01/09/2024: Great discovery this summer. The staff is charming, the cuisine is prepared with love and you can feel it in the plates served. The accommodation in the cottages is very clean, spartan but sufficient to make a base for hiking.
The staff gives very good advice.
The prices are more than fair, I hope to be able to renew my stay soon.

The only small criticism if one had to be made, in the rooms the sink is a hand basin far too small for a bathroom but otherwise room redone and well decorated and good bedding

Nous y avons dégusté de très chouettes assiettes préparées sur le coup avec beaucoup de fraîcheur.
Les brochettas sont copieuses , bien dorées et garnies .

We were a family of 8 people + 2 dogs. Fresh and hearty dishes + water for the doggies. Smiles, good humor and availability. Fast service. We recommend this establishment.

The dishes are great and the wines offered are just as great.
There are very few tables which makes this restaurant very intimate.
I adore :)

17/09/2024: Had dinner at Le Galie on a Thursday night in September and they were 4 couples in the restaurant. The atmosphere was dead but I don’t think it was because of the lack of clientele. The decor is so basic & unpersonal & the waiter (sorry to say) the most boring person we have ever met in a restaurant. Except from that the food & wine was good. Just such a shame as the whole experience could have been much better especially as it is not cheap.
