12/09/2026: Unfortunately, pleasant service can't make up for the noisy atmosphere, the kitschy decor, and especially the subpar food… The quality has seriously declined despite rising prices. It would be wise to take two minutes to learn what a croque-monsieur actually is before serving a slice of tough chicken on dry bread with no sauce whatsoever. Disappointing: the price is not worth what you get.

26/08/2026: It used to be a nice little bistro, but the quality is declining despite the price increase, and honestly, when did we become normalized by not sorting and washing the salad? No one in the kitchen or the waiting staff reacts when they see the rotten leaves!??

19/08/2026: We ordered a Royal Chocolate Cake for 10 people for our son's 4th birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! We especially enjoyed the different textures: the cake, the mousse, and the praline which added a light crunch. A real treat! Thank you to the chef!

09/04/2026: A unique new offering in Courchevel. We loved the ambiance and the typical New York club atmosphere, complete with great music and an unmissable burger. A must-try. The menu is fantastic, but the burger is definitely the best part. The staff is friendly and attentive.

08/04/2026: Fantastic experience! The festive atmosphere was amazing, the music and energy were perfect for a great evening. The service was great, and a huge thank you to the manager Florine who is truly outstanding. The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent 🍸 I highly recommend it!

06/06/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception from the staff, who were extremely rude. The meal was bland and tasteless, apart from the canned vegetables. It's a shame, as the atmosphere is perhaps the only redeeming feature. I would only recommend it if you haven't eaten in three days.

02/04/2026: Great place for an evening with friends! We enjoyed a delicious fondue, cold beers, and a perfect tiramisu. The warm and stylish decor made the atmosphere even more pleasant.

16/08/2026: The collection point refuses to accept the parcel, claiming it's too big. The parcel measures 15cm x 15cm x 150cm, which is well within the dimensions recommended by Chronopost, but they refuse to accept it. They say I have to go directly to a La Poste (French post office).

12/08/2026: Casino Shop is a very good local store with excellent value for money. The staff are friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. The store is clean, well-organized, and always a pleasant place to visit. I recommend it.

11/09/2026: What a shame, I ordered a Liège coffee for €7.90 and there was no Chantilly cream so I asked for some and they asked me to pay extra, unheard of... I do not recommend.

02/05/2026: Very negative review. It's unacceptable not to have baguettes this Saturday morning, May 2nd, even though it's already 8:15 am... A bakery that can't provide the essentials at this hour is not serious... I'll pass and go to a reputable professional bakery.

21/02/2026: We arrived at lunchtime and noticed the place was empty (which made us suspicious, but we wanted to try it anyway). To be honest, the portions were generous but extremely bland. Even the broth had no flavor, the meat was incredibly dry, and the egg was awful. They probably have other specialties they do well, but personally, I won't be going back.

20/09/2026: Appalling! A 45-minute wait at the drive-thru only to hear: "I asked you to wait!" Do I need to remind you that you're a fast-food restaurant?! That's the whole point of McDonald's! A reasonable wait, YES, but this is outrageous! The worst part is, you can't even leave! Stuck! Luckily, there are competitors! Good luck to the cashier at this McDonald's! 02/09/2026: Pizzas ready in 15 minutes (that already raises some questions), undercooked crust, sweet and runny tomato sauce. The pizza doesn't hold together; all the toppings fall off when you take a slice. It's really not worth the trip; I think a frozen pizza would give me a better experience.

02/09/2026: Where to begin… The quality of the pizzas was more than mediocre. Yet, the establishment particularly emphasizes its dough preparation, with this promise: “Our pizza dough is made and kneaded in-house, hand-shaped at least 3 days in advance for better digestion.” Based on our experience, it’s hard to understand how this promise can be true. The dough was far from living up to the advertised claim: rubbery texture, uneven cooking, raw crust—nothing convinced us. As for the toppings, they were also lacking in quality. The anchovies had clearly gone bad, given their appalling salt content. Bring a pack of water with you while eating. I won’t even mention the tomato sauce, which must be the cheapest you can find at Metro or Promocash. It’s a shame, as tomato sauce is part of the pizza maker’s signature. Making a profit is good, but offering quality is better. When you talk so much about expertise, artisanal production, and product quality, you naturally expect a minimum of consistency between the message and the result. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We didn't even finish the pizzas. Given the current purchasing power of the French, I can tell you that spending €27.50 on such a disappointing experience makes you think twice… We were warned by friends who were also ripped off. It's a shame, the pizzeria has potential. The only positive point was the service; we received a warm welcome. Don't take this as criticism, but as a reminder to reflect on your own practices. We await a professional response from the manager; otherwise, please refrain from commenting in order to maintain some semblance of credibility with your customers.
