13/06/2026: We booked in May 2026 for my wife's birthday on August 29th, 2026, using a gift box. We received a call and then an email confirming the reservation. And suddenly, without explanation, we just received a message informing us that, according to their calendar, they are canceling our reservation. Friends tried to book on August 29th and there were no problems... This is not very professional, and certainly not good customer service.

09/06/2026: I booked a table at this restaurant a month ago using a Wonderbox voucher. They cancelled my reservation without any explanation. Just a message saying it was cancelled, and it's impossible to reach them by phone; my number must be blocked. I advise against going to this restaurant. Unprofessional behavior.

11/04/2026: I ordered at 9:30 PM and picked up my order at 9:37 PM. The guy was helpful and attentive. The taco was great, not dry, and reasonably priced. Excellent, I recommend it!

03/05/2026: We had dinner there as a group of six on Saturday evening. We were all very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the manager. The quality and quantity of the food were perfect. We highly recommend it. Remember to book ahead.

08/03/2026: The starter, a Périgord salad, was very good. For the main course, we had two choices: fish or beef. We ordered both. The fish and the beef were very good, however, the sides—rice and vegetables for the fish and fries and salad for the beef—were just so-so! The vegetables all tasted the same, and the fries were completely burnt. For dessert, there was no choice... It was a "gourmet coffee" for everyone! For a €30 menu, not having a choice is unacceptable, especially for people who don't drink coffee! There was a small financier, which was okay, a soft chocolate center—I don't know if it was overcooked or from the day before, but in any case, it was completely dry!—and a large glass of whipped cream with a few pieces of fruit and chocolate at the bottom. The welcome was warm, but the value for money was definitely not there.

23/05/2026: If you're looking for exceptional oysters and equally exceptional fish, then come. It's fantastic. Direct from Brittany. They could improve the selection of wines by the glass, but it's still very good.

23/04/2026: Always an exceptional meal at the bistro's fishmonger. They only use top-quality products, and it shows throughout the menu. For a little treat, the spaghetti with blue lobster is one of their dishes that often comes to mind. The desserts, especially the lime tart, are also excellent. The €26 set menu is very good too.

07/12/2025: We arrived at 10:30 PM and were told it was closed, even though it said 11 PM and that if we didn't have a car, we could go to the drive-thru. So, they can cook for the drive-thru but not for the dine-in area. Find the mistake, pffft.

30/11/2025: The review will be salty like Serrano ham (Johan). This is my third time at this McDonald's, and I always have the same feeling: I'm being ripped off! How is it possible to take 20 minutes to prepare an order but still manage to forget the pickles in a cheeseburger, serve dry, cold fries, and not melt the cheese? I also find it fascinating that they charge for every extra as if you were in a restaurant. The only positive point was the toy, which, unlike usual, was actually quite fun and entertaining, much better than the childish books and building blocks that actively contribute to deforestation. If you want to avoid hurting your bank account and your conscience, run away!

28/05/2026: We used BON BETEND for our wedding. The pre-wedding planning, the food, and the service on the day itself were all excellent. Several guests expressed their delight at the delicious cocktail hour and the main course during the meal. We especially thank you for accommodating those with dietary restrictions; they were all very pleased with the service. The staff is truly very friendly, and it was a pleasure to have you with us on our special day.

28/06/2026: Very disappointed! The value for money is far from what you'd expect. €145 a night for a room that isn't worth €50. The bathroom is very old, with black grout, offering no modern amenities or comfort. The room's decor leaves much to be desired, and the bed is uncomfortable. The parasol and table on the terrace are dirty. The bar should stay open longer in the summer; 9:30 pm is too early. We came to celebrate my 30th birthday, and we felt like we were entering a retirement home. The only positive point was the warm welcome and the pretty grounds, but at this price, that's the bare minimum. I do not recommend this hotel; our room also lacked air conditioning. The photos of the room are misleading, and I now understand why there are no bathroom photos on the website. It's shameful to mislead consumers like this. Also, be aware that once you've booked, it's impossible to get a refund, so you're forced to stay even if you don't like it.

28/06/2026: Loire Riverside Inn. The most striking feature is the large chapel nestled in the heart of the complex. A swimming pool offers a place to relax. The courtyard, accessed via the porch, is easier to approach from the embankment than from below; you have to turn quite sharply. This same courtyard isn't very welcoming; you wonder if it's really the entrance or if it's the staff parking lot. The reception area smells clean, but perhaps a little too much like industrial chemical cleanliness.

07/02/2026: The meal was delicious and beautifully presented, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy – a wonderful discovery by chance.

24/12/2025: The food was decent, but the service was mediocre. A major drawback is that they don't open the bottles in front of customers, the wine doesn't match the bottle, and it's a real embarrassment to end up with white wine in a red bottle 😂 hence my rating.

17/06/2026: A truly awful experience. I'm absolutely shocked. First, the service was incredibly cold, and they seemed to be bothering me if I asked a simple question. Second, avoid the cocktails, especially the mojito (which, oddly enough, is number 2 on the menu). It had no flavor whatsoever; it was just sparkling water and ice cubes with barely any aftertaste of lime/mint/alcohol, and that was just enough to say it had any taste at all. When I politely asked if it would be possible to have a small slice of lime extra because "I really like lime" (instead of being critical), the waiter/bartender said, "We followed the recipe, it's the right amount, there's nothing we can do." Excuse me? A completely unpleasant attitude. I could have even paid the extra, but they were completely unwilling to accommodate me. And on top of that, it cost €7.50 for a tasteless drink. Absolutely ridiculous. The terrace and location seemed really nice, but the service and quality are truly deplorable.

17/06/2026: Brasserie and tobacconist in Montsoreau. Very friendly, summer and winter. Since the beginning of June, it's under new ownership. Every lunchtime from Monday to Saturday, you can have lunch on the terrace or inside; on Sundays, only charcuterie boards are available!

11/04/2026: Cool, but the staff wasn't very welcoming in my opinion; we felt like we were intruding in the bar even though we were the only ones there. Aside from that, good selection of drinks and a nice place.

09/07/2026: When I ordered, I asked for a deluxe sauce because there wasn't one on the kiosk, but the lady told me it was 25 cents, while other McDonald's restaurants accept it without hesitation!

09/07/2026: Disrespectful staff. It took 25 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it did, the deli-sundae and ice cream were melted. When I asked for a replacement, the woman told me it was normal because it was 25 degrees Celsius in the kitchen, so it was normal for it to melt. She treated me like an idiot. The manager reluctantly agreed to replace the ice cream, and then I noticed I was missing a drink, so the same woman brought it to me and practically threw it at me. If you don't know how to work in customer service, don't do it. My son had asked for two glasses of water 5 minutes before they brought our order. I am furious. Here's the ice cream that was supposedly just made and the one that was actually made right away. We threw away the ice cream and the drinks; everything was disgusting.
