10/05/2026: Aggressive manager: a complete lack of business acumen. As a local customer, I am outraged by the treatment I received today. Despite having made purchases in the shop, the manager verbally attacked me about my use of the terrace, even though I was about to leave after speaking with the waitress. A business owner should strive to retain their neighbors rather than drive them away. I will not be returning.

20/04/2026: I highly recommend Domaine de Presle. We booked the entire estate for our wedding. The venue is truly magical: a charming little château in a lovely flower-filled courtyard, surrounded by a delightful park with a pond where you'll find ponies, goats, ducks, and ducklings. The château's bedrooms are very cute, the decor is exquisite, and the bridal suite is perfect for taking beautiful photos during the bride's preparations and for the wedding night. The other rooms outside the château were also a big hit with our guests, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to accommodate up to 70 people on-site. The reception hall is full of charm with its white stone walls and exposed beams. From a service perspective, we received exceptional support: we were given excellent advice on finding competent vendors, and the team welcomed us and managed the logistics with all the vendors involved in our wedding. They had a solution for every problem and were very accommodating. Getting married in the spring, with no guarantee of good weather, we had planned an indoor cocktail reception, but given the glorious sunshine, the team adapted and offered us an outdoor reception, decided that very morning. The Domaine's restaurant prepared a delicious meal for our guests, and the service was impeccable, always delivered with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Domaine de Presle for contributing so much to making our wedding the moment we had dreamed of.

21/04/2026: I spent a few weeks there during my business trips; the owners and their employee are very kind. I felt right at home, with several choices for dinner, and the portions were generous. The rooms are very spacious, and it's always a pleasure to stay in small hotels recommended by the Logis website. They're always welcoming establishments, a far cry from the impersonal chain hotels.

19/07/2026: I've had several experiences at this address, both fine dining and bistro fare. Each time, a delight. Everything is excellent, the setting is enchanting, and the different rooms are tastefully decorated. The cuisine is refined, with delightful surprises. The pata negra ham is succulent, and the wines are perfect. The service is pleasant, attentive without being intrusive. Whether as a couple or celebrating my birthday with a table of 13 (😄), I have wonderful memories. I highly recommend it.

02/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening with our companions, thanks to Marie and Camille's attentive service, and of course, Pickles for the cuddles. We arrived at 8 pm and left around 11:30 pm after a parade of flavors in a setting that was both cozy and relaxing. The food was delicious, with each bite offering a delightful surprise. This was our second visit, and it was flawless.

04/08/2026: No one was allowed to have a drink in the square while waiting for their reserved table because otherwise they'd get too many customers. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed, and the meal cost €27 per person. We ordered it pink and rare. We ate shoe leather, asked for a change, and it was even worse. No gesture of goodwill or even a digestif. Being in the restaurant business, I can say the place is really nice but lacks marketing and organization. Yes, yes, it's your place, pay at the hotel on the day of departure. The duck is €27.

29/07/2026: We came for the first time yesterday and everything was perfect. We ate very well, the staff were attentive and absolutely top-notch.

28/07/2026: We were very disappointed with this restaurant. The "cold buffet" was a misnomer: the dishes weren't cold at all. Nothing seemed homemade, only processed foods. As for the hot dishes, the selection was very limited. The chicken was served with spaghetti, which had no sauce or seasoning whatsoever, making the dish particularly bland. Finally, the dessert was just as disappointing: a dreadful fruit salad made with fruit that was clearly not fresh. A very disappointing experience that we do not recommend.

03/08/2026: Good evening. My friends and I went to watch the Brazil/Nottingham Forest match at the Black Peat, a bar I'd heard great things about during the World Cup. Not being from Angers, I was curious to check it out. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my modest expectations. First of all, the match was cut off at 10:40 PM, even though we'd been assured it would be shown until midnight. As if that weren't enough, the waiter abruptly and casually turned off the broadcast, as if he didn't care about us. This lack of professionalism was deplorable. Then, the music was extremely loud and unpleasant, an endless succession of "boom boom." To top it all off, a nauseating smell of excrement permeated the bar. In short, a very disappointing experience.

22/03/2026: Excellent meal, perfect cuisine that introduced us to heirloom vegetables. The service was always impeccable. The hostesses were welcoming and smiling. A restaurant to recommend if you are in the area.

14/03/2026: It's a real pleasure to have lunch at this inn. Claire and her husband make a warm and efficient team. The food is generous and high-quality, and Claire knows our preferences, which creates an even more personal atmosphere. We've tried the gourmet menu as a family and as a couple: it's excellent and just as generous! But we're regulars at the bistro-style lunch, which we love every time.
