21/03/2026: Disappointed... I hadn't been here for a few months, and today I didn't enjoy my steak, fries, and salad. The meat wasn't tender at all, and the fries were few and far between. The green salad was good, though. My husband ordered the daily special: beef stir-fry with peppers and linguine. Well, he has a small appetite, so it was enough for him, but I saw the plate presented to another customer, apparently an acquaintance of a waiter, and the portion was much larger for him 🤨🤔🧐 Despite these drawbacks, I really like this brasserie; the decor is great, and the waiters are friendly, but still, I'm not finding the same quality as before.

12/09/2025: Very good meal, à la carte. The foie gras was delicious, the pikeperch perfectly cooked, and the white butter was a treat. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and recommend it.

20/10/2025: We came as a group of 6 for our birthday on Sunday, October 19th...we were unfortunately very disappointed compared to our first experience in February 2025. Vegetarian pizza...more like a cheese pizza!!! For the other 5 people, meat and fries But 4 with sinewy fat The menus are also very limited in choice...lots of burgers

03/03/2026: Excellent bakery and pastry shop, very good products; for me, it's the best bread in Saumur, and the same goes for their pastries. The service is pleasant, and they always think of the little ones by giving them a small cream puff, which isn't always the case in bakeries. I highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: Good location Clean room (beware of the shower tile grout, which is starting to turn black) comfortable bed Reception staff were barely friendly, and working in a down jacket and sneakers seems inappropriate. Varied breakfast, but restocking is slow, and leaving yogurt and milk in a corner, not chilled, doesn't look very professional. Thanks to the kitchen staff who noticed. The sound and thermal insulation of the rooms from the outside needs to be addressed as soon as possible, as daylight shines through the entire door frame, and we can hear conversations outside. Convenient parking space right next to the rooms, perhaps a little too close, as the sidewalks are then impassable.

07/03/2026: Basic but sufficient for a one or two-night stay. I prefer the upstairs rooms to the downstairs ones with the icy tiles 😅 The reception wasn't very friendly...

16/03/2026: Very disappointed with the pizzas, crammed full of inedible burger sauce. The charcuterie platter was frankly a joke: ham wrapped in plastic, two slices of pancetta, and loads of pickles. The rillettes were cold and swimming in oil—seriously, for 12 or 14 euros, that's unacceptable. The ham on our pizzas looked more like frozen than fresh. In short, we were really hoping to have a pleasant time enjoying a good pizza, but it ended in disappointment. And let's not even mention the person at the reception desk who had to explain things to a disgruntled customer. To end on a positive note, and thankfully so, our waiter was very professional and extremely friendly; a big thank you to him.

14/03/2026: We've been regulars at this restaurant for several years, but we were blown away by our experience today. Lunch service on a Saturday, incredibly fast. We only had to stay for 45 minutes in total. The food was delicious, and the welcome was warm! We highly recommend it.

19/02/2026: The manager gave me a warm welcome; I came for a family birthday celebration. The service was friendly and helpful. The food is homemade. The spring rolls, samosas, and gyozas were delicious. The chicken and shrimp dishes with fried rice were flavorful. The fruit salad provided a refreshing finishing touch. A great place I plan to return to.

12/02/2026: Excellent food and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned but calm.

07/02/2026: If you have back problems, the chair is too hard. You have to go to the bar to ask for what you want. To get the menu, you have to scan a QR code.

02/01/2026: We are 4 Spaniards and one Englishman. Very good pizzas, we all left very happy.
