19/08/2026: The panoramic terrace is worth a stop! The staff is welcoming and helpful. We had trout and salads, and everything was delicious. I agree with the criticism made by others about the slightly high prices.

19/10/2025: So here we have reached, not the summits, but the human stupidity of high-altitude catering. If you arrive in traditional ski gear, you are looked down upon and put in a corner. EVERYTHING is overpriced, the music is way too loud, you can even hear it from the top of La Saulire! An establishment like we no longer want in Courchevel, fed up with this kind of wart at the top of our beautiful mountains. Return to traditional and accessible.

29/08/2025: Rude waiter and super expensive. Also super loud. People are coming to the mountains to relax not listen to your stupid music. Food is average, nothing special.

30/08/2026: Ideally located on BSI beach, the restaurant offers cuisine that lives up to expectations, both in terms of preparation quality and portion size. Prices are a bit high, but it is a lakeside location (you're paying for the setting). The staff is professional and attentive. Taking advantage of the opportunity to get there from the port of Aix-les-Bains, crossing the floating walkways, makes the journey more pleasant and aids digestion on the return trip 😎

26/02/2026: I think I forgot my electric toothbrush! Ideal for business trips, close to Albertville city center, quiet, and comfortable enough. You can arrive late; everything is set up to ensure your arrival.

17/02/2026: Hotel not chosen for its location, but it wasn't great either. Ridiculous room, bed only 120cm wide, otherwise the bed would have hit the walls, no bedside table. Decor straight out of the 70s. Soundproofing practically nonexistent. Woke up by the upstairs neighbor at 5 am, no air conditioning. Outdated bathroom. Wooden floor covered with a coating to look cleaner, but noisy; you can hear everyone moving in the hallway and in the rooms. A tiny desk. To avoid getting depressed, I had to change hotels the next day.

24/05/2026: Very courteous staff (Spa + Restaurant). Spa and restaurant package for two people. Excellent menu and very fast service! No wait whatsoever. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

03/05/2026: I went at the end of April and had a wonderful time. The welcome was fantastic; the owner and his wife were so welcoming and attentive. The meal was excellent, there was a bit of a wait, but there were eight of us. But I have absolutely no complaints; everything was delicious, right down to the fries. I would definitely go back.

22/06/2026: I don't know if the "cook" was tired or if he adapts his service to the customer's appearance, but in any case, barely a hello, goodbye, the ingredients were poorly mixed in the sandwich, well if you're looking for a good kebab there's one going up the street at Moustache!

23/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We hesitated to come because of the reviews, but honestly, they don't reflect reality at all: a very warm welcome, a clean dining room, excellent service, and the food was on par with the best Turkish restaurants. We will gladly return.

01/05/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish. The waitress was unpleasant, bordering on rude, with absolutely no desire to welcome or serve customers. The food was simply not good, the ingredients were clearly low-quality, tasteless, and poorly prepared. There was literally nothing tasty to eat. For a restaurant that claims to be of this caliber, it's a disgrace. And the worst part is the prices, completely outrageous for such mediocre quality. This restaurant is clearly overrated. Special mention goes to the bottle of water, which cost €12 and was already open upon arrival… One has to wonder if it was tap water. Unacceptable, and the bread was stale. I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid it unless you enjoy paying a fortune for poor service and bad food. It doesn't even deserve one star.

02/09/2026: I stopped by the Folliet shop in Chambéry this afternoon to find a gift. Feeling a bit unsure, I asked for advice on making the right choice, but the saleswoman quickly became annoyed by my hesitation. To make matters worse, when I finally selected a ready-to-use Alpery pack explicitly labeled "250g," the saleswoman informed me that there was more than expected and that she would have to remove some in front of me… 🤔 This somewhat spoils the customer experience and shows a lack of professionalism. Why not measure the packs correctly from the start instead of removing merchandise right in front of the customer? A shame. Aside from that, the coffee is roasted on-site, the shop is attractive, and it smells wonderful.

13/06/2026: Friendly welcome and service. Large terrace with shade in the morning. The dining room was noisy, but not a problem.

24/09/2026: The restaurant was filthy from the moment you walked in; the windows were disgusting, so it didn't exactly inspire confidence for what was to come... The toilets were even worse (you'd be better off going anywhere else), and the fabric on the banquettes was more black than yellow. We arrived at 12:30 pm and there was only one meat option at the buffet, so if you don't like duck, tough luck. The other food stations were empty and hadn't been restocked while we were there. The sweet and savory fritters were cold. There were only two salad choices, and a maximum of two spoonfuls per dish... it's clear that everything was offered at the bare minimum. To top it all off, we had barely finished eating before everything was cleared away, glasses and all. In short, we tried it again after its administrative closure a few years ago because we didn't want to leave with a bad impression, but we'll never go back! You're much better off eating at L'Indochine on Rue du Collège; it's far superior.

28/08/2026: I was there yesterday around 6 pm. The man who greeted us was very cold and the welcome was very unpleasant. If it weren't for my daughter's wishes, I would have left immediately. Lane 6, the worst one, was assigned—the pins were broken and jammed. It wasn't worth the €75 we paid for three people. Two games and two diabolo shots. The bowling balls were warped. In short, I bitterly miss the days when the Meribel bowling alley had welcoming staff. Honestly, a waste of money. I don't recommend it. And I won't be going back.

04/03/2026: No culinary merit whatsoever. Outrageous value for money. The fondue was very runny... and let's not even mention the "Grandma with kirsch," which was practically empty. The brazier is not recommended and far too expensive. There's no dessert menu. The only positive aspect is its location in the Creux de l'Ours.
