19/08/2026: ⭐️ A very disappointing experience We had a reservation for 7:00/7:30 PM and the restaurant asked us to arrive between 7:00 and 7:15 PM. We arrived at 7:08 PM, perfectly within the requested timeframe. We ordered two children's menus, two Spritzes, a sausage, and two main courses. We also specified that we would like to order wine later. Things got complicated right from the start: the first server brought us drinks that weren't ours. On the second attempt, the children's drinks arrived, but still no Spritzes. The children's main courses arrived just after the drinks... while we were still waiting for our aperitifs. We had ordered a rare steak for one of the children: it finally arrived well-done. Our Spritzes finally arrived when the children were already halfway through their meals. It was difficult to enjoy an aperitif under these circumstances… As for the sausage, it arrived practically at the end of the children's meal. We therefore preferred to refuse it, since there was no real reason for it to be served at that point. Our own dishes finally arrived at the end of the children's meals. As a result, about 45 minutes after our arrival, we were finally able to eat together. For a family meal, we've certainly experienced better… Faced with this wait and this poor organization, we ultimately decided not to order wine or dessert, even though we had initially planned to. When it came time to pay, we took the time to calmly explain the various problems we encountered during the meal. We thought customer feedback could be heard and taken into consideration. Unfortunately, the waiter's response was: "Next time, you can just go to McDonald's if you're not happy." A particularly inappropriate remark that unfortunately sums up our experience quite well. We can understand that a service might experience difficulties or that one evening might be more complicated than others. However, what we find much harder to accept is the lack of organization, the repeated mistakes, and especially the disregard shown to customers when they simply point out problems. We came to the restaurant to have a good time with our family, not to demand special treatment. We left with the feeling of having been ignored. It's a shame, because with a little more organization and, above all, respect for customers, the experience would certainly have been very different. As for us, we won't be returning.

03/05/2026: Perfect stay. This is a charming hotel with fantastic staff, especially David at the front desk and the restaurant team. We arrived with bicycles which we were able to keep just outside our room, no problem. Food and location could not have been better. 10/10.

30/12/2025: We stayed there in January and December 2025. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and offers good advice when needed. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We preferred this small, independent hotel to the chain hotels. We sincerely recommend this place, and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book there again.
