I haven't been there since Covid and the quality is still there.
The menu is a sure bet (good value for money) and the menu is overflowing with dishes that you want to come back to taste 😅
On the other hand, we had made a reservation at noon on Sunday and when we arrived the table was not ready and we waited without being allowed in and waiting at the bar.
I put it down to a lack of staff to cover Sunday but it wasn't the best start.
Service a little long, 2 hours for the entire meal.

All the dishes and desserts chosen are excellent and served by the very friendly and open owner (who even had us taste his rum which he arranged himself)
So I recommend this establishment and we will return!

12/09/2024: Too expensive and misleading Linguine alle vongole with cockles and not clams and no parsley. It's disappointing and in a small portion for a price of 21.90 I should have read the reviews someone talks about a scam on this dish displayed at 18.50 2 months before me but who has to pay 21.50 in the end! Too bad because the place is nice and the staff friendly! And despite the response from the restaurateur, I am not convinced. It looks like cockles which are also very good but cheaper per kilo and the Italian dish is not respected! In any case now that I know Nantes a little better we can eat just as well for less elsewhere.

Nous étions 5, 5 galettes différentes et toutes magnifiques et très bonnes je dis bravo au Chef. Vous voulez passer un bon moment venez au Crépillon à Vallet. Vous repartirez avec plein de soleil, de joie et de bonne humeur...

What surprised me the most was the diversion of the health rules in force.
No consumption at the standing counter.

We are definitely not ready to get out of this when a lot of people are bothering to respect the health instructions in force.
