People come as much for the atmosphere as for the food. It's a place where life is good, there's banter, laughter... and it feels great. Speaking of food, there's nothing to complain about: fresh, delicious, and genuine. Well-prepared ingredients, no frills, but bursting with flavor. And what about the wines? Always the perfect accompaniment, with excellent bottles to enjoy. Le Ronceray is more than just a restaurant; it's a true social hub. The food is great, the drinks are great, and above all, you have a fantastic time. Thank you, Gaël, for your warm welcome and good humor—don't change a thing!

11/04/2026: A Restaurant of Two Faces It's hard not to have mixed feelings after a visit to this establishment. On the one hand, the cuisine is simply remarkable: flavorful, beautifully presented dishes made with quality ingredients and showcasing true culinary skill. Each plate is a delight, and you can sense the chef's expertise. Unfortunately, this excellent impression is largely marred by the service. During our visit, the waitress seemed completely overwhelmed, which can happen, but her attitude made the experience unpleasant. Inattentive, sometimes abrupt, even bordering on rude, she failed to create a welcoming or relaxed atmosphere. This is all the more regrettable because the quality of the food deserves far better. With service to match, this restaurant could be a truly excellent choice. As it stands, we left with mixed feelings: won over by the cuisine, but put off by the service.

The chef creates delicious dishes with spices that you won't want to leave a single crumb of. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience of flavorful, spicy, and perfectly balanced Indian cuisine... a guaranteed treat for the taste buds from the appetizer to the Indian tea.

21/04/2026: I spent a few weeks there during my business trips; the owners and their employee are very kind. I felt right at home, with several choices for dinner, and the portions were generous. The rooms are very spacious, and it's always a pleasure to stay in small hotels recommended by the Logis website. They're always welcoming establishments, a far cry from the impersonal chain hotels.

12/04/2026: For me, the best bakery in the area. The cakes are excellent (personal special mention for the chocolate éclair). The pastries are generous and delicious. The sandwiches are unbeatable. I know people who come all the way from Ancenis to buy cakes. 🍰🎂

04/04/2026: Of the three cakes, the strawberry tartlet was clearly not fresh: the pastry was soggy and soaked in custard! It's a shame, especially on a Saturday when you have guests... I'm a regular customer at this bakery; they should at least inform customers so they can make an informed choice. I'm available to discuss this further.
