19/09/2024: Well, I arrived late at the hotel... and no one answered me... I told myself... that I'm going to have a bad night... my level of irritation was at its maximum when I received the call from the boss who reassured me and tell me “don’t worry, we’ll take care of you! I am welcomed by Stéphane it seems to me, and is most kind and friendly! He took the time to chat with me even late and he even apologized for the little misunderstanding! The hotel outside… I said to myself… where did I fall??? But then the interior! All beautiful! All clean! Brand new! I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you to the grand hotel team for your professionalism, your kindness and your attentiveness!

30/08/2024: Vacances en famille Découverte de cet hôtel agréable et chaleureux Chambre neuve - Très bon rapport qualité/prix à 10 min de la plage !! Repas copieux et varié à petit budget . Le nouveau patron est disponible et agréable aussi bien avec les adultes qu'avec les enfants. Des attentions qui font toute la différence et donnent envie de revenir !! Je recommande

14/09/2024: Endroit sympa pour une journée ensoleillée de septembre. Nous avons pris le menu du jour et la cuisine était excellente.

11/09/2024: Nous avions l'habitude de nous rendre régulièrement dans ce restaurant, et de nous y régaler...c'est FINI : le repas d'hier a été catastrophique : des "Coeurs de rumsteck" crus, que nous avons demandé à faire recuire, et qui sont revenus tout aussi crus, immangeables malgré de la bonne volonté, un risotto aux Saint Jacques servi avec une sauce figée et des Saint Jacques crues et froides, un poisson baignant dans un magma de purées liquides infâmes, des desserts de supermarché à peine moyens, et du saumon fumé en entrée peu engageant, accompagné de 4 gouttes de sauces sucrées écœurantes.....ajouter à cela un service limite (table sale qu'il a fallu aider à nettoyer à l'arrivée, verres posés sur le liquide de nettoyage), les sacs de pain qui trainent par terre derrière la caisse, et des interlocuteurs sans réponses devant notre déception....certains d'entre nous n'ont pas pu manger ce qui était servi, les autres n'ont pas fini, une soirée (et il n'y en avait qu'une) et une bonne humeur humeur gâchées et une addition élevée malgré ce repas catastrophique...ce restaurant est désormais à fuir !!!

15/09/2024: Dinner on a Sunday evening, almost empty room but that doesn't prevent us from creating a pleasant atmosphere despite everything. Room a little cold overall. Quality products and excellent meats. Pleasant service. Windowed kitchen opening onto the very nice room.

05/08/2024: Very family-friendly, the artisanal ice creams enhanced our stay in Clisson. My daughter enjoyed a chocolate crepe while we had to eat more than 4 liters of ice cream in less than 3 days. 10/09/2024: Service from September 10, 2024 in the evening for 1 person menu L'atelier starter + main course + dessert, Apéro a strawberry virgin mojito good but you don't smell the strawberry enough for my taste, as a starter a roasted camembert with honey which was good but the toast served with the Camembert that was burnt, it's a shame, for the dish a rib of beef, excellent meat and very successful blue cooking, be careful however blue does not mean cold, the meat arrived barely warm, the fries and the tartar sauce is good, For dessert a profiteroles nothing to say about it excellent. For the service, a few downsides, the waiter did not ask me at any time when he took away the starter, main course or dessert if it went well, I think it was a shame for customer relations.
