15/06/2026: In a charming village, where time seems to stand still. Run by a young, dynamic, and friendly couple, this bar and restaurant is the heart of the village, a gathering place and hub of community life.
We went for lunch at Le Chardon after a wine tasting in the area. Simple but delicious cuisine made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. ☀️

10/06/2026: While passing through Autun, we stopped at McDonald's. The welcome was very warm, the staff were very attentive. The service was very quick! We recommend it!

18/03/2026: While in Chalon for a school trip, the wine bar on the square provided a fantastic evening for about twenty students! The bartender was generous, very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming!

The staff is attentive and very friendly.
The restaurant offers a good wine list featuring local wines, as well as typical regional dishes. A family-run hotel that stands out from impersonal resorts. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend.

The staff and managers were very pleasant and offered excellent advice.

15/05/2026: A quaint, family-run boutique hotel exuding with character. Our tour group had a remarkable experience staying at this hotel. From the fast and organised check-in procedure greeted by their family dog, their home-cooked dinner and breakfast, and their personalised touch in every matter throughout our stay. The amenities and the facility, whilst old, holds a lot of history and character.
This hotel is a near-perfect glimpse of French country-side hospitality.
