To begin with, the boss is very nice, it's not a problem, 1-2 years ago it was excellent, very good, well packaged, the tacos are garnished, the fries are as good as possible, the price is correct, etc. Now we gives you a frozen taco with meat, it's unspeakable, it's full of oil, it's dry, it makes your stomach hurt more than anything else. It's not that I don't recommend it, but I ask you to please review the staff who are in charge of the kitchen. Please do as before

31/08/2024: Un repas très anxiogène… Au delà du fait que ce resto est un énorme attrape touriste, le service n’était pas au rendez-vous… Les serveurs sont polis et sympathiques à l’exception de la patronne … Une personne odieuse et désagréable au plus au point. Nous plaignons ses employés qui subissent chaque jour des rabaissements et humiliations. En seulement 2h de repas on a ressenti une tension dérangeante entre ces jeunes (sûrement mal payé) et la personne sensée les former. Les clients n’ont pas à entendre les réflexions déplacées sur le physique des employés, quel manque de respect et de bienveillance… Paroles intolérables.

15/08/2024: We placed an order for 5 pizzas 🍕 supposedly delivered in 40 minutes!!! the delivery man called us 45 minutes later asking us to confirm the address, in fact it was the opposite of the address to be delivered!! !!! We called the store and were told that the delivery person was responsible and that we had to contact him for a co-operation. Conclusion delivery of pizzas 1h15 later, no co gesture apart from the free bottle of coke, at the same time GST is part of the offer. 61€ to spend!!!!!!!! In short, next time we will order elsewhere. To flee...

28/06/2024: The pizza kiosk doesn't match the photos, it's missing a bit of cam lol Not bad, but it really lacks quantity in terms of toppings.

12/05/2024: We came one evening when it was very quiet unfortunately it was not possible to have the requested dishes (salads). The legs were not bad but very greasy, oily and stuffy. An unpleasant burnt smell was very present; our eyes hurt throughout the meal. Maybe we just had a bad day...

29/08/2023: I ordered pizzas by phone, went to pick them up for 40 minutes. Later, surprise it wasn't what I ordered, the topping wasn't what I paid for, when I made the remark, they told me they no longer had this topping and I insisted on giving me a can instead of refunding me 😟

07/09/2024: Order placed this afternoon. I wait 1 hour, I see that my order arrives, in fact no, then it's back in preparation. I called to understand, I found a completely detached and inhumane guy who couldn't care less about my problem. The guy tells me "you shouldn't order in the afternoon" as if it was my fault that the site is open in the afternoon, "my manager is not there" "you will be reimbursed". In the meantime, my guy, I've been dying for an hour and I have NO commercial gesture. Already I very often have order errors with them but this is the pompom on the Garonne. I understand not having decision-making power, but learn to speak correctly to customers otherwise change jobs.

The women's toilets are filthy, the toilet paper is on the floor, the men's toilets have clogged toilets, the floor is full of urine.. . It's abusive to walk in piss! The trash cans are overflowing, the dishes are not collected which means that we end up with an overflowing trash can, dishes that are in balance and not to mention the dishes waiting on the next table... L The customer experience is miserable both in terms of hygiene and atmosphere. You can hear the kitchen staff shouting, singing, banging on the worktops even from the other side of the restaurant. In short, very bad experience, I do not recommend at all and I find it surprising that you are still allowed to open in view of the pigsty.

25/09/2024: More than an hour of waiting for a take-out order, 10 people who arrived after us walked past! After all this time we learned that it was an "error in our order of 2 menus". A best of bigmac and a macWrap I don't see any originality causing such a failure. Furthermore, no information, apologies or commercial gesture... Everything was cold, melted. To flee.
