19/11/2024: Accueil et service sympathiques Bonnes galettes croustillantes avec goûteuses et originales garnitures maisons Beau choix de crêpes , en particulier beurre sucre bien réussie ( un test pour moi , elle arrive chaude avec le beurre et le sucre bien fondus , ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas )

09/11/2024: Un endroit charmant, un très bon accueil, des galettes et des crêpes excellentes. Une crêperie où il faut s'arrêter. À noter que nôtre chienne fût la bienvenue, ce qui est fort agréable.

09/09/2024: La salade César était immonde. Le poulet n était pas croustillant. On aurait dit du surgelé qui sortait juste de sa boite. Pas cuit , froid, élastique, sans aucun goût !!! A ce prix proposé, c'est honteux. Pas envie de retourner y manger.

15/08/2024: Enfin un restaurant kebab moderne. Salle claire et petite terrasse. Très propre. Sert de la bière y compris de la turque. Personnel jovial et agréable. Quant à la viande ( kebab) une des meilleures que je connaisse. Diversité de plats de restauration rapide Je recommande.

24/09/2025: Perhaps the best restaurant in Carnac! Diners seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists, and it was busy both times we ate there, deservedly so. The first time we had fall-off-the-bone souris d’agneau and a beautiful salad of avocado and fresh crevettes, followed by a luscious amandine with pears, chantilly, and chocolate, and an excellent crème brulée. The second time we had a fragrant cod dish and the best langue de boeuf I’ve ever had: silken texture and a phenomenal sauce. The husband-wife team who run Le Bisetro work very hard to ensure high-quality offerings and deserve your business!

04/01/2026: Despite visible efforts, the significant mold and pervasive dampness in the room cannot be ignored, especially considering the price. The armchair is unusable (the seat is completely sunken), and a €9 breakfast cannot be limited to a paper bag containing a coffee, two mini pastries, half a baguette with a pat of butter, and a small container of jam. The doors are difficult to open and close (the wardrobe door rubs too much against the floor to open more than 45°, the bedroom door struggles to lock...). There's a clear attempt at doing things right (kettle with tea bag and coffee pod, breakfast jam in a small glass jar rather than a plastic tub...), but they're starting from too low a level for it to be effective. The floor is constantly damp, and the significant mold doesn't help, nor does the dangling tap. The room needs better ventilation and constant heating... There's no reception because it's off-season. Either the price needs to be adjusted to reflect the reality of the service (no staff and an unsanitary room), or it would be better to make the sensible choice of closing the hotel or limiting access to just one floor...

02/01/2026: I'll start with the good points: the room was fine for a family, and the bedding was very comfortable. The location and price were excellent. The downsides, and it's a real shame: they had forgotten our reservation made by phone, and I was surprised not to receive a confirmation email. Even on the day of our arrival, despite an email and several unanswered calls, I was starting to worry about our reservation. I finally got through to someone by calling the emergency number at 6 pm for that same evening. Then, a friendly woman finally booked us a room as originally reserved. Except that we arrived at 9 pm to a completely freezing room with no heating. It was -1 degree Celsius outside. Not cool at all. We knocked on the doors of the other rooms to see if they had heating, and they said they did have space heaters. Luckily, everyone came together, and the neighboring rooms lent us two heaters to warm things up a bit. No reception or security guard on site. Despite having to explain that the situation was unacceptable, the night watchman from another hotel later brought us two heaters. All's well that ends well, but after hiking all day, we would have preferred a warm room rather than staying in our room with hats and coats for an hour. In short, a somewhat complicated stay. I've since seen in other reviews that there have been similar problems with unheated rooms.

29/10/2025: Excellent service with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center with a large free parking lot nearby.

24/10/2024: The best kouign-amann ever eaten! Crispy and tender, a pure treat. We also had vanilla and chocolate puffs, which looked very beautiful... And super tasty! As my other half says, "succulent! The best vanilla cream I've ever tasted"! And I confirm, he tasted a lot!!! And a little extra: an excellent welcome and very pleasant support! We still have some pucks and the caramel shortbread to taste, we can't wait!!!!
