08/09/2026: Arrived at 7:38 PM, advertised online as closed at 8 PM. Upon arrival, the door was closed, all products were gone from the counters, and the baker just looked at me and gestured that it was closed. Of course, they had taken the time to change the hours in less than 24 hours, quick to change the hours when it came to leaving. I do not recommend it.

13/09/2026: We came to eat last night and the service was catastrophic. Only one till was open, and there was a 15-20 minute queue, only to end up with almost nothing that was advertised. The "unlimited tenders" claim was a lie; when my children went back for more, they were only given two tenders each. The cutlery, especially the knives, was poorly cleaned; food was still stuck to them. The table wasn't cleaned either, and there were hardly any vegetables left. Plus, they closed far too early. If you arrive at 7 pm, you have to eat at lightning speed just to have any hope of getting ice cream for dessert. In short, this isn't the Flunch I used to know.

26/08/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, it's a rip-off! Honestly, it's not impressive at all, especially considering the prices. It's outrageous, ridiculously expensive, and the taste and quality aren't exceptional, they're just very basic. It's wrong to rip people off like that... Ah, today's shopkeepers are the new executioners. You buy two little things for 60 bucks and they're not even good, damn it, it's rubbish...

18/04/2026: A pizzeria with an Italian flair. The owner and his staff are incredibly kind. The Lambrusco is perfect, and the goat cheese pizza is my favorite. Special mention to the chocolate pizza for dessert. Thank you!

27/03/2026: Unacceptable and shameful!! I ordered a Sprite, and was served a flat lemonade for €4.50. I simply pointed out that the drink wasn't sparkling, and the owner immediately reacted aggressively and contemptuously. Inappropriate remarks in front of everyone, a condescending tone, and gratuitous judgments despite not knowing me at all ("I know you, you're never happy" — completely false). No sense of customer service, no respect for the customer. An arrogant and inappropriate attitude from beginning to end. We obviously left without eating. Unacceptable behavior for a professional. Such behavior is shameful and scandalous. Avoid at all costs.

28/08/2026: The saleswoman was super nice and cool. Always perfect personally, but it's like everything else: we criticize what we are! For my part, being very polite and educated, I find it really pathetic to attack the staff. Are you impeccable at your own job, you who preach perfection? Leave your workplace details for every unpleasant comment, so we can happily compare your feelings with the reality of your work. Equality for all, right? Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing: while reading about gloves, until proven otherwise (yes, yes, we need laws), gloves are mandatory by law, only for motorcycles, and in a bakery, I don't see them on a motorcycle 😂

19/08/2026: I wanted to have lunch there, and the staff were sweeping while I was eating. Then the tables weren't clean, and then the worst part... the toilets: a horror, they were disgusting, truly. You open the door, you look, and you don't even bother to run away to wash your hands. It's unacceptable to see that in a bakery that also serves food. A little inspection would do them good. And this was late morning.
