23/04/2026: A mixed experience during this visit. Upon arrival, the welcome was a little tense: our reservation didn't seem to have been noted, and the waitress mentioned a mistake by her colleague. Regarding the dishes, we found them generally lacking in seasoning and some of the cooking was uneven. The monkfish lasagna, in particular, was overcooked and rather bland, as were the vegetables. The dessert, a crème brûlée without tonka bean, didn't seem homemade, which is a shame. We were also surprised by a comment from the waitress referring to a previous review, which doesn't reflect our experience, as we have always enjoyed your cuisine until now. Perhaps this is a recent change. On the other hand, we greatly appreciated your excellent wine list. Thanks also to the two very pleasant servers. 🙂

03/05/2026: We had a wonderful 5-night stay. The welcome was very pleasant and professional, thanks in particular to David. The hotel was very quiet and ideally located.

03/05/2026: Perfect stay. This is a charming hotel with fantastic staff, especially David at the front desk and the restaurant team. We arrived with bicycles which we were able to keep just outside our room, no problem. Food and location could not have been better. 10/10.

13/05/2026: We just spent two days at the Hotel Europa and were delighted with our stay. Beautiful hotel, great location, magnificent view, perfect service, fantastic bar for the evening, apart from a few noisy guests who seemed to think they had the place to themselves for drinks and food! Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, thank you for your kindness. We will be back and will not hesitate to recommend it.

13/05/2026: The housekeeping left much to be desired, despite us reporting it upon arrival (a clump of hair, a hairpiece, and a towel under the desk remained throughout our four-night stay). Soft-boiled eggs would have been a nice touch, as would the honey, of which only four small samples were left and were not replenished. The pool was adequate. The water temperature was 26°C, but I doubt it, and the shower water was barely cold. The common room faces the sea and is very sunny. Magnificent sea view. A kettle was missing, along with samples of coffee, tea, herbal tea, and sugar.

19/04/2026: My first date there was a disaster, but it's not your fault, the hot chocolate is very good anyway.

28/03/2026: A great find! The bar service was very pleasant and the prices were reasonable. Plus, they have board games for all ages and a dartboard 😉 Fantastic! 👌

04/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome, with special attention paid to ensuring we were comfortable. The homemade food was delicious and served in generous portions. The quiet, lightly shaded terrace is very pleasant. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: The food was good overall. The lamb shank was tasty, but the side vegetables were limp, probably frozen, which was a shame. My husband had the andouillette sausage; he liked it but found it "just like homemade." We finished with a cheese plate, which was nothing special. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiter was agreeable.

22/04/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience for a Germaine pizza. Aside from the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, and the very pleasant staff, the base is clearly lacking in tomato sauce; it's mostly cheese, which completely throws off the flavor. The few pieces of goat cheese are very sparse and poorly distributed; it really feels like they were added hastily. The presentation also leaves much to be desired: the toppings are carelessly placed, the cooking is uneven… the whole thing gives the impression of a rushed job. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the quantities and the finishing touches, it could be much better.
