15/04/2026: We placed an online order for children's meals that included Kinder Eggs (perfect for Easter). Unfortunately, instead, we received some useless toys. It's misleading and frankly unacceptable. When I contacted the restaurant, I received disrespectful responses, telling me that my daughters, aged 13 and 16, were too old to order children's meals (which isn't mentioned on the website). Is there a law that prohibits ordering children's meals after a certain age? I was even told that adults don't eat Kinder Eggs anymore… In short, it's shameful. If you don't have the advertised products, simply don't offer them, or at the very least replace them with something equivalent, like a Nutella pizza. The children were disappointed, and so were we. Unreliable service, misleading advertising. Thanks for ruining our Easter meal! First and last order! Response: I formally dispute your comment, which is based on inaccurate and unverified claims. I also question the methods you claim to use to monitor your customers' visits, a practice which, if proven, would raise serious concerns about privacy.
