13/09/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing despite the excellent food. We had a reservation for 9 pm, which the restaurant had duly accepted. We started with an aperitif, but the main courses arrived very quickly, without really giving us time to enjoy them. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter informed us that the ovens were already turned off and that it was therefore no longer possible to order hot desserts. We were quite surprised, as we had never been informed that the kitchen was closing soon. If this had been mentioned upon arrival, we could obviously have anticipated this and ordered our desserts earlier. However, the most disappointing part of the meal was the end. Around 10 pm, the bill was placed on the table rather abruptly, with the very clear impression that we had to leave quickly and that our presence was inconvenient. We can certainly understand that a restaurant has closing times to respect, but in this case, it seems preferable not to accept reservations at 9 pm or, at the very least, to inform customers upon arrival about the kitchen closing time. It's a real shame, because we had a very good meal and the quality of the dishes was excellent. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the way we were treated at the end of service severely spoiled our experience. We will therefore not be returning.

Olga and Richard are true chefs and passionate about their work, even after many years. We had the pleasure of a long conversation after our meal. Thank you again for sharing your experience. 07/10/2026: Pablo Café is pure bliss. A warm welcome, efficient service, and as for the food, the pizza of the day, made in the traditional way by a Neapolitan, is a delight of flavor and lightness. The rib with fries is wonderfully accompanied by an excellent barbecue sauce, all beautifully presented. We can't wait to return to Ceret!

18/10/2026: We're returning to this place for the second time, this time with friends. The building is incredible; you can feel the weight of history. Our host is attentive and welcoming. There are some beautiful hikes to be had from here. We hope to return soon.

03/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise during a stop on our loop from La Manère. The chapel is beautiful, with its unique (and rare in France) Camaril. The welcome was also fantastic; we had a delicious meal for a very reasonable price! If you wish, you can stay at the refuge and lend a hand to the warden who single-handedly maintains this lovely building. If you are in a large group, it's best to call ahead to reserve.

28/06/2026: A truly memorable welcome. Never again will I be in this establishment. They serve you mulled wine for themselves, which is normal considering the price you pay, so no poor people allowed.

27/06/2026: Football night at Le Paddock! We know the place and decided to bring some friends for dinner again. Once again, we had a wonderful time; the kebabs were truly delicious (especially the chicken). The service was quick and efficient, despite a few unfriendly staff. The only downside was the second part of the evening. It's a shame that once the bill was paid, they didn't bother to help us order drinks, for example. In fact, we ran into our table neighbors at the same restaurant afterwards. But we'll definitely be back for dinner.
