30/06/2026: Superb experience, magical setting, outdoor dinner with a magnificent sunset. A minor issue regarding the booking: We made a reservation request the previous week, there were no available spots, then our host called and found we had two available.

22/07/2026: Go to Le Boucanier and you'll be delighted! Where to begin... Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, from the welcome and the service to the food and the atmosphere. In short, a true success. The cuisine is high-quality thanks to local products (fish, seafood, meat, and more) but also to a touch of Latin American influence (Peru never disappoints). In each dish, you can see the care and attention to detail. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful. It's a cuisine that knows how to satisfy every palate, whether you prefer fish, seafood, or meat. No one is left out. I chose the burrata, the beef (an excellent Peruvian recipe), and the pavlova. It was a delight, and I'm already thinking about my next visit. It's also worth noting that the food isn't the only positive aspect contributing to the success of this culinary experience. The view, the decor, and the ambiance are particularly appealing. A touch of exoticism without detracting too much from the seaside setting. Once again, flawless. And finally, how can we not mention the service... the Boucanier team is young, dynamic, and attentive. Professionalism is evident from beginning to end. If you're celebrating a birthday, this wonderful team will surprise you and show their warm welcome. I would like to thank Mariana for her attentiveness throughout my experience at the Boucanier. 23/07/2026: We arrived in Lorient that same day for a week's holiday. It was noon after an eight-hour drive. We were hungry. And frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the service, and the delicious food. Everything was perfect. The owner even took the time to explain the unusual name of his restaurant. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. And a special mention for the flambéed crème brûlée, which was divine.

28/07/2026: After several visits, the crepes are still as good and well filled, be careful to book, although there are quite a few tables, the place is very popular.

24/07/2026: We came to eat, and only three out of four galettes were served. So we waited, and then I got up to ask for the missing galette, explaining that it was a bit annoying because ours were getting cold. I was told that you should never have to wait when eating a crêpe. (I've always lived in Arradon, so I know this, but we came to the restaurant to eat together.) Aside from this minor issue, the galettes were very good, and the crêpes were too.

13/08/2026: The best Bobun in Lyon... and probably anywhere! As delicious as in Vietnam... and well-served. Very reasonable prices, only the drinks are a bit expensive... Enjoy it in August, the welcome is warm and friendly!!... more so than usual anyway...

19/07/2026: Lovely restaurant ran by lovely people. I liked the lunch so much I went twice to taste the entire weekly menu. The wine selection and recommendations are terrific and the food is outstanding. There’s a lot of work and refinement put in all the dishes but what stands out the most is the respect of the products and how the chef sublimates the core ingredients of the mains: both the fish and the lamb were not just cooked to perfection, their texture and taste were elevated!

18/07/2026: Passing through Vannes, we discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago for lunch. We loved everything about it, starting with the cuisine, which is full of textures and flavors—a sophisticated yet simple approach. The ingredients are excellent, locally sourced, and the chef is clearly a master. And what can we say about the attentive service and the wine recommendations? If you're looking for an emotional experience, you won't be disappointed. Each bite reveals new sensations; the dish unfolds gradually, nothing is left to chance.
