09/07/2025: What they're capable of is unacceptable... ordering a cheeseburger... received something without cheese... I brought it back and I think they just added a slice of cheese and that's what it turned out to be... pathetic

08/07/2025: The only downside is that it says at the entrance that Quick closes at 11 p.m., even though it actually closes at 10 p.m.! This leads to a loss of customers, and people are asked to finish their meals outside!

08/12/2025: We had a coffee with colleagues, a very pleasant moment in a charming setting. The very professional manager seated us perfectly so we could enjoy ourselves. The waitress was also very efficient, quick, attentive, smiling, and discreet. I recommend this place for a coffee, a drink, or even a meal, whether with family, friends, or colleagues. I will be back.

11/11/2025: We didn't try the hotel, only the restaurant. This place is worth knowing about because it's very close to the Château de la Verrerie and the museums we wanted to visit in Le Creusot, and the parking spaces are fairly accessible, despite the ongoing construction on Place Schneider. The decor is original (especially the Art Nouveau stained-glass window and the ceiling displaying a physical world map), the staff is pleasant and smiling, and the menu offers a surprising variety of dishes, curiously focused on seafood (tuna steak, grilled prawns, trout fillet meunière, etc.), perhaps because it was a Friday... In any case, the mussels and fries, which we all unanimously chose, were delicious!

30/11/2025: Sorry, but I ate a pizza with undercooked ribs. It's supposed to be goat cheese, honey, and cream-based, but you're giving me a tomato base? Tomato doesn't work with honey. Go figure. Anyway, your 14.50 pizza had no taste.

27/11/2025: The only thing here that's Italian is the sixties music playing on repeat. The rest? I would have been better off ordering from Picard; at least you know the quality. When they brought me my Milanese veal cutlet, it practically drowned in all the water on my plate. The tomato sauce looked like it came straight from the local wholesaler's jar. I asked for mayonnaise: they don't make sauce! First time I've ever heard that one. Plus, there's a whole page on the menu listing what the chef is willing to do or not. Want to change your pizza? Impossible, except to remove the mushrooms. Thanks to those with allergies who can now rest easy. At this lost Italian restaurant in Cluny, what a beautiful death for an ingredient they can't remove because it's too much to ask on a pizza. We wonder why people go to restaurants less often? Here's part of the answer.

07/07/2025: We couldn't open our room window because the handle was broken, the fan was broken, and we were charged more for breakfast than the price shown on the website. The price is not justified.

28/06/2025: Very high-quality establishment. We stopped here on our way south. Friendly welcome, very pleasant staff, good food, and exceptional breakfast - no air conditioning, but a classy building.

25/10/2025: First of all, the restaurant doesn't have any nearby parking. The interior decor is very basic and rudimentary. I ordered a Milanese escalope that was hard "like a sole" and the fried food that coated it was very greasy and indigestible. On the other hand, the fries were good as was the tarte tatin. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant, which is too expensive for the quality offered.

19/09/2025: Very good, but the position of the bathroom with the toilet facing the front door is very odd. Good bedding.

28/08/2025: To avoid.....When we arrived the person at reception looked for our room. We went to our room what a disaster...Bad smells, black bathroom ceiling, dust...In addition our room neighbor was screaming...When we reported it to the reception, this lady rolled her eyes and said that it did not surprise her coming from us. We ran away and slept in the car. In short, dirty, horrible welcome.....

03/09/2024: Very satisfied with this restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The setting is original and super nice. The service at the top. The dishes are delicious and homemade. Great value for money. Nearby parking.

03/09/2024: I went to this restaurant last weekend during the barred evening. I was very disappointed. I asked for a carafe of water and some bread when we were starting the starter, I had to remind the waiter because at the meal we still didn't have the carafe and the bread. The waiter apologized but I had to wait a good 10 minutes before getting bread and water. Once the carafe was empty I asked for another carafe from the same waiter, it never arrived I had to ask another waitress who brought it to me straight away. The steak was not at all good quality (steak from Leclerc?) which is a shame in the Charolais country.. when I saw the homemade brownie on the menu I thought it was too good.. but from the first bite I I quickly became disillusioned as the brownie was hard, compact... in short, really not great. One thing is certain we will not come back. Too bad because the setting is really nice.

11/12/2024: People always take a bit of pride in this cooperative cellar when we always buy 2/3 boxes. It never really makes you want to come back, but Pouilly Vinzelle is so good that you always come back...

25/08/2024: Pleasant rustic setting. However, we were very disappointed with the meal. Decent starter, very very average beef tartare, tough meat, frozen fries, chicken in cream way too salty and gratin bathed in fat. Ice cream ok, frozen nougat without any taste. We will not come back!

25/11/2025: Starter: Canned mixed vegetables and deviled eggs—my mother's were so much better… Main course: Canned beans, dry, uncooked frozen cod, and sticky mashed potatoes… Dessert: Frozen cake and canned custard… The only thing that's even remotely decent is the wine, so that's something… It's getting worse and worse, and this is the last time I'll ever go to this place!!

14/11/2025: Excellent food, generous and flavorful portions for a set menu of starter and main course or main course and dessert for €21.90. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, highly professional, and always offered helpful advice, especially regarding wines. In short, I had a wonderful family lunch.

31/01/2026: A wonderful culinary experience during my lunch break last Wednesday. The setting is lovely, and the food is exquisite. The welcome and service were excellent, perfectly matching the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it. (Sorry about the photo of the appetizer; I started eating it because I was so hungry 😋😉)
