22/07/2026: I gave a gift certificate in June 2025 for a birthday at this gourmet restaurant. Today I discovered that the establishment went into liquidation on October 8, 2025. So, no meal and money gone. Mr. Hardy should shut down his website; it would prevent this kind of disappointment.

20/06/2026: They closed permanently after agreeing to give gift vouchers that they knew they could not honor.

15/10/2026: Seriously, this McDonald's is a joke!! We order, we get our order, but only half of it, and it's not the first time this has happened... Tonight it's just too much, there aren't even any games in the Happy Meals anymore, so they offer a book that they don't even include... Are you kidding us or what?! You're just plain incompetent. If it were a rush, I wouldn't say anything, but there are three orders and you can't even finish your job properly!

06/10/2026: Lunch break yesterday: The "restaurant" was incredibly dirty (those who enjoy slipping and sliding on greasy food will be thrilled!) + a 20-minute wait for a simple set menu even though it wasn't very busy + cold fries and burger + unfriendly staff (who are hiding because they probably know the place isn't up to scratch) = never again! Where can I request a refund, please?

28/08/2026: I was a little disappointed by my waffle, which was frozen and barely warmed up. The service was a bit slow, and when you're seated at the tables near the terrace entrance, there's nothing to stop you from falling off the step. I almost fell and would have probably ended up in the hospital. I also nearly injured someone else trying to catch myself.

18/08/2026: A very pleasant spot facing the sea. However, for the past two weeks, for the fourth time, everything is closed at 8:10 am, even though it opens at 8:00 am. This forces you to go up to the town center to the Terminus bus stop, where the very friendly owner is there from 7:45 am. This is a warning to management…

14/05/2026: Avoid this bar at all costs. The indoor terrace is filthy, and the service is disastrous. If you order tea, you get a coffee cup with half-hot water, and the Casino brand mint tea is ancient! It's a joke.

04/01/2026: Despite visible efforts, the significant mold and pervasive dampness in the room cannot be ignored, especially considering the price. The armchair is unusable (the seat is completely sunken), and a €9 breakfast cannot be limited to a paper bag containing a coffee, two mini pastries, half a baguette with a pat of butter, and a small container of jam. The doors are difficult to open and close (the wardrobe door rubs too much against the floor to open more than 45°, the bedroom door struggles to lock...). There's a clear attempt at doing things right (kettle with tea bag and coffee pod, breakfast jam in a small glass jar rather than a plastic tub...), but they're starting from too low a level for it to be effective. The floor is constantly damp, and the significant mold doesn't help, nor does the dangling tap. The room needs better ventilation and constant heating... There's no reception because it's off-season. Either the price needs to be adjusted to reflect the reality of the service (no staff and an unsanitary room), or it would be better to make the sensible choice of closing the hotel or limiting access to just one floor...

06/09/2026: The pizza was sparsely topped for the price; it's not what it used to be. Was the dough frozen??? I ordered a pizza with gizzards and ended up with ham instead 😱. Was there a problem with the ingredients???

15/08/2026: The pizzas are good and generously sized. The dough could be improved, but we thoroughly enjoyed them. The service is friendly and the lady is smiling.

06/09/2026: €40 for a frozen supermarket pizza and two Charal burgers. It's a disgrace. At that price, you expect homemade food. Keep walking

11/08/2026: The prices were outrageously high and not displayed. We were basically ripped off. The place gets sun all day, so it's unbearably hot, and on top of that, people are constantly walking around you. Don't come.

19/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food was awful, and the staff - including the manager - were incredibly rude. After waiting a very long time for our food, we were told there was an issue with the mussels. Despite the long wait for this news, we accepted this without complaint and reordered. When the first dishes arrived, they were cold and overcooked, so we sent them back. The remaining food eventually arrived, but it was also cold, overcooked, and frankly inedible. We ate a little of it because we were with young children and all very hungry. It’s a problem when a French mussels restaurant can’t serve mussels or cook a decent Croque monsieur. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but what really prompted this one was how we were treated when we politely explained how disappointed we were. Rather than acknowledging our concerns or offering even a simple apology, the staff became argumentative and dismissive. There was no apology, no goodwill gesture, and no attempt to resolve the situation - quite the opposite. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, especially combined with food of this standard. The only positive thing about this restaurant is its location. There are plenty of other places nearby that are worth your time instead. What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a frustrating two-hour ordeal. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

07/06/2026: Comfortable bed, fairly clean but dated room. No hot water at 9:30 this morning... sink still clogged after weeks of use... Breakfast service was not clean at all, I do not recommend it.
