19/04/2026: No dough, no pizza. Order canceled. To clarify: I placed the order at 7 PM and called at 8 PM to cancel it. It's getting more and more disastrous. They're out of toppings on the pizzas, and the staff are incredibly rude. And now they call me saying: No dough, no pizza, we've canceled, have a good evening.

13/05/2026: A huge thank you to William! We were just passing through for work and he gave us a very warm welcome at the drive-thru during the night shift. It's truly wonderful to see such a positive attitude from the staff. Very friendly indeed!

08/05/2026: We went to the drive-thru after midnight. The person who served us was very arrogant. She refused to serve us the meals we wanted, like the Happy Meal, claiming it was too late after midnight, and then tried to charge an extra three euros for each meal. Honestly, this is the first time this has ever happened to us. This person clearly didn't want to be there, and we left without placing any orders, which is a real shame.

16/02/2026: Valentine's Day Evening It could have been a lovely evening. Especially since we had booked a table for four in mid-January and confirmed directly with the owner in early February. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the restaurant and were asked our names without a greeting, only to be told there was no table for us. There was little explanation, well, almost none, as two tables had been reserved under the same name and at the same time (understandably, they canceled one). Well, there's nothing we can do for you, go somewhere else. Now, when making a reservation, you have to give several names (perhaps the names of parents, grandparents, etc.). Thanks, neighbors.

09/04/2026: I've never seen anything like it, to be honest... A restaurant/bar/pizzeria that kicks you out because you're the only one having lunch on the terrace. The young woman preferred to keep her tables for two and make them into tables for four, just in case... even though they weren't reserved... I went back at 1 p.m., and the terrace was still half empty. Brilliant! Goodbye, La Tocante! Response to your return: Given your response, sir, self-reflection isn't exactly your strong suit either. The young woman didn't greet me with a "hello" and a smile. She's learning her trade, no problem, but you don't kick out customers. Perhaps the manager's attitude sets the tone...

27/04/2026: Honestly, a very bad experience at this restaurant. The food arrived cold and tasteless; it wasn't worth the price at all. The service was slow and the staff unfriendly. On top of that, they got my order wrong without even apologizing. The place wasn't clean. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

28/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at La Strada whenever I'm in Angers. The pizzas are delicious, and there's something for everyone in terms of recipes. Some people only care about size… those people should go to American chains and choke on their 28cm cardboard pizzas 🙄 🍕Here, everything is homemade, with a delicious crust, generously topped with tasty, high-quality ingredients. We love the retro and authentic atmosphere of the place. The owner is super friendly, as is the waiter who takes excellent care of his customers. A must-try in Angers. If you're going to eat at one place, it's definitely this one.

15/04/2026: Pizzas just the way we like them: generously topped and reasonably priced. A warm, old-fashioned atmosphere. We were looking for dough balls to make homemade pizzas for a weekend getaway, and they even gave them to us for free! Long live this wonderful neighborhood pizzeria, and thank you to the owners.

12/05/2026: A bar with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, offering quality food and drinks, and the opportunity to sip on one of the delicious hot (coffee is a must) and/or cold beverages. The background music, currently leaning towards soft rock, is also a delight, as is the comfortable seating. Finally, the efficient yet friendly service seals the deal, convincing us to return as soon as we're back in the area!
