27/06/2026: Visited today; the toilets are in a deplorable state and there are green flies everywhere behind the display cases, on the products for sale! Avoid at all costs!

21/06/2026: Hello. Well, when we came in, no greeting, completely ignored even though we were the only ones there. Two girls were chatting and one was struggling to sweep under the sandwich bar. Green flies on the pizzas. We sat outside for a snack, the tables were filthy and we had a view of the round white wheeled bins inside a dirty place, oh my god!! They won't be seeing us again anytime soon, even though we walk past at least once a week.

17/09/2026: We had lunch here today, and the service was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly and smiling waitress. 👍

24/05/2026: A warm welcome from a young woman. The staircase is old-fashioned. The carpet in the room is also old-fashioned. The shutter handle was broken. The bathroom is outdated. The bedding is adequate. Breakfast: flies on the cheese, the cake still in its supermarket packaging, and poorly organized... Very noisy, especially children playing on the stairs in the evening, and the staff said nothing...

20/05/2026: A fantastic new team: welcoming, smiling, and with great advice about our destination. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds, despite the road. A superb breakfast with a wide selection. There's also a very comprehensive buffet with hot dishes available. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back 🙂. Thank you so much.

21/07/2026: Appalling service. 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. This isn't a restaurant, it's a canteen for regulars. If you're not one of them, you'll have to wait, and wait... I preferred to leave without eating.

27/07/2026: The sales assistants were friendly and patient. I recommend the chicken salad; it was quite varied and generously filled compared to other bakeries. The salmon and broccoli quiche was also good.

29/09/2026: Every single machine, without exception, serves you overpriced, disgusting hot chocolate diluted with water, labeled "sweet" but with a bland, uninteresting taste. Just another rip-off! A disgrace!

12/09/2026: The toilets… Horrible!!!! Quite expensive. A blatant lack of maintenance of the available equipment.

06/10/2026: So, people sitting on the tables smoking, stubbing out their cigarettes, and spitting on the terrace is really awful, especially since the staff don't say anything! I don't understand this lack of respect for others. There are benches and chairs, ashtrays, and toilets in this establishment... so why so much rudeness? Do they do the same at home?

02/10/2026: We regularly eat at this McDonald's as a family and usually find it a pleasant and friendly place. However, on several occasions, we've been bothered by the presence of two young people who don't eat in the restaurant but linger inside for extended periods, talking and laughing very loudly, to the point of disturbing other customers and even bothering the employees at the counter. Even today, at lunchtime, it was difficult to eat peacefully as a family because of their loud laughter. We also noticed that one of them was drinking alcohol on the McDonald's patio, even though he wasn't eating inside. Another point that particularly concerned us: one of the young people left his tin of cigarettes open on the table when he went outside for a few moments. With children around, we find this quite reckless, as a child could easily touch or take something left unattended. We usually appreciate this establishment and we simply hope that this kind of situation can be better managed so that everyone can enjoy the restaurant in peace and safety.

21/05/2026: No price displayed, they charge whatever they think they can get away with! Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is nonexistent! Very noisy. TV channel updates not done! Poor renovation, inaccessible utility closet! Slippery bathtub. Dampness on the windows in the morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

20/05/2026: Very disappointed. Four nights with no cleaning during our stay, no towel changes. The bathroom was unsanitary with moldy, poorly finished grout and holes in the wall. We had the same sheets for four nights, and the rooms weren't cleaned. The hangers were unusable, and there were cobwebs on the windows. In the evenings, we couldn't stay in the lounge; they close at 10 pm. The reception staff were rather curt in their response to our requests. One positive point was the breakfast and the person who ran it. I do not recommend this place.

18/09/2026: Getting worse and worse: the quality and service are declining, but the price remains the same. Once again, we're complaining about both the products and the staff. I definitely do not recommend this business.

14/09/2026: Someone needs to explain to your display manager that he needs to respect customers, not turn his back after serving one to pretend to move cakes in the display case instead of serving a customer who's been waiting more than 5 minutes... money has no color... 09/13/2026 at 8:45 AM... 20/09/2026: The food was deplorable. We ordered a 100% homemade platter with local products, and frankly, the four pieces of duck breast were overcooked, the gravlax salmon was tasteless, and the foie gras was really mediocre—even mine was better. Frankly, it's not worth the price at all. The only thing we loved was the chilled rosé and chilled white wine cocktails. I think they should stick to cocktails and not offer meals. The owner told us, "Well, I don't know what the cook is doing. You're not the first to give negative feedback." Seriously, avoid this place; there are undoubtedly better places for lunch.

19/09/2026: Friendly staff... quick service and above all... quality food... and they know how to make real fries... I recommend the pork rillons, a delight... I would have liked more sauce, it was so good... the lady is welcoming and kind... a polite and attentive waiter... we highly recommend this restaurant... the bikers from Lot-et-Garonne... she'll recognize us

01/10/2026: Unfortunately, a complete menu was missing from my order, and the person I spoke to on the phone was unkind and condescending.

23/09/2026: A 1 hour wait at the drive-thru when there are only 15 cars! I've never seen anything like it!
