/2026: Visited today; the toilets are in a deplorable state and there are green flies everywhere behind the display cases, on the products for sale! Avoid at all costs!

21/06/2026: Hello. Well, when we came in, no greeting, completely ignored even though we were the only ones there. Two girls were chatting and one was struggling to sweep under the sandwich bar. Green flies on the pizzas. We sat outside for a snack, the tables were filthy and we had a view of the round white wheeled bins inside a dirty place, oh my god!! They won't be seeing us again anytime soon, even though we walk past at least once a week.

24/05/2026: A warm welcome from a young woman. The staircase is old-fashioned. The carpet in the room is also old-fashioned. The shutter handle was broken. The bathroom is outdated. The bedding is adequate. Breakfast: flies on the cheese, the cake still in its supermarket packaging, and poorly organized... Very noisy, especially children playing on the stairs in the evening, and the staff said nothing...

20/05/2026: A fantastic new team: welcoming, smiling, and with great advice about our destination. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds, despite the road. A superb breakfast with a wide selection. There's also a very comprehensive buffet with hot dishes available. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back 🙂. Thank you so much.

07/07/2026: It's a shame they sell salads and then, when you want to order one for lunch to eat in, they tell you they're out of cutlery... Really disappointing... So we didn't order anything.

06/07/2026: I don't often share my opinions, but I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I came in on a Friday at 5:30 PM to order five pizzas. The shelf was empty, on a Friday evening! The cashier went to see what she could do and joined an employee wearing headphones (hygiene, anyone?) who threw the pizza dough onto the work surface! I was told I had to wait an hour or more (I'll spare you the inappropriate language). They told me they were already very busy! (I remind you, the shelf was empty at 5:30 PM!). I was a regular customer; that was the last time!

29/07/2026: I've never seen a station in my life so disgusting, from the coffee machines to the glass surfaces and even the toilets. Everything is in a deplorable state of disrepair.

31/07/2026: On July 31st around 7:15 PM, the service was excellent. I ordered a drive-thru, and everything was perfectly synchronized in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean. The staff was pleasant, almost a model of excellence for McDonald's, which are failing in this regard. Because people check the orders before sending them out. I'm not usually one to give compliments.

29/07/2026: Monfils went to pick this up, got home, and surprise, it wasn't the right order. I called, and guess what? I'm the one who got yelled at. I had a haughty, unpleasant, arrogant, contemptuous, and disdainful person on my end. Miss, I understand it's not pleasant working at McDonald's, but here's a piece of advice: change careers.

06/07/2026: Hello, I'm giving 2 stars because it wasn't all bad, but the toy and sauces were missing from the Happy Meal, the fries were cold, the 280 was lukewarm, and when the employee reassembled the trays to facilitate the cleanup, we discovered that the tray wasn't in optimal condition. I think McDonald's France should pay a visit to its franchisee to review procedures and improve the restaurant's service quality.

05/04/2026: I stopped by this morning and everything was absolutely delicious 🤤 One small drawback, though: I would have really appreciated a plant-based milk option. That would be a real plus for people with intolerances or who prefer alternatives.

01/04/2026: The bread is really not great, the pastries, cakes, sandwiches and related items are very good but quite expensive. They have long opening hours, allowing for a pleasant break.

06/07/2026: Disappointing experience. The service is consistently cold and clearly lacks friendliness. The welcome isn't warm, and with each visit, you often feel like you're bothering them, even for a simple request. I work in the shopping center and therefore sometimes come to this establishment. It's a shame, especially since it's the only bar on site, which limits the options. A minimum of courtesy and consideration would make the experience much more pleasant. As it stands, it doesn't particularly make me want to return.

22/06/2026: We received a warm welcome. The place is cozy, even if a bit cramped, and the service was quite fast. I ordered truffle pasta, which was overcooked and swimming in water. There was a hint of truffle flavor, but no seasoning, so the dish was rather bland. It's a shame; perhaps next time will be better!

21/05/2026: No price displayed, they charge whatever they think they can get away with! Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is nonexistent! Very noisy. TV channel updates not done! Poor renovation, inaccessible utility closet! Slippery bathtub. Dampness on the windows in the morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

20/05/2026: Very disappointed. Four nights with no cleaning during our stay, no towel changes. The bathroom was unsanitary with moldy, poorly finished grout and holes in the wall. We had the same sheets for four nights, and the rooms weren't cleaned. The hangers were unusable, and there were cobwebs on the windows. In the evenings, we couldn't stay in the lounge; they close at 10 pm. The reception staff were rather curt in their response to our requests. One positive point was the breakfast and the person who ran it. I do not recommend this place.
