16/02/2026: The setting is pleasant. The quality of the food is acceptable. However, the service is clearly not up to the standard this establishment claims to be. Indeed, the waitstaff is not trained in the basic principles of a high-end restaurant (the sommelier pointed at the lady, the waiter had long fingernails and presented the dishes to the gentleman first, the head waitress cleared the tablecloths from our table while turning on the iron in front of us, even though we hadn't finished our meal). Local radio played as background music (it felt like we were in a roadside diner). And what a shame to present the menu on a large, poorly written handwritten board, and the wine list on three photocopied and stapled sheets...

12/02/2026: Extreme disappointment and immense dissatisfaction. Since Monday, I have been trying to book a table through your website. I am told I am on a waiting list. Seeing this, and in order to find out what slots are still available, I have tried to contact you by phone repeatedly over several days during your opening hours… but no one answers. Just an answering machine repeating the hours… which is precisely when I call. And to top it all off: a message announcing a closure from August 2nd to 25th… when it is currently February 9th. Seriously?.... This message is clearly outdated and frankly baffling. After several days of trying to reach you, and as if that weren't enough, I received a message on Wednesday at 10:30 PM informing me that my reservation was canceled due to lack of availability, suggesting I call to arrange another time slot. Call? That is simply absurd, since I have been trying to reach you unsuccessfully since Monday during the indicated hours. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When the previous owner was there, and we were regular customers, this kind of situation never happened: someone answered the phone and things were clear. How are we supposed to find a new reservation at a good restaurant the day before, under these circumstances? It's a shame, because we were looking forward to discovering the restaurant with the new owners. Unfortunately, this experience gives a very bad first impression that we will certainly share with others.

27/03/2026: Excellent pizzas! The fresh ingredients used make all the difference and truly set this pizzeria apart. The dough has a genuine homemade taste and is wonderfully airy, just like in Italy!

12/03/2026: Excellent pizza. I ordered a Reine (large), and the service was quick (less than 15 minutes). The pizza was generous and well-topped. I recommend it!

03/03/2026: Oddly enough, what struck me most was the vinegared rice. I don't mean to say the rest was bad; I ate well, and even though I was full, I then had two more bowls of vinegared rice, one of which was a takeaway that I ate before getting home... that's not normal for me... I hope to get the recipe/ratio...

02/03/2026: The best sushi in Orléans, without a doubt. The portions are generous, the staff is very welcoming, and the taste is simply perfect.

22/02/2026: The food was decent but lacked seasoning (the salt we asked for never arrived...). We appreciated the peace and quiet; we could chat, it wasn't noisy!

09/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times. As always, I wasn't disappointed. Everything is homemade with care, and the service is quick. An excellent place. Remember to book ahead as seating is limited.

25/02/2026: Seriously, you dare call yourself a pizzeria?! See the attached photo of the chicken placed on top completely randomly. You can't taste the cheese or anything, just a bland, tasteless chicken with absolutely no seasoning. What a disgrace! I don't understand how you have so many stars. If you want a reliable opinion, trust mine: 0/10. Worst pizza of my entire life!

08/02/2026: I'm not from around here, so I wanted to eat somewhere with great deals: €20 for two giant pizzas, or €5 for a 20cm pizza. Different sizes, different toppings, all delicious! Water carafes available, terrace and indoor seating. Pleasantly surprised!

14/03/2026: Le Petit Saint Tropez: a truly wonderful experience... A great find! 🤩🤩🤩 We were passing through Briare and we didn't regret our choice at all. The welcome, service, and food were all perfect. We will definitely return as soon as we are in Briare again. Well done and keep up the good work! 👏👍👌

30/03/2026: Greeted by a charming lady and a sushi chef, both Japanese (I think? I don't want to come across as racist, but oh well), I knew I could entrust the fate of my meal to the restaurant I'd stumbled into. And I was absolutely right, as I savored my meal, which was a real treat. In one bite, I felt transported to Japan, specifically to the heart of Tokyo, my stomping grounds in the Japanese capital (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Omotesando). Honestly, I don't know what to say or add except that everything was impeccable and I've never eaten such delicious skewers in my short life. On another note, what's with this random playlist? Play some anime openings, it would fit the atmosphere much better. Thank you.

20/02/2026: New menu tried today. Calm atmosphere, pleasant gentleman, delicious meal. The side dishes aren't pictured BUT the gratin dauphinois was excellent!

16/02/2026: Lunch on Saturday, February 14, 2026. First time at this small, "hidden" restaurant. The partitions create a real sense of privacy between the tables. We had a wonderful time, and all the dishes we chose were delicious. We were delighted. Thank you very much. We will be back.

24/03/2026: Great little restaurant overlooking the Loire. No wait, super friendly owner, incredibly fast service. The meat was cooked perfectly. Simple yet varied choices for both main courses and desserts. A fantastic place to eat.
