14/03/2026: It's a real pleasure to have lunch at this inn. Claire and her husband make a warm and efficient team. The food is generous and high-quality, and Claire knows our preferences, which creates an even more personal atmosphere. We've tried the gourmet menu as a family and as a couple: it's excellent and just as generous! But we're regulars at the bistro-style lunch, which we love every time.

26/09/2026: The flans were a huge disappointment. They were really not good: very little flavor, especially no real vanilla taste, and quite bland. For me, this is definitely something that needs improvement.

23/08/2026: After some wonderful discoveries in the region, we arrived in Saumur. All we needed was a good restaurant, simple in its welcome but grand in its warmth and delicious food. Following our host's recommendation, we found it. We had a very pleasant time; another great find! A place not to be missed.

14/09/2026: A warm welcome and a pleasant waitress. The all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet was good, and afterwards we had a choice of several meats and vegetables or a starch. The rest of the meal was disappointing. The sauce accompanying the fish and my chicken was not good. And the dessert was a real disappointment, tasteless. We left disappointed. Furthermore, that day the dining room was full of flies, bothering us while we ate, and also flying and landing on the buffet area. Fortunately, the staff were kind and cheerful.

27/07/2026: A wonderful welcome awaits you at this hotel-restaurant, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that's becoming increasingly rare these days with the impersonal feel of Airbnb accommodations! The owners, a couple, go out of their way to accommodate your preferences! It has a lovely, family-run feel, bringing a real sense of community to the town! The prices are very reasonable considering the work involved in running an establishment like this! You'll also benefit (if needed) from advice on nearby places of interest! 21/04/2026: I spent a few weeks there during my business trips; the owners and their employee are very kind. I felt right at home, with several choices for dinner, and the portions were generous. The rooms are very spacious, and it's always a pleasure to stay in small hotels recommended by the Logis website. They're always welcoming establishments, a far cry from the impersonal chain hotels.

22/09/2026: We just ordered from Deliveroo, and the order arrived soaking wet. The drinks had spilled because they weren't properly sealed, and they weren't even the right ones. The sauces were missing too. I tried calling for compensation because eating soggy burgers isn't acceptable, but no one is answering!

20/04/2026: I highly recommend Domaine de Presle. We booked the entire estate for our wedding. The venue is truly magical: a charming little château in a lovely flower-filled courtyard, surrounded by a delightful park with a pond where you'll find ponies, goats, ducks, and ducklings. The château's bedrooms are very cute, the decor is exquisite, and the bridal suite is perfect for taking beautiful photos during the bride's preparations and for the wedding night. The other rooms outside the château were also a big hit with our guests, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to accommodate up to 70 people on-site. The reception hall is full of charm with its white stone walls and exposed beams. From a service perspective, we received exceptional support: we were given excellent advice on finding competent vendors, and the team welcomed us and managed the logistics with all the vendors involved in our wedding. They had a solution for every problem and were very accommodating. Getting married in the spring, with no guarantee of good weather, we had planned an indoor cocktail reception, but given the glorious sunshine, the team adapted and offered us an outdoor reception, decided that very morning. The Domaine's restaurant prepared a delicious meal for our guests, and the service was impeccable, always delivered with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Domaine de Presle for contributing so much to making our wedding the moment we had dreamed of.
