01/08/2026: Just passing through, I thought it might be okay... Everything has already been said about the rooms, the overflowing bins outside, the dirty and poorly maintained common areas, and the mess at reception. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey admittedly, but very generous. There's no air conditioning, so it's obvious that it's hot in July, with ferocious mosquitoes... What's unacceptable is the restaurant's closure, which isn't mentioned at all, quite the opposite, on the booking website...

21/07/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed there during a heatwave, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The heat was unbearable, and despite our request, the staff refused to lend us a fan. Their only response was that renovations were planned soon. This might be a good thing for the future, but in the meantime, solutions should be found for current guests. The room was very dirty upon arrival, with insects infesting it. There was also rust in the bottom of the bathtub, which was very slippery, giving the impression of neglect. The bed was very uncomfortable, which only made our stay worse. The hotel is located right next to the Leroy Merlin landfill, which is already quite unpleasant. The most shocking thing was seeing a rat right in front of the hotel entrance. Given all these problems, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is very disappointing to pay for a room under these conditions, especially during periods of intense heat when a minimum level of comfort is expected.

14/08/2026: I find it unacceptable that such a place in an airport is so stifling. The heat is unbearable, and the air conditioners are merely decorative. The staff, paid a pittance, are completely demotivated, even demoralized. Air conditioning is a luxury for them; the boss can't afford it. I refused to spend any more money and I urge everyone to boycott this place, which charges exorbitant prices for a customer experience worthy of the developing world. Lower your prices to match the level you demand from consumers, or experience it for yourselves.

07/08/2026: Very good Brioche Dorée, a classic and effective choice. The sandwich was good for an airport sandwich! The Pepito too! Never disappointed by Brioche Dorée ;) Plenty of quiet seating. I'll definitely be back 😊

08/08/2026: Cold meal, plus a 45-minute wait for a small set menu. Dishes piled up haphazardly. The self-service kiosk wasn't working. Drinks were missing from the order. Understaffed kitchen, extremely slow service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!

20/08/2026: Hello, I am writing to inform you of a very concerning situation I have observed at the McDonald's Nantes Atlantis restaurant. As a loyal customer for years, whether dining alone, with family, or with friends, I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by the overall state of this well-known chain. Upon my arrival, the tables were dirty and uncleaned, and food was scattered everywhere. Customers were desperately searching for clean seats, expressing their dissatisfaction. The trash cans were overflowing, trays were piled up at the entrance, and no staff seemed to be responsible for cleaning. Even worse, several pieces of furniture are broken, including chairs, armchairs, and benches. I myself fell off a defective bench, injuring my back. This situation is dangerous and completely unacceptable. The restrooms, however, are in a worryingly unsanitary state, which raises legitimate questions about the overall hygiene of the site, including the kitchen. A quick look at the numerous Google reviews reveals that this concern is shared by many customers. For a brand renowned for its quality and high standards, and especially in a center as busy as Atlantis, this situation seriously damages your reputation. 20/08/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews... but they're incredibly slow. We ordered a kids' meal... there were ZERO cars ahead of me, and I waited 10 minutes... X) 10 minutes just for a kids' meal when there was nobody else there...

28/12/2025: Well located, and drawn in by the attractive presentation of the dishes, we went in. Although we knew the dishes were fake, we wanted to order some. Alas, it was all for show. None of the dishes were actually prepared. False advertising! The rest of the food was subpar, lacking freshness, and reheated. Not to mention the "freshness" of the restrooms.

03/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! I ordered caramel pork with fried rice, and there were tons of tiny black bits in the pork. I pointed this out, and they told me they were pieces of well-cooked garlic—basically, bits of garlic charcoal! They told me I just had to pick them off the side of my plate, without any further apology! Appalling!
