02/04/2024: After 9 years, I have never been served so poorly. Apparently counting the cheese croquettes and calamari is too difficult, let alone correcting their mistakes. Placed an order for 40 cheese croquettes and 27 cheese croquettes will be delivered. You pay for food that you cannot serve. You do not communicate that this has run out and silently serve too little food. (when there is a complaint, you go on the attack)
We pushed for fair service. That turns out not to be possible. Shame!
This just shows how you communicate unfriendly.
01/04/2024: Busy, unpleasant terrace, only 1 person to serve during busy holiday periods. It's a bit small, a person can't be everywhere.

18/04/2024: Decoration redone for the Bar part since 2021 (less cocoon and fun). Clientele too international and poorly educated. Rooms identical to 2021 but very good in practical comfort and space.
Restaurant service lacking flexibility.
Ski Set inside and very professional staff, very flexible and adaptable to the situations of each skier unlike restaurants.
Comfortable room but bathroom smelling musty because the hotel chose pretty floor tiles that retain humidity.
Ideal location.
Impeccable reception service and concierge.
The hotel has its own parking lot. Not cheap (Val Thorens!) but very practical.
15/04/2024: This is an amazing hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are good but not cleaned properly. You have to ask for things like water, tea bags, dusty.
We were a big group of vegans and vegetarians. At first reading the reviews we were disappointed to book the hotel as they were not good for restaurants. We spoke to the managers for both the restuarant and they went out of their way to make us delicious vegan food. We had small kids and they took care of their dietary requirements. Staff are excellent with amazing service. We are planning to go back next year.

02/07/2024: Group of 22 people including 11 people with disabilities. Warm welcome, pleasant service, adapted to our specific requests (mixed meals, etc.) very good meals, for a fair price.
We will not hesitate to come back!

02/09/2024: Après une expérience très moyenne l'année dernière, nous avons décidé d'y retourner pour ne pas rester sur une mauvaise impression: la plus mauvaise idée de l'été!!! très mal reçu,, service minimum , voire inexistant, des consignes strictes et des allusions pour le moins douteuse. Malgré notre tentative d'apaisement, rien n'y a fait: langage à la limite de l'impolitesse, aucune faveur (demande de démonter la tente au retour de la randonnée pour laisser le temps du séchage, peu d'emplacement occupé) et cerise sur le gâteau: plat du soir viande avarié...mais facturé. incompétence totale pour ce type d'activité: A FUIRE!!!!!!
25/08/2024: Great stay surrounded by nature with a magnificent panorama.
Friendly welcome, clean toilets, and excellent Savoyard meal. Beautiful last evening spent with the owner, the campers having chosen to have the evening meal, interesting discussions and palm of gold for little Gladys who is an excellent apprentice. .
In short, excellent experience in the great outdoors!

21/11/2024: La Marmotte is traditional Savoyard cuisine of good quality, with a superb welcome which will be reserved for you by Evelyne & Allan, I highly recommend it.
The natural or porcini mushroom fondue accompanied by excellent, abundant cold meats without forgetting the egg and kirch at the end will delight your taste buds.
Burgers are also a real specialty 😋
Also note that the pizzas are to take away.
A real wood fire in the main room will warm you up and create a unique atmosphere.
The terrace covered with two bioclimatic pergolas equipped with side blinds will give you significant comfort.

15/08/2024: Très joli petit restaurant avec une belle et grande terrasse., jolie vue. Très belles assiettes , nous nous sommes régalés ce midi. Excellent rapport qualité prix ( entre 16 et 18€, c’est moins cher que quasi tous les autres restos de la station). Personnel très sympathique et souriant, à aussi pensé à nous apporter une gamelle d’eau fraîche pour notre 🐶, au top.

very clean room

but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street
a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!!
In short, we won't come back

23/03/2024: on Center Street, which just opened last December. Surrounded by restaurants and shops, the location is very good. There are also shuttles to surrounding restaurants. Service staff are very kind
, the service is also in place. The room design is comfortable and reasonable. Will stay here next time!
07/03/2024: Drop into the best bar in val d'isere, great atmosphere, great staff, and if you fancy eating restaurant very good too.

08/09/2024: Après une course en vélo nous avons voulu déguster une glace en terrasse. Les glaces sont trop chers… même pour des glaces artisanales. 3 boules 9,50€ 4 boules 10,50. C’est encore plus cher qu’en bord de mer…. Il y a une semaine nous étions à Saint Gilles à la réunion, glace 3 boules artisanales 7€50…. Ne vous faites pas avoir.

À l’arrivée aussi accueillante que moche ! Vous n’êtes pas arrivé que l’on vous fait comprendre qu’il va falloir vite partir! Grosse arnaque st Marcelin rôti à 22 euro qui est en fait une salade qui baigne dans l’huile avec 2 toast de chèvre fondus au micro onde.
Il y a de beaux endroits comme le bistro 1951 signe d’un restaurant le beau rivage n’a vraiment rien de beau à part le cadre ! Attrape touristes ! A fuir !!! Chère patronne remettez vous en question pas de quoi faire la fière et apprenez à parler au téléphone lors des réservation ! Christine
