24/09/2026: Excellent! The burger was simply delicious. The only slight downside: the fries were unfortunately a little too hard. The atmosphere, however, is fantastic: warm, friendly, and not too noisy, which is really pleasant. The waitresses are all wonderful. 😁 In short, we had a fantastic meal! A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat. 😊

09/09/2026: Very friendly welcome, genuine Japanese staff from the dining room to the kitchen 👍😁 Small menu 👍😁 We'd been wanting to eat there for two years, given the rather positive Google reviews. In short, quite disappointed 😞 However, the value for money is impeccable 👍 it's very fair. It wasn't bad, but not exceptional either 🫤 but we weren't hungry when we left the restaurant 😉 The starter, included in the price of the main course (nice touch), was a simple mixed salad, but the dressing was good. 👍 + A small bowl of cucumber with seaweed and sesame, nothing special. 😞 For the main course, we had a breaded assortment, not bad, but nothing special either. 😞 It came with rice that was too soggy and, above all, tasteless. 😞 On the other hand, the miso soup was nice. 👍😁 For dessert, I tried the homemade red bean ice cream 😍 I loved it. Original, with a subtle chestnut flavor. It was definitely my favorite dish of the restaurant. 😁 In conclusion, based on the Google reviews, I think you should try another dish from the one we ordered.

28/09/2026: A must-visit for me for over 15 years! I've been going to this place for years and I've never been disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant. The interior is warm and inviting, and the small outdoor courtyard is perfect for enjoying a drink on sunny days. It's simply my favorite spot for a drink in Lorient. 🍻☘️ A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation! And a special mention for the Christmas decorations!

24/09/2026: Today, September 24th, we had dinner at Vent d'Est for the first time. What a lovely evening! The owner took excellent care of us and prepared a seafood sauerkraut, which was absolutely delicious! We've never had such good sauerkraut, and the four perfectly cooked fish dishes included a scallop skewer. The dessert was also superb: a fig and apricot semolina cake—what a treat! The late-harvest Gewurztraminer we had as an aperitif was so delicious that I asked the owner to bring us the bottle so I could find out who the winemaker was. I'll probably order some more. We'll definitely be back. P.S.: Thank you to the owner for the homemade mirabelle plum liqueur he gave us for our wedding anniversary.

06/09/2026: 🍔🔥 Big crush on Papy Joe in Lorient! I went to check out Papy Joe and honestly, I loved the experience! It has everything you love about a good American diner: delicious smash burgers, hot dogs, homemade tenders… with quality ingredients and, above all, a really welcoming team. The concept is really cool, with a 90s vibe, arcade games, foosball, darts… and the best part: everything is free to play! 🎮🎯 There are also screens to watch sporting events and a happy hour. In short, you don't just come to eat, you come to have a good time. I tried the Bacon Beast Master, the Avocado Hot Dog, and the Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the burger: the three smash patties with cheddar and bacon are seriously good! 😂🔥 A place I highly recommend if you're ever in Lorient. A great find and definitely a place I'll gladly return to!

06/08/2026: The welcome and service were absolutely impeccable: smiling, responsive, and attentive throughout the meal. As for the food, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! The pizzas were excellent, the dishes flavorful and generous, and we finished on an equally successful sweet note with truly outstanding desserts. We were a table of seven, and everyone was unanimously satisfied: not a single person was disappointed. A fantastic place that we wholeheartedly recommend!
