17/02/2026: We ordered several pizzas on the evening of February 16th. The pizzas were excellent, the crust was thin, and the ingredients were good. The calzone was fantastic. Good value for money, friendly staff. Thank you again.

18/11/2025: For us, the best! Thin crust and quality ingredients. Great service, the pizzas are made right in front of you. We're not from Pornichet, so sometimes I even travel miles just to enjoy these pizzas. Don't change a thing. Thank you!!!!

16/03/2026: Extremely bad people. They’ve got the truck parking area and I parked there for the weekend on Friday evening. Next day midday after I realised myself too, that they are closed, a lady came to me in a very rude way to tell me, that I need to move, but I couldn’t because of my legally required weekend break in a truck. I also wanted to pay for parking, but she didn’t accept it. I also accepted the fact, that I was parked/stuck there for the whole weekend, without showers, nor toilet. Then Monday morning she came to me again in an even ruder way telling me that I now really need to go away. My work was already started on my tachograph, but she kept talking trash. Very, very bad people.

28/01/2026: The young parking attendant gave us a very warm welcome, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is very good. I will definitely be back. Kisses, young lady. Pascal and his grandson.

04/01/2026: Appalling service. The waiter kicked chairs in displeasure in front of customers. He was confused with his orders, resulting in a 30-minute wait for a diabolo. The least he could have done was smile and not show his frustration. There was a huge lack of professionalism; not a greeting, not a smile, not even a kind word.

24/12/2025: Lunch after the funeral service: excellent telephone service, Charlie sought and found solutions, and on-site, a warm and cheerful welcome that continued throughout the meal. A wonderful rapport between the service and the kitchen. Homemade cuisine prepared with love, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this lovely moment of relaxation!

28/11/2025: A real treat! The €19.90 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was delicious and beautifully presented. A big thank you to the chef 👏... truly excellent!

05/03/2026: Incredible views and an unbeatable location. It's right next to the river, and the views from there are simply breathtaking—one of the highlights of the trip. The room: Very nice, comfortable, clean, and with everything you need for a good night's sleep. The food: The food is quite good, with high-quality dishes. However, keep in mind that the portions aren't huge, but you'll leave satisfied. The service: The best part of the experience, along with the views. The staff was attentive and friendly. In short: A fantastic hotel for its location and atmosphere, with delicious food, although the portions are a bit small. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: We received a complimentary Smartbox package including one night for two, dinner and breakfast, spa treatment, and body scrub. Unlike other establishments, we were treated like royalty. The gentlemen at reception were helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. At our table, João and Inés were very welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service, explaining the dishes and offering helpful guidance. Despite a fire alarm in the middle of the night, the young receptionist (who was new to the job) reassured us and guided us through the process, which didn't detract from our stay at all. The young women at the spa also gave us a wonderful experience; their massages were truly magical and provided absolute relaxation. We highly recommend this place if you're looking to be pampered.

31/10/2025: The food is decent, however, the portions are questionable! As for the owner, he's too pushy; the feeling of being rushed quickly becomes oppressive and really spoils the experience at the restaurant. You get the sense that he's under pressure to make a quick profit, while the customer simply wants to take their time, be comfortable, and savor their meal at their leisure. This is my second visit, thinking that the first impression might have been misleading, but unfortunately, no. The service, provided by the owner (both times), hasn't managed to improve. Unfortunately, the quality of the food isn't exceptional enough to overcome this feeling of pressure and the impression that he's under pressure to make a quick profit, finish the meal, and make room for new customers. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the experience remains disappointing.

16/02/2026: Hello, on Saturday evening we ordered from the pizza kiosk in Varades. We've never had a problem ordering online before… I arrived to pick up my order of 4 pizzas and they claimed they hadn't received it, even though the payment had been taken from my account. I showed them that I had indeed ordered in Varades and that the payment had been taken, and they told me there was supposedly a problem with the website and that I wasn't the first person this had happened to. So I had to reorder and pay again; in total it cost me €112.80.

13/02/2026: Good evening, We're increasingly disappointed with this kiosk. We've been customers for years! The pizzas are getting smaller and smaller, especially the more expensive ones 🤔 A pizza that costs over 15 euros only has six measly little pieces of chicken... The eggs are overcooked, like rubber... What a shame...

07/02/2026: This morning, I picked up my couscous order at their new location, La Soucoupe in St. Nazaire. Excellent service, as always. High-quality food. Helpful advice on reheating the dishes. Unparalleled kindness. They even offered me a portion of vegetarian couscous. What more can I say about this excellent place? Wishing them continued success in their new location. Thank you for everything 🙏.

13/01/2026: Very friendly people, great couscous to take away. The vegetables, semolina, merguez sausages, and chicken were all excellent. I highly recommend it; we were a party of 10 adults and had nothing but praise.

09/02/2026: I'm staying here for four weeks on a business trip and I feel almost "at home" thanks to the warm welcome and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and dedicated to the well-being of their guests. They offer generous breakfasts, meal trays if you arrive late, simple but tasty cuisine, and they're happy to accommodate requests for salads (thanks, Kevin! 😁).

01/02/2026: A week's stay in Châteaubriant... I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist (Gwendoline). Breakfast was very good. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open on Saturday evenings.

20/02/2026: Although the hotel was far from full, I found it disappointing that I was not given access to my room by noon on the day of my arrival and was asked to wait until 3:00 PM!

17/02/2026: We chose this hotel because it seemed very charming, and it's true that the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to this first impression. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't really explain how the hotel worked or the breakfast arrangements, which gave us a rather cold and unprofessional welcome. Discovering our room was a real disappointment: the decor needs a complete overhaul. It doesn't correspond at all to the Breton theme, which is all the more regrettable given the name and location of the establishment. The still-life painting and the wallpaper with owls create an incoherent and unwelcoming atmosphere. We also encountered several problems with the amenities. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom didn't close completely, which compromised privacy. Furthermore, the sink is very poorly designed: the faucet is badly positioned relative to the basin, making simple tasks like rinsing your face difficult. Adding to this is a significant point: the room rate is expensive for what the hotel actually offers. The value for money is clearly lacking. Fortunately, the bedding was comfortable and the breakfast quite comprehensive, which slightly improves the overall experience, but this is not enough to compensate for the numerous negative points. In short, this hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in its reception, room decor, the functionality of its facilities, and its pricing strategy.
