08/03/2026: Today, a large group of us came to the crêperie—11 people at table 11, celebrating two birthdays. You definitely need to book in advance, but the service was impeccable. The waitress was attentive and efficient, a true professional. The galettes and crêpes were absolutely delicious! I had a super-complete galette, which was very good. My advice: book ahead!

This little bar, run for over 40 years by the legendary Raymond—a 77-year-old man with a beret and a smile that lights up everything—is a pure and simple journey through time. Imagine: a decor frozen in the 70s, with its orange Formica benches, sparkling aluminum light fixtures, and a mind-blowing collection of owl figurines everywhere (the story behind it is adorable; Raymond had a real one at home!). Add to that knick-knacks accumulated over the decades, yellowed photos, and a cozy cramped atmosphere that forces people to squeeze together... and presto, you're in an authentic cocoon where you forget the outside world. And the prices? A joke! It's the cheapest bar in Paris: a half-pint for €2, a coffee for peanuts, and Raymond refuses to raise anything, even when the end of the month is tough. It's not just economical, it's generous, friendly, with an atmosphere where everyone chats, laughs, and lets loose without fuss. The regulars are like one big family, and newcomers (like me, after reading glowing reviews) leave feeling at home. 16/01/2026: A really lovely restaurant. Set menu (main course + dessert) for 20 euros. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. A real treat and a nice change of pace. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is quick and efficient.

26/11/2025: Passing through Saint-Nazaire to say goodbye to a friend, we stumbled upon this little bar. A warm welcome, an excellent punch cocktail 🍸, and without even asking, we were offered a small bite to eat which was also delicious and, without us even realizing it, warmed our hearts. Thank you.

01/03/2026: Very disappointed. We came for lunch on a Sunday as a family, with a reservation, a table of 6 adults and 1 child. There was a long wait, and people who arrived after us were served before us. There were order errors, and the bill wasn't correct after recalculating it once we got home (about €25 extra...). This was because: some set menus were ordered and charged, and on top of that, desserts were listed à la carte when they weren't. In any case, that's not what's stated on the menus. While we're usually quite forgiving, we were very unhappy today.

28/02/2026: I don't recommend it; the food quality isn't exceptional. They also made a mistake with our order: we ordered a double steak served with a carafe of water, which wasn't served and we had to ask for it. Then, they made a mistake on the bill at the register and charged me for another table. I had to check and pay €62 instead of €40. Luckily, they did issue a refund.

01/03/2026: Hotel with tastefully renovated decor. Comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom. Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of local products. Friendly staff. I recommend it.

23/02/2026: Recently renovated with impeccable taste, we had a fabulous stay at this hotel. A warm and professional welcome at any time of day, excellent food in the restaurant, and a delightful breakfast after a good workout: the hotel also boasts a very good, modern, and highly functional fitness room – a real bonus! 👍🙂 We'll be back soon and will definitely keep this address in mind for our future stays in Nantes.

A warm welcome from the owner, a charming and efficient young waitress, and delicious traditional cuisine at a very reasonable price. This little restaurant reminded me of the traditional Lyonnais bistros, and that's a compliment: I'll gladly return whenever I have the chance!
