14/06/2026: David the magician, the master of escapes, Harry Houdini style, at the Chalon street festival. For 21 years I've been coming, I've been savoring Panini Hour, and frankly, if you want to eat there, come on my recommendation. It's a place you'll want to come back to and do abracadabra!

17/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a calzone that arrived with the dough still elastic and clearly undercooked inside. I pointed this out, and they offered to make it again… but unfortunately, the second one was exactly the same: raw dough and cold mozzarella inside. As a result, I simply couldn't eat my meal. There was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and I was still charged for the dish even though the problem was obvious and acknowledged by the staff. To top it all off, the waitress offered us a digestif, even though we were having lunch with colleagues and had to go back to work afterward. In this kind of situation, a coffee, a discount, or simply not charging for an inedible dish would have been much more appropriate. It's really a shame, because the customer experience was clearly not up to standard. I'll even add that thanks for replying three months later! Not only did I have the courage to tell you to your face, but I did it twice!! And the response was, "Calzones are always complicated to cook." So your answer really makes me laugh!

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time last night. The meal was delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The place is beautiful, and the outdoor courtyard is a bonus. The value for money is excellent, and the cocktails are superb. I highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the portions were generous. The ingredients were fresh. We had a wonderful time with friends. The sharing platters were excellent (the tapenade was superb, as was the roasted Camembert). The prices are very reasonable! Well done!

14/05/2026: Thank you! We initially only wanted to have a coffee, but we quickly changed our minds and, without a doubt, tasted the delicious eggs meurette. Our only regret was being expected elsewhere for lunch at a friend's house :) so we couldn't stay longer! We'll be back soon, and not just for coffee.

13/05/2026: Outstanding service -- this is the tenth time I've eaten here and the wait staff is truly wonderful. The best burgers in France (I've lived here for 40 years and have traveled everywhere everywhere everywhere). Great seating area outside. The only problem is the smokers -- this is France and they are rife and arrogant and obnoxious.

22/05/2026: We went as a family in April 2026. Unfortunately, all the staff seemed overwhelmed, whether in the kitchen, serving, or at the bar. Even though the team apologized, the wait for each course was very long, to the point that we finally left without ordering dessert. The menu was also quite limited, which is understandable and often a sign of quality home cooking. However, of the three dishes we ordered, we were disappointed by the chicken with Vin Jaune, which turned out to be chicken oysters in a cream sauce, without Vin Jaune. And not everyone received their dishes at the same time; we had to ask several times. Sorry, but I don't recommend it.

15/05/2026: While the locals might enjoy Bresse chicken and calf's head, we found it quite unappetizing. Charging €11 for a small salad consisting of five green leaves, a few canned corn kernels, and half an egg without dressing struck me as a complete rip-off. €89 for two rustic main courses plus a salad, two beers, and a soft drink seemed exorbitant. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

29/05/2026: A very pleasant meal on the terrace. Excellent pizza. Perfect waffle. Simple and fresh cuisine. No smoking on the terrace. No music. Quick service. Spotlessly clean restrooms. Very, very reasonable prices. A true paradise.

25/05/2026: We ate there two nights in a row during our stay: pizzas the first night and salads the next, and everything was absolutely delicious! The terrace is lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Special mention to the manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place! 😊

02/03/2026: Not disappointed at all, quite the opposite! Excellent cuisine, fresh produce, the ribeye steak (a real treat), the desserts (to die for!), the homemade aperitif was very good. There were six of us, and no one was disappointed. I don't regret my choice at all; on the contrary, I highly recommend it! 😉😉

05/05/2026: The setting is very beautiful, the interior charming, however, a huge disappointment at lunchtime. The service was a bit rushed, and we were told it was homemade when it wasn't (the poached egg in red wine sauce was watery, the risotto was undercooked and swimming in butter). Not great for an Italian restaurant. Coca-Cola was served by the glass, which is against the rules (€4 a glass and flat), and to top it all off, the chocolate fondant was reheated in the microwave. A bit pricey for the mediocre quality. I don't recommend it and I'm very disappointed.

22/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant. It looked promising, with lots of cars in the parking lot, but the environment was filthy, which should have been a red flag. The welcome was friendly, but the food was deplorable, tasteless, and in short, a complete failure on almost every level.
