Breakfast and dinner were refined and delicious. Far removed from the impersonal atmosphere of chain hotels, this charming establishment made us feel right at home. The welcome was warm, the setting calm and relaxing, with a magnificent view of the Clunisois hills. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was a real treat: generous, authentic cuisine, showcasing local products with finesse. The service is attentive and simple. A place to recommend for those seeking tranquility, conviviality, and local flavors!

A la suite de la visite très intéressante du marché au cadran de Saint Christophe en brionnais, nous avons apprécié la découverte de cette table et la recommandons vivement. Nous nous sommes régalés tous les trois avec le menu, de l'entrée au dessert. Il y avait bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas mangé une aussi savoureuse entrecôte, un vrai délice, parfaitement cuite. 29/11/2025: If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience in Chalon-sur-Saône, ENZA is the restaurant you absolutely must visit. It feels like eating at your Nonna's house: it's genuine, warm, and welcoming. This family-run restaurant is managed by a lovely couple. The menu is simple, the lasagna is delicious, and the homemade bread is simply divine! We adore this place and highly recommend it.
