28/06/2025: We went to eat there and it's definitely worth avoiding. If you want to eat in 10 minutes, you're in the right place. Everything was supposed to go very quickly, 5 minutes to choose your drink, we got our dishes when we had just started the aperitif. The waitress asked us if we were finished while we were eating. The dessert menu was offered but in negative form so we wouldn't have any, and the coffees were the same. And frankly, nothing special in their dishes. There are much better in Saumur. First and last time for me. The staff, we don't talk about it!! And we felt watched.

10/06/2025: I had the opportunity to discover fouées there. The assortment of fillings was perfect: bacon, black pudding, mogette beans, cream, goat cheese.

06/07/2025: Dinner on a Thursday evening at Bistro Henriette. > Bistro-themed decor while remaining modern. > Friendly restaurant. > Friendly and pleasant waiters. > The dishes are well-prepared. I recommend it.

15/04/2025: After waiting for 30 minutes to be placed on a table at buffalo grill we decided to leave and we came across this restaurant, which welcomed us and set us up directly with professionalism! The three criteria are cuisine/quality/price, the ladies who take the orders are perfect! The smile is present and frankly we were served quickly without any hassle! Well done to the whole team, I sincerely wanted to express my point of view, I was shocked by the professionalism! I would come back with pleasure while continuing to talk about you around me 😉 20/20!

05/09/2024: A must-see address in Angers! The savory and sweet soufflés are full of flavor and generous. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. Looking forward to being able to enjoy this place again.

01/09/2024: While passing through Angers for an evening, we stopped at this address, having no equivalent in our area (soufuffle restaurant). We were received there by two people, each as professional and pleasant as the other. The dishes are not "exceptional" (don't expect a Michelin star), but they serve their purpose completely. We recommend this address without any worries.

02/12/2024: We called on Le Pélican for their catering service for 80 people. Everything went perfectly from the first contact until the return of the dishes. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness. Thanks again!

28/08/2024: On vacation not far away We discovered this pretty restaurant facing the Loire. Very nice setting to eat there. The mussels marinière are excellent and so is the goat cheese burger. Divine chocolate mousse. The two waitresses are very kind, friendly and smiling. Thank you for this pleasant moment. Hoping to come back to see you next year.

17/08/2024: Evening meal, bland, reheated dishes without flavor. I don't recommend. The young waitress was very pleasant.

30/11/2024: Delivery time sometimes reaching incomprehensibly long times, overall excellent in terms of service, price and cuisine, recommend ++.

16/11/2024: Following an order we were pleasantly surprised that the cheese was sharper than the sugar donuts with a taste of garlic Thank you for still putting the lipton on I'll keep you posted on my digestion, hoping I don't have diarrhea.

01/10/2024: Rental of a room for a Birthday. To begin with, a superb welcome from the manager. Undecided, we visited the place twice without any difficulty. This is the best value for money; the room, its bar, its equipment (large refrigerator, small oven and microwave) and its numerous rooms; large with shower and television. The main room is beautiful, with a small recess, ideal for DJs or video projection. More equipment, tables and chairs obviously but also an electric cooler, a huge coffee maker and lots of things available. Conclusion: I highly recommend the Sawmill to rent a room there. Point of improvement; the creation of a small enclosed outdoor space for children and pay attention to the difficulty in certain rooms having hot water.

22/09/2024: 21/09 : Première expérience à L'Alchimiste ... Félicitations très sincères au Chef pour ses plats divinement présentés et vraiment exquis, et à son épouse pour son service si délicat et professionnel. La salle est également très bien décorée, et l'on y apprécie le calme et la fluidité du service. Aucune fausse note, c'était juste parfait pour un menu à 32,50 €, un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous vous recommandons avec plaisir, n'hésitez surtout pas à réserver !

14/08/2024: We went to eat with a friend and ordered the specials. The portions were a good size and the chicken tikka dressing is very tasty without being spicy. The Aperol Sprits was smooth, big and rich. The service was very fast and they prepared the table for us even though we did not have a reservation.

10/10/2024: On a business trip, I have already had lunch or dinner in this restaurant which I find really excellent. The self-service starters and desserts offer is varied and of high quality, as are the à la carte dishes or daily specials. The service is very professional and friendly.
