06/08/2024: We used Paganis as our wedding caterer. We recommend them with our eyes closed, everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the dishes. The presentation is pretty, modern, taste-wise it was great, the cooking is mastered. The servers were super nice and efficient. We received a lot of compliments from our loved ones, they really helped make this day perfect.

I followed the advice and took the cordon bleu: Excellent and plentiful. Fast service, nice atmosphere. For dessert, the chocolate hazelnut éclair is delicious too. Well done to the whole team.
08/09/2024: Lunch meal, excellent. You don't expect it in this type of brasserie but they have their own pastry chef who makes exceptional desserts!

10/08/2024: Pleasantly surprised, very good food. We had a great time, vegetable tartare starter and fish terrine were killer. Dish of fillet fillet with shellfish sauce and a poultry supreme to die for and the Holala desert. With 2 fruit juices, a large bottle of water, 2 espressos, all for the 55th hat. And the boss is very warm. Thank you for a good time. We will come back.....but with people
22/07/2024: Nous venons de sortir de ce restaurant, une repas excellent pour un prix abordable avec une serveuse super sympathique et très agréable . Nous y retournerons assez souvent . Le plus c’est une salle climatisée par ces chaleur c’est très agréable . Je recommande .

However, if you do not have the same profile as the rest of the customers, I advise you to move on.
The restaurant wants to be somewhat UP and makes you feel it.
Seated at the back of the room and ignored by the waiter, the welcome was saved by the young waitress alone.

Friendly welcome. The products are fresh and well processed. I recommend.
A very small downside, the music was too loud, but I won't take away a star for that, the experience was very positive, and we will come back!

29/08/2024: I've heard a lot about it and wanted to know for myself. This is what I think about it. I find it a shame that in a salad basil serves as an essential ingredient when in reality it is only to accompany. I find it a shame that the order placed for a specific time we had to wait 20 minutes to receive our sandwich which remained on the corner of the oven to the point that the bread was very hard. But according to my friends it was just a little hiccup. They love them. Otherwise the nice atmosphere.

03/11/2024: Difficult to give an opinion. This restaurant, like many others, has difficulty accepting smartbox boxes.
However, there is room. But as soon as we announce that it is a smartbox offer a new constraint appears: too many smartboxes in the same evening.
So we will go elsewhere. There is no shortage of good addresses in Lorraine. And of course no desire to try this establishment.

A terrace to be used in moderation in winter.
A creamy risotto of seared scallops and excellent chorizo chips...
A lamb brain grilled with brown butter, capers, red onions, deglazed with lemon juice which delighted me.
The desserts are very well done.
An address out of the ordinary.

01/06/2024: For lunch we enjoyed two different dishes, my husband chose a plate of squid with rice and small vegetables, hearty and very spicy. I had a Spanish dish of rice, chipolatas and small vegetables, excellent. The boss welcomed us pleasantly and recommended my husband for certain spices. He even offered to create a curry for her at her special request. The prices are correct, a great address to remember 👍
21/05/2024: The Yuzu Vinegar and Mirabelle Vinegar are very tasty! The owner and the shop woman are very nice and friendly, and explained a lot how we could use the vinegar or spices. We could also taste the vinegar before we bought. We will definitely come back here if we are in the region!
