24/06/2025: The best kebab in all of Angers, without a doubt. I tasted through more than twenty kebab shops in the city, and this one is, without a doubt, the clear winner. Not only for the quality of the flavors, but also for the kindness of the staff, the unforgettable fries, and that wonderful Algerian sauce—a burning caress for those who love spicy food. The fries… ah, the fries! They are a poem in themselves: golden like a sunset over the Loire, crispy on the outside like autumn leaves, and tender on the inside, almost chewy, like a childhood memory. They carry the perfect salt, the perfect heat, and that little taste that calls for a return visit, again and again. And the kebab... Served in a warm bun with a light and crispy crust, the inside remains soft, almost cloudy. The meat, in generous chunks, melts under the bite. Sometimes you don't know exactly what meat you're tasting—but it doesn't matter, because it's tender, flavorful, and fragrant like a story from elsewhere. Each bite is a journey. And that Algerian sauce… Red-orange, creamy, it dances on the tongue like a tamed flame. Spicy without being overpowering, it elegantly awakens the taste buds, enveloping everything in a vibrant, captivating warmth. The only downside: the first time, I had a slight stomach ache. But never again. And what a shame they close in the summer! Otherwise, I'd gladly eat my three meals a day there. It's more than a kebab, it's a culinary poem. The best in Angers—and I dare say, in all of Anjou.

18/12/2024: If you go for a package I advise against it, because we are absolutely not received in the same way as a customer who buys in the store. In any case, if it is to receive us like this, I advise you to stop sending packages. Plus when I read the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one. TO BE SHOT FOR PACKAGES.

13/11/2025: Avoid this pizza delivery service. It arrived an hour late and cold, so I had added extras but they weren't available, meaning I paid for nothing. The pizza wasn't great.

11/11/2025: The pizzas were excellent and generously topped with a thin, not-too-heavy crust, and the selection was very varied. The only issue I had was choosing a pickup time on the website, so I had to go right away. I also noticed that they only had pizzas for two people, but they offer a free pizza with every purchase, which is really great.

28/06/2025: We went to eat there and it's definitely worth avoiding. If you want to eat in 10 minutes, you're in the right place. Everything was supposed to go very quickly, 5 minutes to choose your drink, we got our dishes when we had just started the aperitif. The waitress asked us if we were finished while we were eating. The dessert menu was offered but in negative form so we wouldn't have any, and the coffees were the same. And frankly, nothing special in their dishes. There are much better in Saumur. First and last time for me. The staff, we don't talk about it!! And we felt watched.

10/06/2025: I had the opportunity to discover fouées there. The assortment of fillings was perfect: bacon, black pudding, mogette beans, cream, goat cheese.

13/12/2024: I had taken mom to please her, we had a treat, we had sauerkraut but the chestnut sausage, the cabbage had a taste of old, the hard smoked sausage with a thick skin, we left the cabbage, the breast aside, we took a little fries they were good then a gourmet coffee it was very disappointed even though we had known it for years it changed the waitress without a smile the desserts were made with a secretary lacking staff the hair not tied up which was flying everywhere..mom was in front of her warned another lady who came to see us...I was disappointed for mom too bad we ate there well before

11/12/2024: We came for dinner this Monday, December 9, a table of 4 people, we were delighted with our evening in this restaurant, we come a few times a year to the tavern, and as usual very pleasant staff and a choice varied between the menu and the menu, we enjoyed ourselves, a restaurant to recommend 👍👍

14/12/2024: Perhaps we should think about being less mediocre. Context: we made a reservation well in advance for around forty people. I'll skip the details, but frankly being so rude is not allowed. We had 3 last minute cancellations and we had to pay for the 3 NOT CONSUMED menus on such a reservation: lunar. In addition, the menus were not cheap (35€) for dishes which were neither copious nor good (clearly frozen) and which did not even correspond to the description. Examples: Admission announced: fish terrine Entrance received: a small slice of fish cake Advertised dish: chicken supreme Dish received: an undercooked chicken leg... The teams have the courage to collaborate with such a manager. Frankly, if it bothers you to work or take such a reservation, well you know what, DON'T ACCEPT. In short, don't waste your time, it was bad in every way.

14/12/2024: Fast and efficient service but disappointed with the welcome from the room manager, not very commercial for a large team. A feeling of embarrassment, perhaps due to bad experiences, but that makes you less likely to come back.

Low-end ingredients, mozzarella of no interest, service with a lack of experience, sloppy, few people but we didn't feel like we were bothering, young lady dragging her feet, menu barely given until we were asked our choice. In short, nice decor, mediocre food and service to avoid

03/09/2024: This is a very underrated restaurant. According to the review, it is much better than this place, but the taste is terrible. A while ago, a Korean person introduced it on Yutuk, so I looked it up, and I recommend squid ink risotto, potato pork pig's feet, beef daube, and pavlova, sweet and sour, for dessert.

02/09/2024: Had dinner here in Oct 2023 with my party of 7. We really enjoyed our meals and drinks and the atmosphere was clean and not crowded. Most of us got the stew which was very good although very hot. Our service was excellent. This was definitely one of our better meals on our London/Paris trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
