11/07/2024: Absolutely fabulous meal. Service first class. Everything perfect. I had the veal and my husband had the beef, both magnifique. Desserts first class also. Couldn’t fault anything.

30/08/2024: Dans un cadre champêtre (la terrasse avec la guirlande de lumières est top), le Bistrot Fertois répond à toute les attentes d'une cuisine de brasserie.
C'est du cuisiné main et ca se sent. Mon menu (Œuf cocotte au bleu/pièce du boucher-purée de carottes/ crème légère à l'orange) était excellent. Le tout pour un prix de 17€40 imbattable.
Ma compagne a aussi apprécié.
Le menu enfant a été dévoré avec une mouse au chocolat maison très bonne.
C'est très agréable de pouvoir encore trouver des établissements comme celui-ci. De la cuisine simple, avec du gout et des tarifs plus que raisonnables.
La carte des vins avec des références de la région est aussi un plus.
Très belle découverte.

11/09/2024: This restaurant specialises in beef but has other dishes on the menu. It only does a la carte and the prices are not cheap. I chose Boeuf Bourguinon. The meat was chewy and there was not enough sauce. Could have done with a few more carrots too. My husband had the Volaille Grandmere which was lumps of bland chicken breast in a bland watery sauce, served with rice . Very disappointing. We had a half litre of a local red wine which, again, was very disappointing. We won't be going again.

03/09/2024: To speak of perfection would not do justice to this team. It is rather a state of mind, an ethic of reception, of welcome and the assumed desire to serve a talent: the hotel and catering industry.
Come stay there! And if I can give advice to professionals: come and train there.
Without codified artifices or stilted attitudes, everything is directly accurate and in harmonious overall resonance.
It’s truly an experience of establishment, the only other comparable example of which is Roellinger’s house.

A one-night stopover with a meal, it was just the best!!👌
The room is large, very comfortable. A king-size breakfast, hearty and quality.
As for the evening meal, wow, excellent, quality cuisine, careful, fine, and impeccable service, thanks to two pleasant young girls.
We loved the welcome from Patricia, the boss, so a big thank you, we will keep excellent memories!
In short, if you try it with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed.

05/04/2024: Take-out order, excellent and well-stocked pizza and big surprise with the really good burger, quality ingredients. €12 for a pizza, €6 for a burger. Very reasonable prices given the quality. I will come back with pleasure during my next visit to Blois.
09/03/2024: The phlegm of Saturday evening made me discover this pizzeria which offers takeaways. The preparation was quick and we ate 4 delicious artisan pizzas. Well done and thank you 👍
