19/08/2024: Wir haben letzte Woche zufällig die Wirtsleute Anne und Frank kennengelernt bei unserem Besuch in Auray Heute waren wir nochmals zum Mittagessen bei Ihnen Wir haben ein fantastisches Essen genießen dürfen und haben es sehr genossen in dieser tollen Atmosphäre mit sehr viel Herzlichkeit der beiden!

16/08/2024: Près de 5 années se sont écoulées mais finalement le temps n’est pas passé dans ce bistrot 😉 : accueil et gentillesse sont toujours « comme à la maison » et les plats sont très bons … sans parler de l’excellent americano 😊.

05/09/2024: Our room landlord recommended another restaurant to us, but it was closed. Luckily, it has to be said, we ended up in “le medaillon” afterwards. The two of us were able to sit down despite not making a reservation. There were 3 menus to choose from and we each chose one. Both were delicious, beautifully presented and filling. The service was almost perfect. And all at a very good price. Apéro (with amuse bouche), starter, main course, dessert, plus a carafe of wine, water and coffee for a total of 80 euros.

07/09/2024: Un endroit de rêve, pour une cuisine authentique avec des produits frais. De plus le personnel très professionnel et très agréable. Seul bémol le prix des desserts, d'ailleurs nous avons malheureusement dû faire l'impasse.

06/09/2024: Tres bonne table, bons produits, bon accueil, la vue est superbe. Garantie d’un moment réussi. Eviter la terrasse extérieure sur la rue, tables et chaises en pente, instables, tres mal assis.

13/08/2024: Hello, we were a table of 8, the service was very good and nothing to complain about the meal in general. Restaurant that works with local producers, good products.

21/08/2024: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance and it was a very, very good surprise! On August 21 at lunchtime, we were offered the Menu of the Day which included: starter, main course, dessert and a quarter of wine. The value for money is exceptional, in addition to being plentiful and very well presented, the dishes were delicious. The staff is smiling, caring and very friendly. The terrace is very pleasant, in the shade of the vines. We can only recommend this place and look forward to returning to try the evening menu.

09/08/2024: We came on the advice of the florist who rents nice accommodation and we tasted the refined and copious cuisine of the inn. We were recommended to book and it was very good advice!.

16/09/2024: We went to this place guided by the good opinions. We arrived at 8:20 p.m. when the schedule said they closed at 9 p.m. In fact, they were taking orders for another table but still when we asked for dinner they told us that they were already closed. He really did us a favor because we went to another place where they treated us very well.

20/08/2024: I highly recommend coming and discovering this restaurant in Auray. The flavors are excellent and the presentation of each dish from starter to dessert is superb! I discovered “ikejim” fish which is a Japanese fish preservation technique. The flesh of the fish has an unrivaled consistency and flavor; It’s really delicious! The service is very pleasant. It is always with pleasure that I come back to this beautiful address in Auray.

19/07/2024: We had lunch at the restaurant which was good, very pleasant staff, variety of dishes (fish, meat, several vegetarian options). It wasn't really cheap and the mussels weren't very spicy, but the burgers and (homemade) desserts were delicious.

02/08/2024: Installés en terrasse ombragée, l'accueil et le service sont toujours discrets voire un peu froid. La carte est courte et s'est un bon signe : 3 propositions pour E, P et D. Les plats sont bons, gouteux et équilibrés. Je trouve par contre que en 2,5 ans les prix ont bcp augmentés: E/P à 28 euros pour un midi, ça commence a tapé même si la qualité est bien là.

27/08/2024: The really thin and tasty pizzas here are fab. They do a formula a deux menu at €27 that includes wine. Always busy so arrive at opening time.

11/08/2024: Arrivée sans réservation à 19h30. Le resto est blindé malgré cela la dame nous a trouvé une place, nous avertit du délai. Elle nous a proposé des boissons et des amuses gueules pour patienter. Finalement nous avons notre pizza env 15 minutes après. Pizza délicieuse et copieuse. Prix raisonnable. Félicitations à la dame et au monsieur qui est au cuisine, ils étaient que 2 pour s'occuper d'une vingtaine de table. Essayez cet établissement vous ne serez pas déçus !

31/08/2024: We went there on a weekday evening before opening to make sure there was enough room. There were 8 of us but we were refused access because there was no table for 8 people. We then proposed to split into two tables of 4, which was also refused because that would cause too many customers (so if two groups of 4 had come, would they have been refused?). Seeing that we found solutions to each problem, we were then asked if we were all thinking of having burgers. Thinking that this would make the task easier, we said yes. But this was impossible because each burger takes 15 minutes to cook. We say we don't mind waiting a long time to be served, but we are still refused. And all this in a cold and expeditious exchange. It's a real shame because we had heard a lot of good things about this restaurant, but the welcome was so disrespectful that it doesn't make you want to come back...
