05/09/2024: Good address, good cuisine, however a little disappointed not to have had in the dishes the little thing that makes you say p.... it's excellent compared to the price and a little knock on the stairs to avoid a slalom between pigeon droppings or protection . Under nests to avoid this would be very positive on the kitchen side rather mastered associations nice place

01/09/2024: A comfortable hotel, with tastefully decorated rooms and an attentive manager. The breakfast, based on local products, is plentiful and suits all tastes.

19/09/2024: We shared a dinner with 3 people choosing the 6-course menu. Overall our experience was very good, the setting of the room is very beautiful, the work of the chef and his brigade is truly top-notch with surprising dish pairings and we had a wonderful culinary journey! Note, but it's personal, we are not fans of "surprise" menus which have been very common for several years, not allowing us to anticipate tasting the chosen dish, especially since a large number of dishes follow one another. We did not appreciate the sommelier abandoning our table when choosing the second wine, in this case the red! Replaced by 1 of the servers. Amazing! In the flow of the meal, there was a fairly long wait when the beef (magnificent dish) was served, which disrupted the dynamics of the dinner. The occasion of 1 anniversary of our dinner gave rise to 1 special attention for the very nice guest, downside the waiter had the wrong guest! Finally, such a personal touch I don't like the waiter's announcement at the time of cheese with a supplement of 15€. I consider this to be a mistake in taste, not all guests have to know this price again, especially guests knowing that it is indicated in the menu. The time spent remains very pleasant, we didn't see the chef to congratulate him or exchange a word, doesn't he do that? Our visit will require returning to get a better opinion.

On the reception side, great hosts, incredibly kind and caring. Beautiful people who take the time with their customers. Lots of lovely touches 😉 thank you to them for the surprises for our 39 years of marriage. The spa and the rooms perfect! Perfect breakfast too. Everything was there and always with fresh, homemade products. We'll definitely come back, if only to say hello and have a drink on the terrace. 19/08/2024: We spent a pleasant night in a very nice room with a large, ultra-comfortable bed. Ideal for taking a break during your vacation journeys. I recommend breakfast in the morning, ideal for getting off to a good start. Thanks to Frederic for his welcome and his kindness

24/09/2024: I recommend the eggs meurette, a little disappointed by the pig's trotters which lacked consistency. The rump steak lacked a starchy accompaniment. The desserts are exceptional, the service is top notch. Wine too.

23/08/2024: A little disappointed with the change of ownership. Already at the service level, no other choice than to be on the terrace. Pleasant weather conditions however. With the peanut appetizer arriving at the end, just before the starter. For the catering, there were 6 of us and almost all were attracted by the Marie Boissy plate. Too bad, on a Saturday lunchtime at the start of service there were only 2 left..... Likewise a pasta offer on the menu, conchiglie, but out of stock.... Announcement made at another table but not ours... Brief offer of dishes on the menu but in stock for some. But the chef offers a suggestion of the day which is not on the menu. Perhaps we should limit ourselves to the menu and ensure that there are no shortages.... That said, the suggestion of the day (crème brûlée foie gras) was rather good quality, as was the one with pralines in dessert. The 2 Marie Boissy plates were copious. I also think that the dish composed of pasta, cooked ham, certainly with truffle, and burrata does not necessarily have its place in this type of restaurant. In short, a certain disappointment.

12/08/2024: Restaurant found via Google when we returned from vacation, really excellent service with very attentive and good-humoured people! We felt very welcome in a very pleasant and fresh setting. We had the daily menu for €18, very good, and special mention for the excellent dessert. Otherwise there is another menu at €36 which seemed very refined, that will be for next time! We highly recommend this restaurant and will return when we next visit the region.

11/08/2024: I recommend without hesitation the Domaine de Noyer for the calm, the magnificent view in the heart of the Brionnaise countryside, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, copious and quality breakfasts with local products and above all the sympathy of the hosts. We will come back with pleasure!

17/09/2024: I discovered this restaurant this afternoon. The atmosphere is nice, as is the decor. The food is very good and not having finished my plate because the meal was very copious, I was offered to bring back the leftovers in a box and that's very good because despite the obligation to do so, too few restaurants do it. The team that works there is really nice and all this for very good prices.
