Pierre and Adelaide's philosophy has given this grocery store a human touch, with its anti-waste approach, less packaging, and short supply chains, all in a neighborhood that's otherwise lacking in appeal! 20/07/2026: Our order was mishandled, and when we pointed it out after the wrong crepe arrived, we were told the problem was ours and received no compensation whatsoever... Furthermore, the crepe was far too overcooked. Expensive and of very average quality, in addition to the aggressive service.

24/12/2025: The food was decent, but the service was mediocre. A major drawback is that they don't open the bottles in front of customers, the wine doesn't match the bottle, and it's a real embarrassment to end up with white wine in a red bottle 😂 hence my rating.

29/07/2026: I highly recommend Valencia Roma for the warm welcome and attentive service from Fabien. The food was excellent; the rougail was superb, as were the other dishes: salad, charcuterie, etc. The service was top-notch, with delivery on time. The dishes were piping hot. Thank you so much for your professionalism. And perhaps we'll be back again.

30/07/2026: One star is too expensive! It took 15 minutes for them to take our order, then 30 minutes for our cocktails (3 Monacos and a mojito that tasted like nothing but water). This was followed by another 40-minute wait before we lost our patience because our food order still hadn't arrived... we finally left. When we paid for our drinks, they told us it was because they were short-staffed... which we understand, but perhaps they should turn customers away when they can't provide the service. If you don't want to waste your time, don't go to Atoll Café!

28/03/2026: We discovered Oto shortly after moving to Cholet 13 years ago, and it quickly became a favorite. The food is delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and the service is always welcoming and attentive. This establishment truly deserves to be better known, because despite its qualities, it remains relatively unknown, probably due to its location. In addition, the value for money is excellent, which is a definite plus. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend: once you've tried it, it's hard not to go back!

23/05/2026: I'm not someone who arrives at a place with high expectations, and I often say that an establishment doesn't need to be five-star to offer five-star service. I like to understand the concept of a place, and I definitely got the "chill" vibe, so far so good. However, upon arrival, we were told to take a menu and sit wherever we wanted. My husband had barely taken the menu when the employee was already asking us what we wanted to drink—we were still standing and hadn't even chosen a table. When we sat down, we were asked to get up to choose a smaller table. I admit the table was a bit big for two people, but the place was empty… and it remained so until we left. After that, there was no follow-up: we had to get the ashtray ourselves, no one asked if we wanted to order anything else, or if everything was alright. I'd been waiting for a while for the chance to discover this place, and unfortunately, I can't say that this first experience delighted me. That said, the place is still pleasant and enjoyable. They simply need to improve the customer service and attention they give.

22/06/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The service is appalling. They promise air conditioning, but in the end, there is none, even though we requested it before booking because we had a 90-year-old in our party. The service was a complete disaster: no bread, the steak was disgusting, and the price was exorbitant. They sell you two ice cream scoops when there's only one. The chef could really use a change of clothes; he's not very customer-friendly. Father's Day was ruined. Never again!

20/06/2026: Unbearable heat, over 40 degrees. More meat??? We ate a Caesar salad with lots of lettuce and a piece of meat, with hot Perrier. Staff were slouching at the counter. Six people on a Saturday night, do you think that's normal? We finished our meal at Burger King across the street from you.
