13/05/2026: I recently discovered Restaurant Les 3 Marchands in Nozay, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The setting is warm and elegant without being pretentious, with a friendly atmosphere that immediately makes you want to sit down and enjoy the moment. The cuisine is a real highlight: the dishes are refined, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the care taken in both the presentation and the flavors. Each dish is crafted with flair, and the combinations are truly successful. Special mention goes to the fish and desserts, which were absolutely delicious. The service is also impeccable: a warm welcome, an attentive and highly professional team throughout the meal. You feel truly valued, and that makes all the difference. The price-quality ratio is very reasonable considering the quality offered. This is a wonderful restaurant in Nozay that I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a family meal, a dinner with friends, or a special occasion. A delightful experience that I will gladly repeat.

20/04/2026: I advise you to avoid this restaurant. The staff watched us eat and rushed us. They served undercooked, cold, and non-halal meat. The owner scratched his private parts in front of the customers. Right after, I went to the doctor because I had a tapeworm. The food was truly disgusting; there was also mold in the kitchen and a deathly smell in the restaurant. Run away.

18/05/2026: A combination bakery and sandwich shop where you queue to buy what you need. The problem is that, given how crowded it is, the wait to be served is far too long, especially since there are only two or three people working for the size of the establishment. They need to hire more staff, otherwise, you can't always wait at lunchtime when you only have an hour for lunch.

27/04/2026: The entire Brit Hotel Beaujoire team gave us a fantastic welcome during a training session. Special mention also goes to the chefs; the lunch was excellent.

16/04/2026: One of my favorite hotels when I'm in Nantes. Excellent location. Private parking. Friendly staff. Very pleasant and quiet rooms. A superb breakfast, just the way I like it, with local products, cereals, fruit, eggs… They also offer a set dinner menu, which I highly recommend. It's hard to find better. Well done to the whole team!

22/04/2026: Reservation made on the website, everything went smoothly. The welcome was warm and the service excellent. The waiter was very professional and pleasant. Our various dishes were excellent, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! For a €36 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert...it was simply PERFECT! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were beautifully prepared and given a modern twist (like the strawberry-rhubarb mille-feuille). As a result, I've already been telling everyone about this restaurant. A great place like this deserves to be shared! The welcome was also very warm. It's so nice to see smiling faces.

22/05/2026: We really liked this bar restaurant. Went there 2 times during our stay in the area. Check the opening times as it’s not open every evening. Lots of pizzas to choose from & a black-board of specials. Can definitely recommend the Savoyarde pizza. Friendly service & good prices. Indoor and outdoor seating.

17/05/2026: Bad choice :( One waitress would be better off in a brasserie, she spoke so loudly and moved around so much; the second, a newbie, didn't even know how to open a bottle of wine. The somewhat kitschy hotel decor was also disappointing. The clientele is on half-board or full-board for groups of elderly people.
