18/04/2026: Excellent and generous ice cream

10/04/2026: Although the ice cream is delicious, the owner and staff's attitude is equally unpleasant. Despite there being 5-6 empty tables inside and 4 outside, they told me I couldn't sit there because I had only bought ice cream for the children, even though there wasn't a queue or anything like that outside. If you're wondering how to drive customers away from your business with your attitude, you should definitely visit.

13/08/2026: We've been to the drive-through several times, and unfortunately, there are almost always omissions or errors in our orders, sometimes even several at once. The day before yesterday, we couldn't reach you by phone. We hadn't received the correct order, so my partner had to go back to the store to sort it out. And even then, when we got home, we found there was yet another mistake in the order! Honestly, there's almost never a time when our order is complete and correct at the drive-through. I can certainly understand that mistakes happen, but when it's a recurring problem, and especially when there are two errors in the same order, it becomes really frustrating. We come to you with complete confidence, but this is becoming very disappointing and clearly gives us the impression that orders aren't properly checked before being handed out to customers. I sincerely hope that you'll make an effort to improve this, because this situation happens far too often.

23/08/2026: The potatoes are cold, it's very dirty, there's no soap in the toilet. Everything is dirty.

22/08/2026: The McDonald's in Chalon-sur-Saône has no respect. They refuse service to Black and Arab customers because they have the influence of disruptive youths in the restaurant and their reasoning. Refusing to accept an order is pathetic and shows a complete lack of respect; some people have no shame.

29/08/2026: I was very disappointed with this order placed for a birthday. I had ordered a tray of quiches, and what a surprise it was when I went to pick up my order to discover that it was actually individual quiches, and what's more, they weren't even cut! The most regrettable thing is that I wasn't informed of this when I collected the order. When I mentioned it to the manager, no real solution was offered, as if it were perfectly normal. I expected at least some kind of compensation, given the inconvenience caused for a special occasion. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had problems with this company. This time, I've made up my mind: I won't be a customer anymore.

12/08/2026: The quality of Marie Blachère bread has deteriorated considerably in the last five years, especially the baguettes (undercooked and very hard). As for the staff, some of their behavior needs to be reviewed. However, the croissants and pain au chocolat are excellent.

21/06/2026: The Food is very very good but they scamt my good old friend shenjinyu-Wu and we ordered margherita and got margherita with Champignons and ham aaand we ordered 19 Pizzas and got 25 🤯

05/09/2026: Hello. The store is dirty, poorly organized, and the friendly staff don't stay. Currently, the employees are unpleasant, and the cleanliness is nonexistent.

04/08/2026: The shop was dirty, but the bread and other products were of good quality. Kudos to the bakery manager. However, the sales area left much to be desired. It was dirty, and the staff weren't well-groomed.

14/08/2026: Despite the friendly waitress, I didn't stay because of the exorbitant prices. What world do they live in where a 25cl Coke costs €5.70? It's outrageous. The menu also needs to be revised – it's so tiny you can't see anything. It's a shame because the place is quite pleasant and has potential, but they absolutely must review the prices.

22/08/2026: Nice place, excellent value for money. Magnificent view of the golf course. A very good stopover for golfers. Generous portions. Service a little slow, but nothing too serious. When you've had a good round of golf, you have time to spare.
