30/10/2025: A wonderful discovery at lunchtime today. The €28 set menu included a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Everything was homemade and beautifully presented, with a wide selection, including a dozen exquisite desserts.

03/01/2026: I'm at a loss for words to describe the charm of this establishment, the warm welcome from the owner and the young man, not to mention the decor and the food. My partner and I went for a short stay. We passed through Mâcon and stayed in a small hotel reminiscent of those American roadside hotels. L'Estaminet by Cedrik's was a very pleasant surprise. After a quick exchange of emails with the owner himself, we booked a room quickly. He was also very accommodating regarding our early arrival time, and we thank him for that. The interior of the establishment has the feel of a cozy inn, with refined and flavorful cuisine and excellent wines. What's more, the menu offers excellent value for money, as do the room rates. There's plenty of parking in front. This is an address we'll treasure, as we'll definitely be back. The owner is super friendly, accommodating, and approachable. It makes you want to chat with him. We'll definitely do that next time.

Go there with your eyes closed, it's too too good, frogs in all sauces... Don't forget to book because it's so good that there won't be room for everyone.... We'll be going back very very soon

10/01/2026: Very noisy. The "penne with prawns and scallops" dish is a grand name for penne served with three prawns and very small scallops that looked more like clams. I won't even mention the dessert: the rum baba was very good, but don't expect any rum flavor. It was a decent brioche, but very dry, lightly soaked in sugar syrup. And if you ask for more rum, or at least a less pronounced rum flavor, you have to pay extra… In short, a big difference from what's advertised… Should we trust this restaurant? I'm not so sure.

30/12/2025: For me, these are far from the best pizzas. They were undercooked, the burger was too basic, and while the lasagna was good, the dish was small—more like a cannelloni. However, for a group of 10 or more without a reservation, you're guaranteed to get a table.

A huge thank you for the eggs meurette—they were divine! The chicken with crayfish and the pavlova were also very good. The owners were also incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.
